The new guy I was working with (Joseph) was determined to waste my time practicing his script on how the price was actually $44000 because those little plastic stickers they put on the edges of the doors and under the handles to prevent dings are an added upgrade worth $900!!!!! The sales team was so dodgy that Joseph went into the office to discuss my offer with the manager and instead of even coming back out they HID IN THE OFFICE like children and called another salesman behind us to come over and say the price was $48000!!!! I was baffled how they kept increasing the price thinking this was negotiating. We left while the manager and Joseph hid in the office. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! The car had been repossessed, not by our financier but by theirs. They failed to pay their creditors, and expected us to accept it as a "mistake" that they "forgot" to pay the car. Everyone we called said there was no record of the car even being in our name. Not to mention while making the deal, their paperwork was very disorganized and I saw people's social security #s and information, made me regret even filling out an application with them. I even saw their email account while waiting for them to sort everything, and they received notifications about failed payments. I do not trust these people, and I believe they used my down payment to pay off money they owed because they were on the phone for 40 mins talking to the card company about how they didn't have enough money on their account to process our refund. Still waiting to get my payment back.
