Come to find out the battery sold with the car was from July of 2018. I do not live close to the dealership and had many thing to take care of this day so this put quiet a delay in my schedule. Even though I had the battery jumped it would not hold a charge I had NO choice but to replace the battery the same day. $253 later after spending $22k plus to purchase the jeep. I inquire with Paul as far as a reimbursement and he says he can only replace the battery the next day. I asked for even just a refund of what his vendor would charge for a battery and he would not budge. I'm a small business owner and being such, I always go the extra distance to ensure happiness with customers. Paul does not. Repeat business and referrals comes with great or better customer service. The new guy I was working with (Joseph) was determined to waste my time practicing his script on how the price was actually $44000 because those little plastic stickers they put on the edges of the doors and under the handles to prevent dings are an added upgrade worth $900!!!!! The sales team was so dodgy that Joseph went into the office to discuss my offer with the manager and instead of even coming back out they HID IN THE OFFICE like children and called another salesman behind us to come over and say the price was $48000!!!!
