Clay, the sales rep, was already texting me before the appointment and put me at ease when I was worried about my credit score. I arrived early and Clay was happy and ready to go. Think of him like Ted Lasso but car salesman instead of football coach. Lol He was incredibly patient and kind. He is new to this dealership but I think he's doing a superb job. Whatever questions you have, if he doesn't know, he will find out. Which I actually prefer! I don't need some person talking circles around me and being super pushy. I don't enjoy that kind of yapping. We shared many laughs and it didn't feel rigid and forced. This is my most positive car buying experience yet and I am grateful. We had to wait a bit for the car to charge so that would be my only gripe but that doesn't take away from the amazing customer service. Clay made sure we had snacks and water while we waited. I believe Suzan was the finance manager and she was awesome. Super chill and transparent and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured to get anything additional. Thank you Clay and Suzan! We will definitely be back if we ever need another car and I will tell all of my 2 friends about Spreen Subaru! We saw a Ted Lasso commercial today and my husband and I laughed and said there is Clay! We will always think fondly of him and I must say I never expected to say that about a sales person.

Made an appointment to get a quote for a dent in my vehicle. I have never been to this location, so…read moreI wasn't sure where to go. I walked into the office, and said "Hello". No one even looked up from their computers or said anything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that somehow they didn't hear me, see me, or see my vehicle pull in. I said "Hi" again, and no one still even looked at me. Instead, a gentleman with a long gray beard just pointed at the building next door and said I needed to go there. I waited for my appointment, and saw another person with a hat and curly hair come in and out. My appointment was at 3PM, and the receptionist said the person who would be giving me my quote was not in yet. I waited until after my appointment time, and decided to cancel and find a better place. It just so happened that the gentleman with the hat and curly hair was the one who was supposed to meet me at 3PM. Overall, this place needs an overhaul on customer service. There's a dozen places in the area to get your vehicle fixed, all with similar pricing and expertise. So why waste your time and money dropping off your vehicle at a place where you are not even given a greeting, and appointments are not adhered to.

Every Toyota dealership we called told us the same thing: 1-2 months. Issa said, essentially, "Let me see what I can do." Dangerous words from a man who apparently can do things. He found it. Our unicorn. And then something even stranger happened: we bought a car without feeling like we were buying a car. No hard sell. No pressure. No weird dealership chess match. No sudden appearance of seventeen things we absolutely "needed" before leaving the building. Just Issa being kind, accessible, patient, relentlessly positive and genuinely invested in getting us what we came for. He went out of his way. Then a little farther.
