I took this dealership a cashiers check and bought the vehicle that I wanted cash out right. Here we are 1 month .5 later I get contacted from my credit union that they have not received the title from this dealer showing then as the lien holder through the DMV. I called the owner Jesus on 3 occasions and had 2 semi progressive conversations which were endless at the end of the day. So I reach out to the DMV w the VIN number to find that the vehicle has not been registered nor do they have received any paperwork of sale of the vehicle. which means they have sat on the purchase and paperwork. I purchased my car on May 28, 2026 . My car has broken down three times since the purchase date Gas was coming out of the motor on June 21. I have been up to the dealership three times regarding repairs on this Car. I'm still waiting for them to pick up this car and get it repaired if possible. gas was everywhere... They have no sense of time and don't care that I'm in a rental car paying close to 500 dollars for the week . WARNING: DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from this dealership, and within one week, the car already needed repairs. All mechanical work is done in-house, and it was hands down the worst repair experience I've ever had. They assured us the car was in good condition and that the engine had no issues - that was not true. This dealership makes the car run just well enough to get past the warranty period, and once something goes wrong, they refuse to help. This place is dishonest and takes advantage of customers. First round of issues (within the first week): The tire pressure sensor light was on The brakes were pulsating and needed new pads and rotors The trunk's closing cushion was loose, causing water to leak inside when it rained (this was never fixed) The right-side seat was coming loose (this was never fixed) We got the car back very quickly, which should have been a red flag. Second issue: About a week later, I drove the car roughly 30 minutes from my home when it began shaking violently both uphill and downhill. It shook so badly that I was genuinely scared to drive it. I barely made it home safely and had to return the car for repairs again. Once again, all repairs were done in-house at their dealership. We didn't get the car back for 1-2 weeks. Third and most serious issue: About a month later - after the one-month warranty expired - the car started shutting off completely whenever I made left or right turns. Shortly after, the car overheated, forcing me to take it back again. I have owned the car for 30 days, and for two of those weeks it sat in their backyard shop while they "worked" on it. I think that as far as auto dealers and salesmen go, these are probably the closest to sincere you'll find. I went to four other places prior to purchasing our car from here. I genuinely think that they mean well, however lack of organization and communication is a problem. I personally have a high sense of order, so perhaps my assessment is unfair. I think the reviews of 1 star are kinda unfair. It's no mystery that you are buying used cars that likely have problems. Our car has a problem the first week of ownership and they fixed it. She did her best to convince me otherwise and when she was not successful, she proceeded to remind me that she has record of my personal information and that she may need to take legal action. She claims I lied on my credit application, which I did not, the company took it upon themselves to complete the application for me and to "fix" it so that I wouldn't have any issues. I brought it to them and all the mechanic did was get it out and put the same AC pump back in bc it was never fixed. After that the engine started heating up. We planned on paying cash the entire time no need to talk numbers but he still wouldn't budge. Still had to sit with their fiance guy who acted annoyed. Explained once again we are paying cash. Then was allowed to test drive car. Car seemed okay but the sales person came with us and only allowed us to drive around the block. A total of a maybe 3 minute test drive. Very odd.
