Instead of addressing the problem, they told me they couldn't find anyone to repair it. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. Communication was poor, and I didn't feel like they cared about helping me or earning my business. If you're going to sell a vehicle, you should be upfront about its condition and make an effort to resolve known issues instead of leaving customers with unanswered questions. I have been up to the dealership three times regarding repairs on this Car. I'm still waiting for them to pick up this car and get it repaired if possible. gas was everywhere... They have no sense of time and don't care that I'm in a rental car paying close to 500 dollars for the week . They will not reimburse me for the car rental or give me a loaner car and I still have to pay a car note next month. After all the phone calls with banks and finance talk, we were thankfully able to close the deal and walk out with the price we are looking for!
