I'm going to preface this review by saying that I have never bought a car before today. I went in…read morehere knowing zero about what to expect, where the day may take me, nor even if I'd be able to afford a single vehicle on the lot. Today was a brand new experience in my life, and it was one for the history books. From the time I stepped onto the lot until I drove off of it, every second was a second well spent. The staff were personable and welcoming, the environment felt safe and clean, and most of all I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something. I daresay that I felt more comfortable here knowing nothing about what I was getting into than I would walking into a big-name dealership. From beginning to end my car-buying experience was as smooth as it was delightful, and I'm so happy with the outcome. The vehicle, despite its age and mileage, is clean and drives like a hot knife through butter. After a thorough inspection, everything seems to have been maintained with the utmost attention to care and quality. Come here, give them your patronage, and drive home with a fat smile on your face!

So after a year and 4 months with my car that I bought from this scam dealer I paid 6k to get a new…read moreengine for my Prius that I paid 9k for I'm also just adding on another 2k for more work I've done recently totaling to 17k worth of work I would say again do NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I'm gonna be petty and right in Spanish now. Also be aware of self selling practices I went to go look at a car with my girlfriend that she saw saw on road saying for sale when we got there I noticed the guy walking back to his car and letting his wife or potential worker of his do all the talking only for me to recognize him as the dealer who sold me my car recognized him instantly from his big back and small P so I told my girlfriend there was no way we're buying this car plus when I went in there website I noticed that the car was also listed there these guys are a joke and a bunch of scammers if you do go here I'd say go just to make a metal note of the staff stay safe out there folks

Do not buy from Pacific Auto Center. They are operating a blatant bait-and-switch scheme to lure…read morebuyers onto their lot. I drove 2 hours with cash to this dealership specifically for a vehicle they advertised online for $15,995. Right when I got there Victors (sales guy) walked up to me I showed him what truck I wanted and we started walking to it, as we're walking he said "you know the truck is going to be around $24,000 after taxes and everything) and said that doesn't sound right. We got to the truck and I started checking it out while he went to get the keys, there was a sticker on the windshield showing multiple "add-ons". While we were on the test drive I asked him if the add-ons were the reason he quoted me $24,000 for a truck they have listed at $15,995 and he said yeah that they have between $5,000-$6,000 of add ons in the truck. I told him I don't want any of that and he said unfortunately they are already on there and can't remove them. I asked if all their cars have the add-ons and he said yes. This is not just a deceptive business practice; it is a direct violation of California Vehicle Code § 11713.1(e), which legally requires dealerships to sell a vehicle at the advertised total price, free of forced undisclosed add-ons. If you go to Yelp you can see their real reviews, Yelp is a lot harder to fake reviews. Companies post fake reviews on Google all the time. They do this to everyone just read the reviews. Don't buy from these scum bags.
