The vehicle, despite its age and mileage, is clean and drives like a hot knife through butter. Went yesterday to purchase a vehicle. Was helped by Victor. Test drove and everything. Told him I…read morewant to see the numbers and move forward with the deal. Not once did he ever disclose any "add ons" or additional fees. Long story short, they ran my credit, and after a long time waiting brought me a spreadsheet with almost $5k in add ons. I let them know I did not want them and they refused to sell me the vehicle. Victor and 3 other managers told me flat out they will not sell it to me without the add ones. Their site says customers "may" purchase a vehicle with add ons but do not say it's mandatory nor do they give the pricing. Classic Bait and Switch. Even after expressing how much I wanted to purchase the vehicle just without the add ons, they still refused. This violates Cal Code Title 4 S 1304.1 and multiple other California Car Buying Acts. I 100% will be filing a complain with the DMV and California Department of Consumer Affairs. Sad so many dealers are still like this. You can't even purchase a vehicle anymore without dealers trying to take advantage of you.

I was also given conflicting information about the pink slip/title, which was concerning. One person said he didn't, like he wanted us to leave, the other person said they did and they could just order it. Make sure to get a full itemized out-the-door breakdown before visiting. You're charging 3k or 3.5k mandatory warranty although I see many reviews talking about how cars need repairs or selling them lemon cars and people are having to pay out of pocket. Wasted time and gas driving here, it's an hour drive for us, they force you to come in or wont give you the actual break down. Surprise here's the extra mandatory fees. I did tell them I had my own credit Union, so there's that. Edit: they were not optional
