Today was a brand new experience in my life, and it was one for the history books. From the time I stepped onto the lot until I drove off of it, every second was a second well spent. The staff were personable and welcoming, the environment felt safe and clean, and most of all I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something. I daresay that I felt more comfortable here knowing nothing about what I was getting into than I would walking into a big-name dealership. From beginning to end my car-buying experience was as smooth as it was delightful, and I'm so happy with the outcome. The vehicle, despite its age and mileage, is clean and drives like a hot knife through butter. After a thorough inspection, everything seems to have been maintained with the utmost attention to care and quality. Come here, give them your patronage, and drive home with a fat smile on your face!

Here is where it really gets sketchy! The the truck had a bad engine!! YES YOU READ IT CORRECTLY. THE ENGINE WAS DAMAGED. I called them back to discuss it and they told me to pound sand. Their excuse was I should have purchased their 1000$ warranty!!! What a pile of shit!! They are doing zero Effort to really inspect the vehicles before selling them. These people are purchasing cars from auctions and selling them Immediately after! Stay away from this dealership. DON'T BE FOOLED!!! It cost me 5,000$ to fix the engine. Should have purchased a new truck!!!!

    Updated/Edited after full experience: Luis is amazing very…read morepersonable and professional. He made solid effort to get us the a deal we were ok with. Luis gets As far as the sales personnel goes I shall not name them, but they really didn't have to do much, we called for a particular vehicle they had, we came in talked, test drove the car and decided we'd move forward and see if we could strike a deal. That's when we met Luis and he was great! The reason I'm giving 3 stars is After we struck a deal and signed paperwork the sales rep asked could I leave a review and pulled out the QR code while we were still in the office and if we could take a picture, I left a quick review. normally I don't do reviews immediately. The review was short vague and basically just praising Luis for his professionalism. However after submitting the review and taking the picture the sales rep gave us the keys shook our hands and that was that. That's when I realized the car hadn't been washed and the gas tank was empty. This isn't my first vehicle purchase in my 40 years on earth. From a customer service perspective it really irritated me. Yes I could have asked hey can you fill the tank and give it a wash, but it's a matter of principle for me. I shouldn't have to. What was the sales rep doing while Luis was working to wrap up the deal? That's when that car should have been washed and fueled up. We were there about 2 hours I don't want to have to now wait even further to see something through that should have already been done. At that moment I knew that the following day I'd be updating this review to give people an honest feedback. I am a big proponent of customer service from start to finish and if it's a matter of me prompting people to do what should have been done, and leaving an honest review I'm choosing the honest review. I'm not there to teach people how customer satisfaction works. Also, the finance person really seemed like they didn't want to be there. I was trying to initiate small talk about the dodgers because they had dodgers gear on. I don't watch sports but he didn't seem as if he was interested in engaging in conversation as he checked his watch. That's when he called in the sales rep to finish up the paperwork which was only a few pages left at that point. Pros: *The process was fairly quick. *Luis *good selection of inventory *willing to negotiate Cons: *seemed indifferent about the customer *Didn't seem to want to go above and beyond with customer interaction and experience. (Except for Luis) *Dirty car *No fuel in car *asking me for a review despite not really going above and beyond to earn the review. Thank you Luis for your service you are why this review got 3 stars and not one.
