Not once did he ever disclose any "add ons" or additional fees. Long story short, they ran my credit, and after a long time waiting brought me a spreadsheet with almost $5k in add ons. I let them know I did not want them and they refused to sell me the vehicle. Victor and 3 other managers told me flat out they will not sell it to me without the add ones. Their site says customers "may" purchase a vehicle with add ons but do not say it's mandatory nor do they give the pricing. Classic Bait and Switch. Even after expressing how much I wanted to purchase the vehicle just without the add ons, they still refused. This violates Cal Code Title 4 S 1304.1 and multiple other California Car Buying Acts. I 100% will be filing a complain with the DMV and California Department of Consumer Affairs. Sad so many dealers are still like this. You can't even purchase a vehicle anymore without dealers trying to take advantage of you.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone we got a bad car and the rude guy told me to tell the financial company that the car was perfect running ( it was for a min) so they'd finance it.
