The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The customer service was exceptional, and Dominic went above and beyond to ensure every step of the purchase was handled with care. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in completing the purchase of our daughters new vehicle. We truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend Pacific Auto in Fontana.

Absolutely terrible experience. We drove out to this dealership for a 2014 Ford F-150 Lariat listed…read moreat $13,995. My boyfriend had already test-driven the truck earlier that morning and was under the impression that we could purchase it for around $15,500 out the door, including taxes and reasonable fees. Before going, I looked up the dealership and saw its 2.4 star Yelp rating with over 1,300 reviews. Many of the one star reviews described the exact same experience we ended up having. Unexpected markups, mandatory add-ons, and misleading pricing. I wiiiish he would've listened when I tried telling him this. When we arrived, we were left standing outside in the heat for over 10 minutes waiting for the truck, only to be told that it had supposedly been taken for a test drive. We were then told it would be another 10-20 minutes. At that point, I asked that we simply discuss the numbers. The truck was advertised at $13,995, and we came prepared to pay the listed price plus taxes and reasonable processing fees. Once we made it clear that we were not interested in unnecessary add-ons, the price suddenly jumped to around $20,000. For a USED 2014 truck with approximately 150,000 miles, they were trying to justify thousands of dollars in additional charges for things like door/rubber protection and other add-ons that we never asked for and are apparently non-negotiable to begin with. Almost like that should've been added in the original pricing! When we questioned the massive price difference, the salesman repeatedly avoided giving a straight answer and eventually hit us with, "Well, we have to make money somehow." Yes, dealerships need to make money, but that doesn't justify advertising a vehicle for $13,995 and then attempting to add roughly $5,000 in undisclosed charges once the customer is sitting in front of you. The salesman also tried to explain that taxes and pricing "vary by city," as if that somehow justified the enormous difference between the advertised price and the final quote. In Fontana you can expect to pay 1,300 for the exact vehicle mentioned (not $5,000). I have no idea why he thought it would be worth trying to argue to begin with. Classic bait-and-switch sales tactic. If the truck was actually $20,000 after mandatory dealer additions, then advertise it for $20,000 instead of $13,995. We could have saved ourselves the time if he had simply listened to all those one-star reviews describing the same exact behavior I had showed him IN THE FIRST PLACE. Save yourself the time. Ask for the out the door price BEFORE making the drive, and get every fee and add-on in writing.

My 18 year old had to keep fixing all kinds of things on it were still waiting on shocks and yes I understand they're on back order but it's been 4 months. They have a few people that work their and I don't remember the guys name, he was so nice and said we could take the car and they'd fix all the lights that were coming on and check why she had to connect the battery and disconnect everyone she comes and goes. The car wasn't drivable for 2 months. We fixed a few things and went down there to the car place. The guy I had talked to on the phone (can't remember his name) was so nice and kind said he'd make sure everything is taken care of. We get down there and the rude guy said we're not doing any kind of work on this car til you pay the 250 that's owed. Ok that being said , she put over 2000 down and she has paid over 3000 to fix it here and there. I told him to wait til Jan 20 he said no I'm not waiting it's going to collections. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone we got a bad car and the rude guy told me to tell the financial company that the car was perfect running ( it was for a min) so they'd finance it. The car is beautiful but it wouldn't pass smog if it needed to.
