Update from previous posted 5 months ago. I would not recommend this dealership at all. I have not received any DMV tags or registration, which I paid them to take care of when purchasing the car. They will not send any paper work to get your car your plates or registration as well as the bank will never receive the title could lead into a bigger problem! I purchased warranty and I look at the warranty and they didn't add it just took my 4k when I didn't need a deposit because I got my loan from bank. This place is shady and scammers. Do not go to RPM Premier Motors. Salesman was nice but when it came to buying a car there were upgrade costs never disclosed and they would not remove them. Hard stop after a lot of time and effort wasted. Very unprofessional and reminded me of the movie Fargo where the salesman is always pushing unwanted service or expense onto the customer regardless if they wanted or needed it. I gave them $9500 a month ago I didn't get approved for the loan with the bank. They took the car back and don't want to refund my $9500 down payment . Even tho he told me he was going to that following Monday by 5 pm now no reply no calls no answers and calls the cops when I come to the dealership. Don't go there prices are not what they seem . It's really too bad they don't have an option for zero stars! They have a complete lack of integrity. I found a Jeep that looked pretty good from the photos, they sent me a car fax that showed no accidents on the record. I told them I would have to drive about 5 hours to get there so I wanted to make sure of the condition. I asked the salesperson to send me videos. He did that. He made sure none of the videos revealed all the body damage on the vehicle. It looked like the car rolled over at some point. Damage on the roof line, the front bumper popped out of its mount and there was not one side of this thing that had not been damaged. No wonder the car fax did not show an accident. THEY NEVER REPAIRED IT! When I told the green pea salesman I would never buy a car like this he ran inside and came out 2 minutes later stating they would PAINT THE CAR IN TWO HOURS!! IN THE RAIN! I started laughing out loud. I told the manager on the phone before I drove 250 miles that I just retired from 46 years in the car business, that I just wanted a clean easy transaction, and that I would pay cash for it. He assured me I would be happy with it and there would be no extra fees or surprises and convinced me to make the drive. I think you could pick ANY other dealer and have a better result than this joke of a business. They don't know how to tell the truth and they are quite good at deception. STAY AWAY! read more

This business is dishonest. Purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS from them that I found on CarGurus. The vehicle is as advertised and seems okay. However, even with a 30% down payment and high credit scores, they took over 3 hours to "arrange" the financing. The final financing included over $4200 of add-ons in warranties and theft insurance. The warranty was supposed to add $35/month to the payment, so I agreed to it. However, all the commissioned add-ons increased the payment by over $100. I have purchased many vehicles in the last 50+ years and my father was a dealer. But even I, because I had found the "perfect" car, got taken by friendly people who lie about the numbers. I will get rid of this financing package as soon as possible. Buyer beware. Carefully review all paperwork before signing, as what they say it is, may not be factual. read more
