Horrible, extremely unprofessional. My bf bought a car 5 months ago, they never sent the title, or the registration, temporary plates are expired and they don't care, they never filled for an extension, never put the title on his name and never try to fix the problem. I called about a 2020 Infiniti QX60 it was perfect for what I was looking for. Robert assured me that the car was there and everything was as advertised. He sent me an application via email, I completed it and sent it back to him the same day. I called the next day and he said my application was approved. When I inquired about when I could expect to get the car. He said the check engine light was on and they had to replace some sensors to correct the problem. He said he would call me back when the car was ready. I never heard back from him. Additionally, I received a letter in the mail from them saying that my credit was denied financing. Which was confusing to me. Because I purchased a car from Hyundai Of Huntington Beach and was fully financed for a 2023 Palisade!! read more

Drove from Ventura county for a Toyota Tacoma. We bought a truck all cash, 19k, and to our surprise the touch screen for radio in the truck didn't work! Was told they never knew about this. Bullshit! Now we're stuck with another finance to fix the problem. Also, passenger window was broken and temporarily held up with glue! More importantly, we bought this truck 4 months ago, the temporary license plates have been expired. To this day 12/13/25 we have not received our tags and plates for the truck. We keep contacting the business and keep getting the run around, something shady for sure!!!! We contacted BBB, and will file finally go to dmv to see what is really going on. Seriously thinking about contacting a lawyer this business is incredibly shady. Stick to a professionally well known dealership please! Seemed like nice guys, friendly, easy to do business with etc but 1 year later when it came time to smog my car I found out it didn't have a catalytic converter. No returned emails or phone calls to try and straighten this out so I had to deal with the state on this issue. Come to find out the catalytic converter for this vehicle is no longer made so I will have to get it inspected and get a variance letter every time I renew my tags. Oh yea, also, I cannot sell this truck in the state of California either because the exemption I got is only good for me and not transferable. This sucks and was a real pain in the but wasting a lot of time and a lot of frustration dealing with this. read more

I have been looking for a Toyota Camry for quite some time until I stumbled onto one from the Aztec Auto Group. I called Danny and we scheduled an appointment that was flexible with my hectic work schedule. During the call Danny was very patient and very willing to give me information about the vehicle I was inquiring about and even assured me that it had not been in any accidents and that it was running properly. The next day I met up with Danny and Miguel for the test drive. They were both extremely patient with me as I wanted to do multiple checks on the vehicle myself. Thry didn't rush me or push me into buying the vehicle unlike some of the previous experinces I have at multiple dealerships. Miguel went with me on the test drive and did an excellent job at explaining the process in which he chooses cars to sell, which I must say is the way to do it. He and his partner are very meticulous with their vehicles and they are both very proud of their work which is shown through the quality of vehicles that they choose to sell. The process of purchasing the vehicle went very smooth and it was very different experince than your typical salesman type approach which I really appreciated.
