I went in for a vehicle to purchase I saw online and did what any buyer would do asked to inspect and test out the car which they were very rude about. I ended up loving the car and let them know I wanted to come back to get funds to purchase. Not once did they mention I needed to place a deposit to secure. I actually found the vehicle posted on FB marketplace. Kevin was a great and honest salesman. I requested the Carfax and everything was all good with the car. I came in with my sight set on the Honda Civic and left with it! They washed the car, the mechanic checked it and they even cleaned the interior. They sell some luxury cars but also have some Hondas. Extremely poor service. I drive over 300 miles to get a car from them. When I arrive the cars completely covered in soot, the entire engine bay is covered in some black grime you can't just wipe away. Kevin Yang was more then happy to help before the sale but after, I had to contact them a boat load of times just to get my registration. Which took months because they "sent it" but it never got to me. But after multiple calls thej arrived pretty fast? Really? Now I'm stuck unable to even register my car because I need certain paper work. Now Kevin Yang and who I'm assuming is the owner since the number to the shop is his direct line refuse to respond to me. Leaving me unable to register my new car even with title and reg in hand. I mean really this is a simple paper that is quite literally in their files but they are to lazy to just send me a picture of it. If you want a simple life and better service ide look elsewhere. They are just there to f you over after they sell their "friends cars to you". I'm about to get fined for their lackadaisical service. I was told on the day of signing, I had a month warranty left on the car with BMW. You could imagine my surprise when I went to bring my car in for a diagnostic test since the car, all of a sudden, the first week of owning it had messages popping up about issues with the car, then being told by BMW the warranty expired over a month ago. To clarify, I brought the car in to BMW two weeks after I bought it. I let New PBB Auto Inc know to see if they could make good on their promise and they told me I only had 3 days of a warranty after buying their car and should've taken the car in sooner than I did. Well, had I been told that upon buying the car I would've taken time off work to do so... pretty scummy, really frustrated not getting what I paid for. Also, the extent of the scratches and chipping of the paint was also extremely bad and they would not wash the car to let me see how bad it was until I signed for it. (Pretty common dealership practice) Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more
