They told me everything was working everything was fine etc. they didn't want to be responsible for anything even though the truck broke down during the 30 day warranty! In fact, I wouldn't trust this place. there has been multiple problems to my 2017 Hyundai ELANTRA. since day one of purchasing the vehicle from there, he had only fixed one problem, and the other issues with the vehicles are expensive so he doesn't wanna pay the price. Long story short we tried resolving the issue with him and for one when we go to his location he will suddenly not be there or he will take the car and do whatever with it just for me to get it back with the same problems, if not more problems so therefore I went out of my way to talk to the supposedly mechanic that fixes the cars for him and he mentioned that he never touched my car and he mentioned to him that the issue with my vehicle it has a sensitive problem that he doesn't want to touch and it's expensive because he doesn't specialize in that problem and the owner would claim that it is fixed and there's nothing wrong with the vehicle so till this day, I'm still bugging him to get this issue resolved because he said that he will fix it and now he ignores me and makes up excuses or doesn't respond. I forgot to mention that for me to get my tags it took about five months to receive them. horrible businessman I would not recommend this place. I bought my GS here and man was it a piece of shit, within 3 weeks of owning it the battery took a shit and they pretty much told me to pound sand. That battery was 500 bucks because only Lexus sells that size, fast forward 6 months and most of the exterior trim is falling off, I actually had a front brake rotor fall down to the wheel because they didn't tighten the caliper mount bolt. The AC stopped working and more importantly the hybrid battery took a shit, these cars are garbage and they prey on people with messed up credit/people who don't know/impulse buyers. If i will be able to give this place 0 stars i will. They take advantage of people who are in need for a car I bought a car from this dealer after i drove it i notice it needed brake pads , brake rotors needed oil change needed an alignment and a couple of cosmetic stuff. I texted the guy " miguel" who claimed to be "THE BOSS" he said he will take care of everything the car needed 100% (i was happy to hear that) . The next day i drop him off the car amd by the end of the day he text me saying everything is done , i was shock to hear back from him so soon. Next morning i go check on the car no oil was change non of the cosmetic stuff was done only things that were done was the alignment n the brake job ( wich it was a half ass job) they didnt buy new rotors they cut them and didnt even tho a good job the surface of the rotors is bumpy and the brake pads not even look or feel new, funny thing is that they had a car just like mine at d dealer so i picture they just swap the brake pads anyways when i confronted the so cal boss he said"when u bought the car u saw how it was so yea" i took the car to a buddy of my whos a mechanic he notice that im gonna need new wheel bearings and some other stuff. Our credit was not so good but they got us financed in a heartbeat. Where other car dealerships in the area found some issue with us Vale had us in a vehicle within that day. If you're looking for a reliable car at a great price DON'T SHOP HERE. From the start I was hustled into what I soon came to find out was a lemon. I financed a great looking sports car. I took it for a test drive and noticed the check engine light was on. The dealer told me not to worry about it that they would take care of it. They actually wrote that on my paperwork. I drove off the lot and to my surprise days later light came back on. I called the dealer and again they said they would take care of it. They reset it and it came back on again. A month or two later I had to take my car in to get serviced because it wasn't running well. My engine was rocky. They fixed it. 6 months later the car emits plumes of black and white smoke. The dealer starting dodging my calls. He only replied when I threated with a lawsuit. My car needs a whole new engine swap and it's only been 6 months! I drove the car ten miles to and from work. The dealer refused to pay for anything or to give me a refund! I financed the car for 14 grand and now they want me to pay an additional 3 grand to have it repaired. Buyer Beware. Lawsuit Pending.
