Anyway he shows us the van & man this guy needs to be reported to management because he did NOT want to make a sale today. Sir, did you know who you're talking to ? Because he didn't even take the time to ask what we are looking for, our price range, etc etc !! There was NO effort in helping us out at ALL. This isn't my first time at a car dealership but this guy was so unapproachable & just so terrible I just can't even !! I can't make this up ! I was SO turned off with this experience. The van itself looked nice on the outside, but not a good price. My first impressions when he opened the door is the inside smelled NASTY. Also I was told no weekend appointments for my type of service and then they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. It has been a big hassle for me to figure all this out compared to my previous experiences with Carmax and other dealerships. We took our car in for it's first service as it has been 6 months since we purchased the car. Based on his research, my husband requested an oil change since we had reached the 1,000 mile mark. We were informed by the assistant service manager that Toyota recommends an oil change only after 10,000 miles or 1 year. We were told that an oil change at this time, would be an out of pocket cost. I inquired about the maintenance plan we purchased. He informed us that goes into effect after if have exhausted our free services. At this point, I am not sure what is included in the free services that is covered. The sticker on the window reminding you of your next service say 5000 miles or 6 months. So which is it? 5000 miles or 10,000 miles until the next service? If I take the car in at 5000 miles will it be covered since the car will not have the "recommended" mileage? Seems we misunderstood what the maintenance plan actually covers. We are very disappointed. This is our first Toyota. In fairness, the advisor did inform us that if this were his own car, he would pay to have the oil change to clean out any residual materials from the factory. read more

Although they don't participate in the Costco Auto Program, Justin Sebring, new car sales, provided us with discounts that brought our cost way below the invoice price. We also bought the 7 y (or 100,000 mile) warranty. Justin Sebring is outstanding, smart, friendly, patient, & knowledgeable. Benjamin Huizar is also great! He taught us how to use the technological instruments on the car. He synchronized our cell phones to the car, was extremely patient, & answered all of our questions. He, too, is great! The facility is large, clean, modern, & has a kids' center, & food/Starbucks vendors. They have a large inventory. We highly recommend that you meet with Justin Sebring if you want to buy a new car.
