I really am confused as to the high ratings and reviews from this car dealership. Longo Toyota is awful on so many different levels. Today my family & I went to go take a look at a Toyota Sienna that we saw advertised online for a great price. We were looking forward to seeing this van in person. Then he comes back & says "Oh wait no it's actually in the back, but that price online is wrong. We are selling it for $35k." That was super misleading... why advertise then ??? Anyway he shows us the van & man this guy needs to be reported to management because he did NOT want to make a sale today. Sir, did you know who you're talking to ? Because he didn't even take the time to ask what we are looking for, our price range, etc etc !! There was NO effort in helping us out at ALL. This isn't my first time at a car dealership but this guy was so unapproachable & just so terrible I just can't even !! I can't make this up ! I was SO turned off with this experience. The van itself looked nice on the outside, but not a good price. My first impressions when he opened the door is the inside smelled NASTY. It's been a rollercoaster journey when I come here. On one hand, their pricing is right so I encourage everyone to look here if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. On the other hand, the service and attention to detail have been lacking and not forthcoming during my purchase journey there. Things discussed or promised either did not happen or ended up in other ways that I did not anticipate. The communication has been spotty and I've had to proactively follow up on everything. Did they receive my payment? Is the title on its way? When would I receive it? Where's the certification? They said the service department would be in touch to schedule an appointment, but I ended up having to reach out after not hearing from them for two weeks. Also I was told no weekend appointments for my type of service and then they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. It has been a big hassle for me to figure all this out compared to my previous experiences with Carmax and other dealerships.
