Very quick at taking your money but slow to actually do the work. At the time of my RZ purchase, I bought a ton of additional coverage including windshield coverage. Of course, they don't mention the limitations when they sell it to you. When I called them today, they said they can only service a windshield chip smaller than a dime size! That is absolutely ridiculous, the limitation essentially gets them off scot free without providing the service even though they charged an arm and a leg for the coverage. The salesperson immediately took us to more expensive vehicles than listed on the site and told us there was ONE car at the lease price advertised. When he sat us down, he got on the phone and spoke to his "manager"...in Mandarin! Obviously he did not want us to understand what he was saying. We immediately got up and left. Frankly, we expected better treatment...never again. A shame because we liked the idea of a new Lexus. read more

I brought my car in for repairs due to issues with the dashboard/computer system, including problems accessing the vehicle through the app. Initially, everything seemed to go smoothly, and the dealership also identified a water pump issue that needed repair. I was relieved to finally have an explanation and looked forward to having everything resolved. After waiting nearly a week, I was told the car was ready. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I discovered that the original computer issue had not actually been fixed. I had to bring the vehicle back again, and both times I was encouraged to take a loaner car. During the second repair attempt, the dealership knew I would be out of town on vacation. The loaner vehicle sat parked for approximately three of the five days it was in my possession. When my partner drove the loaner back to the dealership, a tire warning light came on. He immediately informed staff about the issue. The dealership later determined there was a nail in the tire and charged us $309 for the replacement. While I understand that tire damage can happen, the overall experience was frustrating. It took multiple trips to address issues that were not resolved the first time, communication was often stressful, and I ultimately ended up with an additional charge related to a loaner vehicle that saw very little use. My advice to other customers is to carefully review the terms of any loaner agreement and inspect the vehicle thoroughly. In hindsight, it may have been less stressful and less expensive to arrange alternative transportation. This is the definition of what a luxury brand dealer should be! I am on my 2nd Lexus, 1st one I bought from them. The 2nd one from out of state. And that is only because Longo couldn't find that particular car on the used market for me. I had certain color coordinations, features, and miles allowance I stuck to, and unfortunately that matched car was at another dealer. Otherwise, I would have definitely bought from Longo again. The service experience is the same whether you buy a Lexus from them, or not. The only difference I have noticed is when you don't buy from them, mobile service performed at your home is not an option. I didn't use that anyway on the first car, so it wasn't a big loss to me. I have had the same amazing service advisor for a decade, Kelly Yang. Kelly is very knowledgeable of the Lexus brand, all services available, and proficient in navigating any insurance/extended warranty work required. He consistently goes above and beyond in making sure every visit is to my full satisfaction. All the Longo employees at the service drive and parts department are friendly and helpful too. Going to other Lexus dealerships has not been the same quality experience. Longo is a much farther drive for me to service my vehicle. He's honest and will let me know if he thinks there are any mechanic recommendations that my car doesn't quite need yet and will even apply any coupons that are available. Even though my husband and our mechanic can do oil changes for a lot cheaper, my husband recommends taking my 2010 RX450h hybrid to the dealer for oil changes because they'll do some minor checks/inspections. My 15 yr old RX still runs like a dream at 193,000 miles! If I get a service that's more than just an oil change, I'll get a nice Lexus loaner that you can also schedule online. I like earlier appts and go during the week so it's not as crowded & get first dibs on loaners. I almost always get what I prefer, which is an RX or NX loaner vehicle. I wish I can get a TX or RZ loaner one day. When I got my hybrid battery replaced, I got the RX500 sport and it was so fun & nice to drive with head-up display and all the bells and whistles! The loaner process is so easy and smooth too. The waiting area & restrooms are really clean, nice and modern with comfy chairs & booths, or computers & outlets to charge devices, unlimited coffee/espressos/ cappuccinos and sodas. It's also a bonus that all services come with cleaning the car inside and out. I'm so glad I switched from Crown to Longo 4 yrs ago! The wifi is a lot better than Crown's too. read more

I know everyone that lives in the SGV knows about Longo's reputation as the go-to place to buy a Lexus or Toyota. Last month, I had reached out to Longo online to request a quote for a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium. I notified them of the price I had received from a different dealership and was told they would "match" any competitor and also honor a discount I had received using the Costco Auto Program ($2500 off). They even notified me of their special APR rate for March 2026. Things seemed to be going well, but they didn't have any inventory and the car I wanted would not arrive until the following month. They also said they could not honor the APR for next month since it was a special promotion only for March. I called Crown Lexus and they were not going to receive any new NX hybrids until April, but the salesperson from Crown said their dealership would honor the discount from Costco and the special APR rate even though the car would not arrive until after the promotion was over. I called Longo back and notified them of what Crown was going to offer and instead of matching the offer, they said they'd only give me a discount of $1500 because there was a "shortage" of the NX models. I was a bit disappointed in their response and ended up going with Crown Lexus and reserved a car that was assembled in Japan. Also, check their inventory because the cars are assembled in either Canada or Japan. If the VIN number starts with a 2, the car was assembled in Canada. read more

Went here recently because I was interested in seeing some cars that I saw online. Upon first entrance the front desk staff was so rude. Not sure if they were training since there were 4 people at the desk. Prior to coming in I have already made an appointment to view the cars I was interested in. I was ready to walk out right after getting checked in with the front desk staff. They acted as if I was bothering them by asking for the salesman I had contact with. Literally right when I walked in they all just stared blankly at me and didn't say anything until I said something. Just an arrogant entitled attitude. Everything with my salesman was great though. He was very nice but even nicer to me once he found out I already had a check ready to buy a car lol...
