I know everyone that lives in the SGV knows about Longo's reputation as the go-to place to buy a Lexus or Toyota. Last month, I had reached out to Longo online to request a quote for a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium. I notified them of the price I had received from a different dealership and was told they would "match" any competitor and also honor a discount I had received using the Costco Auto Program ($2500 off). They even notified me of their special APR rate for March 2026. Things seemed to be going well, but they didn't have any inventory and the car I wanted would not arrive until the following month. They also said they could not honor the APR for next month since it was a special promotion only for March. I called Crown Lexus and they were not going to receive any new NX hybrids until April, but the salesperson from Crown said their dealership would honor the discount from Costco and the special APR rate even though the car would not arrive until after the promotion was over. I called Longo back and notified them of what Crown was going to offer and instead of matching the offer, they said they'd only give me a discount of $1500 because there was a "shortage" of the NX models. I was a bit disappointed in their response and ended up going with Crown Lexus and reserved a car that was assembled in Japan. Also, check their inventory because the cars are assembled in either Canada or Japan. If the VIN number starts with a 2, the car was assembled in Canada. read more

This is the definition of what a luxury brand dealer should be! I am on my 2nd Lexus, 1st one I bought from them. The 2nd one from out of state. And that is only because Longo couldn't find that particular car on the used market for me. I had certain color coordinations, features, and miles allowance I stuck to, and unfortunately that matched car was at another dealer. Otherwise, I would have definitely bought from Longo again. The service experience is the same whether you buy a Lexus from them, or not. The only difference I have noticed is when you don't buy from them, mobile service performed at your home is not an option. I didn't use that anyway on the first car, so it wasn't a big loss to me. He's honest and will let me know if he thinks there are any mechanic recommendations that my car doesn't quite need yet and will even apply any coupons that are available. Even though my husband and our mechanic can do oil changes for a lot cheaper, my husband recommends taking my 2010 RX450h hybrid to the dealer for oil changes because they'll do some minor checks/inspections. My 15 yr old RX still runs like a dream at 193,000 miles! If I get a service that's more than just an oil change, I'll get a nice Lexus loaner that you can also schedule online. I like earlier appts and go during the week so it's not as crowded & get first dibs on loaners. I almost always get what I prefer, which is an RX or NX loaner vehicle. I wish I can get a TX or RZ loaner one day. When I got my hybrid battery replaced, I got the RX500 sport and it was so fun & nice to drive with head-up display and all the bells and whistles! The loaner process is so easy and smooth too. The waiting area & restrooms are really clean, nice and modern with comfy chairs & booths, or computers & outlets to charge devices, unlimited coffee/espressos/ cappuccinos and sodas. Went here recently because I was interested in seeing some cars that I saw online. Upon first entrance the front desk staff was so rude. Not sure if they were training since there were 4 people at the desk. Prior to coming in I have already made an appointment to view the cars I was interested in. I was ready to walk out right after getting checked in with the front desk staff. They acted as if I was bothering them by asking for the salesman I had contact with. Literally right when I walked in they all just stared blankly at me and didn't say anything until I said something. Just an arrogant entitled attitude. Everything with my salesman was great though. Came here for an oil change at 730AM on a Saturday and requested a loaner vehicle. Note: if you request a loaner, the oil change will take 4 hours vs 2 hours if you wait on site. We decided to just wait instead and it surprisingly finished in about an hour. You can walk to the target next door while you wait too. They also text you updates vs calling you (which I prefer). Only issue is that when they tried to remove the previous mileage sticker (from Glendale Lexus), it wouldn't come off. Looks like they tried to scrape it off which unfortunately took off bits of our very expensive ceramic tint. They did inform us that they would speak to management to see if there's anything they can do so we are waiting to hear back. read more

CHRIS CUCUTA argued with me on Saturday 2/8 @ 12:00pm wasting 3 hours and 3 trips of my time when buying $300 worth of parts giving me bogus info and saying a particular is250 plenum upper gasket was not for my car and my information I read from their Longo website was bogus. He even complains to his co-workers the issues he causes. 1. So I usually come to Longo once a year for an oil change since I don't drive too much, and I'm usually out of there after two hours for a simple service. However, this time, it wasn't as smooth. In fact, had to wait almost double the time that it usually is. For the price too, it's honestly not worth paying that much for such slow service. While the service advisor apologized for the delay, given how I was in a time crunch, it was pretty inconvenient. Also, they cut down on the snacks or breakfast items to merely a few Costco bars. At least they still have their coffee machines and other drinks, but I don't even consume that anymore other than water. Restroom was clean though.
