This is the first time I bought a Lexus from Longo. I have been purchasing Toyota from Longo and want to try this Lexus dealership. My sales were Oscar and Victor. Victor was a very helpful sales consultant. He provides up-front pricing and excellent customer service. Oscar is my delivery person and he explained all of my car features in detail and make sure I didn't miss anything. My finance guy is Anthony. He was friendly and explained the contract in detail. Overall, purchasing my Lexus from Longo was a great experience and will come back for other purchase.

Thank you, Lexus! I had the pleasure of working with Edgar today after scheduling an appointment online for a damaged right rear sidewall. Edgar was incredibly straightforward and transparent about the timeline, and he even included a maintenance check after replacing my tire- after seeking additional confirmation about me. The experience was very professional and he often came to update me on the status of my car when I was in the waiting area. Appreciate you lots Edgar! I've been coming to this service center for years, and it's always a lovely experience. The complimentary snacks, drinks, and wide selection of coffee make the wait comfortable, and I know I can always trust this location to be quick, efficient, and professional when caring for my vehicle.

The best vehicle purchase experience I have had. We were fortunate to find Monica Lopez as we were searching for our Lexus vehicle. Longo also was the only dealership with no markups. From the beginning, Monica was available to answer any and all questions about the purchasing process. Monica and her manager, Ian, made the ordering process smooth, easy, and quickly. While we waited for the production, Monica consistently provided updates on the status and also met our preferntial needs for some add ons. Prior to the vehicle's arrival, Monica walked us through all the requirements and allowed us to prepare and be ready when the vehicle arrived. The day of the pickup, we spent about 1.5 hours with financing, getting a run down of the vehicle, and we took off. The best experience we have had in auto shopping. Thank you, Monica, Ian and team! Was referred to Jose Mendoza. Showed the cars that my wife was interested. Went for a test drive on the RZ300E car is a all electric quiet , luxurious and high enough to oversee cars but low enough to feel the car is stable from tipping. Jose Mendoza was very professional and not the pushy salesman. Was highly recommended by Longo Toyota Patty.

Great sales and finance service from Wei Wei Wang and Jose Mendoza in Finance. Wei Wei was excellent at answering all questions I had and was an excellent communicator. No pressure. When going to finance, Jose explained all the products and the benefits of them. Due his explanation of Gap Insurance, and putting no money down on a $72k vehicle, I purchased Gap Insurance. I highly recommend Longo Lexus especially Wei Wei and Jose in Finance. No pressure either great communication.

I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with this service department has been so…read morestressful and unacceptable that I feel people deserve to know exactly what I went through. My car has been at this dealership since October 14 (over 5 weeks by now), and the lack of communication and follow-through has been terrible from the start. I was repeatedly promised updates, timelines, and calls back -- and none of them happened. I had to call over and over just to get basic information. Most of the time I was told the advisor wasn't available, or someone would call me back, and it simply never happened. What made the situation even more frustrating was how long the diagnostic process took. I was initially told they would look at my car within a couple of days. Then it became a week. Then another week. I went long stretches with zero updates, and whenever I did get someone on the phone, every person had a different explanation. There was absolutely no consistency or urgency. During all of this, I didn't even have a car. They told me repeatedly that there were no loaners available, even though my vehicle was completely undriveable. It took two full weeks before they finally provided a rental. In the meantime, I had to rely on family, friends, and pay out-of-pocket just to get to work. I work in home health, so being without a car was not just inconvenient -- it disrupted my job, my income, and my daily life. The stress of figuring out transportation every single day took a huge toll on me. Then, after all these delays and no clear answers, the dealership told me they believed the issue was fuel contamination -- something I knew was not true. I've always used proper fuel. Later, they changed their story again and said the problem was actually due to wear and tear, and that I would be responsible for covering the costs. The inconsistency and constant shifting of blame made it feel like they were trying to find any excuse to avoid taking responsibility. It's extremely frustrating to be told one thing one week and something completely different the next. To make matters worse, after they had my car for over a month, they contacted me asking if I could authorize a $10 charge so they could put gas in the car to test drive it. After everything I've been put through, being asked to pay for gas on a car they've had for so long just felt like another example of how unprofessional and dismissive they've been. On top of all this, I've been trying for days to speak with the service manager, Diana, to confirm final costs and get answers before authorizing anything further. Every time I call, I'm told she's "not available," and I've never received a call back. At this point, it honestly feels like I'm being ignored. This entire experience has been emotionally draining, financially stressful, and overwhelmingly disappointing. What should have been a simple diagnostic and repair turned into over a month of delays, miscommunication, shifting stories, and lack of accountability. If you're looking for a service department that communicates, follows through, or treats customers with respect, I would strongly caution you to look elsewhere.

Saw an ad on marketplace for a 1998 Honda Prelude and was interested, which then lead me to Active…read moreAuto Group (No longer are under Forza Motors) and Ivan was quick to respond. After discussing what day and time to meet, and over the course of waiting for Monday any updates or questions I had he would respond positively. Once I got to the dealership Ivan greeted me and we went to go see the Prelude. Looking around the lot from what I could tell Ivan took care of the vehicles he had, they were detailed from what I could tell and were very organized. When looking over the Prelude he let me look over everything, trunk, touching all the buttons, and there were some problems but just small things like the powered windows not working but I was purchasing a 20+ year car. After that we worked the final process out and now am currently waiting from confirmation from my bank and soon be able to pick it up! There's also a foosball table inside the store but I never got to use it. Ivan told me the store is family owned, and I would recommend purchasing your first vehicle, second, or third vehicle here because the service and communication with Ivan just can't be compared to regular brand dealerships better Update: The car had a check engine light come up but it was just minor like spark plugs and cables needing to be replaced. Just keep in mind some of these vehicles are old and depends on whoever the previous owners were of the vehicle you are interested in
