Not sure why my review did not show up under my normal account but here it is again. We had such a great experience with Lexus Longo! Dennis Lo was are sales rep and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and made our process of buying a a new car easy! We HATE the process of purchasing cars but NOT any more. We drove 1.5 hours because of the horrible experience we had at our local dealerships. Jonathan was the person who delivered our car (MUCH SOONER THAN PROMISED) He was patient, knowledgeable and kind! Helped us figure out how to operate the key points on our car and we could not have been happier! Having it delivered was an awesome feature they provide and a game changer for our busy schedule. If you are asking yourself if it is worth driving to Longo to purchase a car....JUST DO IT! So glad we did! Thank you! read more

The service center technician are the best, we had an emergency, big screw in our tire. Because we didn't make an appointment I felt we were being punished my wife said the same thing, In the pass I have bought two Lexus and Toyota, I feel the customer service need to be checkout ( Am 80 years old) I will not change a tire on the road side or freeway. I have a 30,000 mile service, I"ll be going somewhere else for my services. Very disappointed in customer service this incident could have been resolved quickly & only would have taken 20 mins or less of their time but we waited 4 hrs to service the tire. I didn't expect that. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. They should re-evaluate the circumstances of service calls. read more

This is long overdue, but I had an absolute blast working with Robin as my service advisor, and I can confidently say he exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, Robin made me feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely taken care of. One thing that really stood out to me was how straightforward and honest he was. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on services I didn't need--something that, let's be honest, can sometimes happen in the auto service world. Instead, Robin clearly laid out what my car actually needed, why it was important, and what could wait. That kind of transparency and integrity made me feel confident that I was making the right decisions. It's clear that customer service is Robin's bread and butter--he doesn't just go through the motions; he takes real pride in ensuring I felt heard and respected. He took the time to explain everything about my car's service in detail, making sure I understood what was needed and why. His passion for cars shines through--especially knowing he's worked with F1 cars in the past. I originally chose this service center because of all the glowing reviews about Robin--and I'm so glad I listened. He's the real deal: knowledgeable, passionate, kind, and incredibly professional. I'll absolutely be coming back, and I look forward to working with him again in the future. Highly recommend! read more

Longo Lexus has always been my favorite place to visit, not only because my car needed servicing but because service here has always been top! While the car is being serviced, you may use their guest computers or enjoy complimentary drinks and work in the lounge. Their website had changed a bit since I last visited, and a simple oil change went from about $90 (2018) to $210 for a "package" that included some basic checkups. I didn't think much of it because of inflation and what was included in their package. When I had arrived (an hour late because my battery died - oops), Beau communicated the service and expectations. I was quoted a 2 hour wait (vs 3 hours on phone) and despite changing from "wait at Longo' to "call when ready" back to "wait at Longo," Beau was accommodating and helpful. When service was complete, Beau was extremely thorough and professional with the list of recommendations from the service technicians. Hilariously, service totaled to the point at which I might as well consider purchasing a new vehicle - though not surprising considering the age and mileage of my vehicle. What I appreciate the most was that Beau did not pressure me into getting any or all services on the "recommended" list. Instead, he communicated the ones that were most urgent because of safety, let me make the decisions, and followed up if I had any questions the following week. But the snacks... please bring back the snacks :( Also note that the coffee machine is finnicky. A latte did not come with milk but instead dispensed water. One trick that I did was mixing coffee with hot vanilla... not the same but close enough! read more

I called Longo Lexus with a concern about the rear camera in my car not showing a clear image. Joseph Olvera, a Lexus Technology Specialist, called me back and provided exceptional support. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, just runnn!!!!! I brought my Lexus in due to a common radio issue where it keeps rebooting. I was charged $230 just for a diagnosis, only to be told that the only solution is to replace the entire radio--for over $4,000! No alternative solutions, no repairs, just an overpriced replacement. It feels like they are more interested in making money than actually helping customers. If you're experiencing similar issues, I'd recommend looking for other options before paying these outrageous prices. read more

Man Wong is an amazing Service Advisor. I had to come in on a Saturday without an appointment because the battery in my car needed to be replaced. 5 Stars! A Refreshing Car Buying Experience I'll admit, I usually dread going into car dealerships. My wife and I were in the market for a new car and honestly, I was expecting the usual back and forth and endless negotiations. But from the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Tomson, and let me just say this was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. There was no pushy sales pitch, no dragging things out. Everything was quick, transparent, and smooth from start to finish. Tomson is incredibly honest and made sure we understood every step of the process. We didn't have to deal with the usual stress or runaround that comes with buying a car. Never had a bad experience here. Been going regularly for scheduled maintenance for about 4 years. Beau and David P are my favorites. Very upfront and helpful. Also their waiting area is top notch with wifi, outlets everywhere and comfortable seating. I get more done there than at my work office lol. And I've always been able to get a loaner when I need it as long as I ask in advance of my appt. I don't think anyone can convince me to go anywhere else. Once in a while I get things for my car done with a family member's shop but I always end up coming back here for regular maintenance because of the efficiency and amenities. read more

Went to this dealership on Saturday May 3, 2025, with the hopes of test driving the Lexus TX. Me & my husband were looking to buy a midsize SUV. The saleswoman made us feel like such an inconvenience the whole time. Took us to the underground lot to show us the car. They are in such tight spaces, she didn't pull it out until she realized my husband couldn't get in to see inside of it. Then offered to pull it out. I had to ask to test drive it. Instead of her offering it. She was on her phone a lot, very preoccupied the whole time. Once the test drive was over she suggested talking numbers but realized another client of hers came in & asked if she could send me numbers instead. Her other client was more important I guess lol we said yes cuz my husband was over the saleswoman and left. To this day she still hasn't sent me any numbers or pricing. She missed out on a sale. That same day we went to Crown Lexus in Ontario & bought a Lexus TX & were treated amazing! Do yourself a favor and drive to Ontario! Everyone at Crown Lexus is AMAZING! read more

They've been great. I've been working with them for years. The flatbed truck drivers are also not only so professional but to very respectful to my time. Everything has been a 10 star service and if you're in the market to buy a car now (time is crazy) see them! They will make your car shopping experience a breeze! Welp, I got a bit of an unexpected call last night. Hieu had an unexpected cancellation on an allocation for a GX550 on the lot. I snatched that puppy up faster than jello shots at an AA meeting. Hieu and Van were fantastic and really made me feel like part of the Longo family. Van installed my paper tags for me and Hieu walked me through all the features and functions of my new car patiently and thoroughly. Update to my initial review: After I expressed my concerns to service center rep and posting my review, I received response, as well as this reply to my review that suggested they may have found the cause of my ICS sensor issue. While I appreciate the follow-up, and that the service center end up waived the $225 charge since there is no work was done to my car, but I can't help and feel that this experience should have been handled better from the start. As a long-time Lexus owner, having owned four Lexus vehicles and always sharing positive experiences with friends and family, this service experience was disappointing. Lexus builds beautiful and reliable cars, which is why I've remained loyal for so long. However, experiences like these, where customers are left feeling nickel-and-dimed can really sour that loyalty. It's frustrating, especially for owners whose warranties have expired, to feel that they're being charged without clear communication or an efficient path to resolution. If Lexus wants to keep its loyal customers, it's essential that they maintain a high standard of customer service to match the quality of their vehicles. Without that, even the most reliable car can lose its appeal. read more

This is a text the service technician James sent me today! Hey Glenn, hope you are doing well. I am just following up since your last visit. Let me know if there is anything you need in the future, as I would be more than happy to help with any future service needs. I was also able to review your google review. So terribly sorry you felt that this was the worst Lexus dealership. We really did try our best with accommodating the parts discounts. Clem and myself also tried our best in explaining that the recommendations had nothing to do with the rear fuel pump. In your review , you mentioned how there was a recommendation for the front and rear fuel pump, but that was actually not the case. Again, let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Please have a great remainder of your week! Best, James D. I knew the part that was broken on my GS350 was in my engine bay, but to my surprise as I looked up the parts on Longo Lexus service order, 4 out of the 5 parts needed to be replaced said location rear of vehicle! And until I got home to look up the part numbers, I had no idea that the parts listed were for my rear fuel pump! So who is lying James, you or your service order? read more

Just had the BEST experience with Marc Fata. Reached out to him with a very specific build a few days ago and told him anything missing would be a dealbreaker. He called me the same day I committed and said he had a line on an EXACT match to my request. MSRP. No add-ons. No fees. My build request was: -Nori -Black roof -black/olive interior -cool box -wireless key -HUD -ML sound His build he lined up had all that AND the traffic assist and tonneau. I don't mind those options, but wasn't hunting for them. He had me fill out the paperwork online and send $500. Just completed transaction. He hustled to get me in and out from opening of the dealership. EVERY promise was honored. He was truthful from start to finish. The single EASIEST and BEST car transaction I've ever had. Total timeline from first contact to painless delivery was a few days. Vehicle had 4 miles on odometer. Drove my 24' LC up to snap pics of it in front with delivery photos. Brought a second set of hands to get them home. CALL and ask for Marc. The man WORKS for the deal! read more

Coming to Longo Lexus resulted in the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Isaac from their internet sales department. I was looking for a used 2021 Lexus RX 350 and needed two things: - Itemized OTD price - Clearance to take the vehicle to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection I contacted other dealerships with this same request, only for them to dodge and not address what I was looking for. It literally took five email exchanges for me to get the information I needed. This was not the case with Longo. Isaac got back to me with the information I needed and even cut the price from what was listed. There was no pressure to add on additional dealer and warranty items. Thank you for Longo Lexus! read more

Do Not Recommend ~ the dealership has been overpriced for years due to constant Lexus ads creating higher public awareness yet their cars have so little features compare to Acura and Cadillac. The down payment is too high and over $1000 monthly plus tax license for plugins that doesn't save enough gas to justify extra hundreds paying monthly. Lexus maintenance costs from $200+ minor to $3500+ major and constant recalls and braking issues make it easy for people to let go of their cars. Will sell my Lexus for better car!!! read more

I was looking to hop into a Lexus, particularly a Lexus IS350 F Sport. I told the scheduler that I wanted their most experienced sales person as I didn't want my time wasted. So they originally put me with Steven at 7 PM. I show up a little earlier than 7 PM and low and behold, Steven was not available. At this point I was already turned off. I mean if they don't keep their appointments that means they don't respect me and my time. I was eventually helped by someone else. I asked questions about the IS350 and was given some poor contradicting answers. I told them I wanted a fully loaded IS350 with every single option ticked. I mean, is it unreasonable that I want my luxury car to be filled with Luxury? I was told that this "60k" model is not kept at the dealership and I needed to run my credit check. I literally test drove my BMW M4 without a credit check when I got it, that's an 80K car. 20K more. Eventually I was able to test drive one of the cheaper versions by handing them the keys of my BMW as collateral. I was not impressed with the "Normal" IS350 and was told that I couldn't custom order a car to the way I wanted it. I think if I am going to spend 60K, I should get exactly how I want it to be just like my BMW. He gave me a story that Lexus is not a normal luxury car manufacturer and shares parts with Toyota. The salesperson wouldn't give me his business card and he didn't tell me his name. I eventually found it as "Matthew Yeung" on the Longo Sales team. I would have to say he doesn't make Lexus sound like a luxury brand and more of an econobox like Toyota. You don't tell someone that your luxury brand isn't really a luxury and is an overpriced Toyota. I called other dealerships about the IS350, they said that special ordering is possible. I also asked about discounts as well. There was zero discounts giving on the IS350 at the time. I called again to confirm what Matthew said about not being able to special order and the sales person "Jessica Chien" was really helpful and gave me much better info than Matthew. Jessica told me that yes, there is a special order process but it can take a few months. Jessica was really respectful of my time and responded to my questions in a timely manner and didn't give me any BS. I eventually started to look at a different car since I felt the IS350 felt like a stripped out luxury car so I looked at the ES350. When I say "stripped out luxury car", you lack some things compared to a BMW. Like rolling up and down windows with the key fob (was told Lexus got rid of this feature for safety). There is no easy entry, the screen resolution is terrible for a 2021 car, and there is excessive gear whine. This part has nothing to do with Longo Lexus, just Lexus as a car brand. When I was about to test drive ES350 car, it literally took three people to explain the car to me. Their "specialist" needed to review the manual for certain questions. They kept saying the car is an "Ultra Luxury Model" but the car they brought out wasn't a "Ultra Luxury" because the front windows weren't dual pane. So I don't know why I know their inventory better than their "specialists" which is another turn off. Overall, didn't really like the contradicting answers from two different Sales Person. Jessica is great to work with and would highly recommend working with her if you really want a Lexus. I personally didn't like how the sales team lacked knowledge of their own cars that they were trying to sell. But I still didn't like how my appointment meant nothing to the sales person. Probably should of just walked out of there if my original appointment was missed because the sales person couldn't make it. Maybe I will give them another chance in the future once Lexus brings their car up to "modern standards". read more
