Thank god he reached out, after explaining my current deal and expressing my frustration with my local dealer he told me to come to Longo and that he and his manager would help me out. He was so patient for all my questions and he was very knowledgeable about the sequoias and the different features all the models came with! He made sure we were comfortable the whole time and worked behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect for us when we came back to actually purchase our car! His colleague Iris H. was amazing also! She helped us on the day of pick up and was so kind to us!! She was patient as we cleaned out my old car and made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were here! She was also so kind and sweet to our daughter. She even spent time with me setting up my new car when we got it. She made the whole process so beyond easy. So thankful for her! The financing manager who helped us, Hovic, was also so nice to work with! He was clear and concise with everything and didn't try to upsell us on things! He let us make the decision. We ended up getting all the warranties because they made sense but he stayed kind and professional the whole way through!
