So! This place just happened to be the second stop after a meh moment with Longo Lexus. This place had the car my dad was looking for, a LS460. He didn't care so much about what year it is. But the price was what my dad wanted. David Lin greeted us graciously, and was just very attentive, patient and just respectful. He was multi tasking but he was very assuring he would be with us. I was even shocked he allowed us to test drive the car without him! I mean we are good people so we would never think of harming the car. But needless to say my car loved it. He's 70yo, not huge on technology so really didn't care it is a 2014 model. As long as it looks good, drives, that's all he cares about. We were also greeted by Sandra and Dominic the owner. Don't even go. Don't even waste your time. I have been looking for a car for a while and this small dealership just happed to have the exact one i was looking for and so specific that it had every option i wanted. So I thought oh and it just happens to be right here in my back yard so to speak. All the Yelp reviews were exactly right as usuall. Nicole the sales manager if that is really the title she holds. NOT probably. all read say away from here. But who do i get on the phone when i call to see if it is still in inventory. Nicole I thought great, She seemed quite timid on the phone. A friend and i decided to go check it out and take a look @ it one evening but it is in a really weird place so it took time to find I called to see if she would stay alittle bit later than they close if time was running short. As she relpies to me "oh no I can't stay late i have a party to go to" even for a $34,000 sale. Really. I knew right then that this wasn't going to be easy. I drove it loved it. It was great but the color wasn't exactly what i wanted. but i could compromise not that bad. She basically rushed us off the lot afterwards. The sunroof wasn't functioning correctly. So we agreed to wait two days I'll have it serviced and we'll go through the purchase process after it was looked over by some mechanic. We agreed to wait a day and let "her mechanic fix it" which always makes me nervous. I called and Nicole had not even had the car put into service. of course she said she would get right on it. I thought about a solvent i had seen on the internet to reset the sunroof. called her and of course it worked like magic. I told her I wanted to use BOA and I run all my business dealing threw. She warned me that usually aren't willing to deal with their type of dealership. She was correct they said no way. probably smart on their part. so go over to get everything done and i had a good feeling when i walked through the door. Obviously an false sense of comfort. to make this short and sweet. They only deal with 3 minor banks. all terrible. basically tote the note. They only recognize one credit bureau dumb and not all three. My last car i financed was @ 2.9% she offended me with a terrible interest rate 12% stupid. Had the nerve to tell me I needed to put down $11,000 which is 25% of the purchase price. Ignorant. I didn't even put $1 down on the BMW I have now. tried to rape me on my Beemer by at least $3000 dollars. saying they go by AUCTION PRICING. No No. She wouldn't even budge a dollar on the other car Wouldn't even consider taking $1 off of the other car. But to cap it all of when I gave her all the final figures I was comfortable with and when i went to get into my car she said your not going to take it tonight like with surprise. I replied no i'm not going to give my car away to you. get raped with the terms of finance & get screwed on the price of your car. But i'm willing to allow you to look over everything and come to a better conclusion. She said she would call me the next day and let me know. That has been TWO DAYS AGO NICOLE!.. l've since decided to just was this car away. This dealership is bad new's and bad business all around. Take your money and what should be your exciting new car experience some where else unless you want your joy to be squashed like mine was. read more
