Customer service was great. But I bought my car in December 2 months later started having problems. My Cadillac converter's going out my fuel pump went out and the warranty they say you get NPV warranty is a bad company Went in to get my AC condenser replaced they said they will cover it but Part was $600 and they found a used one for $300 so they told me they could only cover $300 worth and they weren't covering the labor and Freon so I ended up paying more than what they paid been nine months since I've purchased the car and already have about $8000 in vehicle repairs the cars are clean title but get them and have to repair so much things to get it up and running took a while to write this but felt the need so others won't go through the same thing read more

CAR LASTED LESS THAN 2 MONTHS WITHOUT HAVING A PROBLEM....TRASH!!!! I am currently going through a stressful and serious situation with Trinity auto in Corona. . I purchased a BMW X3 from this company in April 2023 and the car basically sat for the 1st 2 months. In June my daughter started driving it regularly and after two months it started vibrating. We took the car to be serviced and I had to invest $600 in back brakes. The car was fine for about a month and then my daughter was driving the car and it started making a very loud noise and shaking uncontrollably. When she stopped and shut the car off it continued making noise and shaking. In addition she started smelling a burning smell. I had her take it to the BMW dealer and have it inspected. They told me that the car needed calipers, front brake pads and rotors, a new radiator and the tires on the car are not good. I Purchased a warranty for $2000 and with the warranty not including the price for four new tires I'm ending up with a $1400 bill for things that need to be done immediately and $5,000 to put the car in good shape. ( BMW said the car was not in drivable condition and would not recommend driving the car off the lot. We were told it should be towed) After several attempts, emails, visits, and not being able to get in touch with the owner Kiro, I was told by 2 employees that nothing could be done. The female employee kept smiling as if our issue was humorous...RUDE!!!!). The owner finally called and after much deliberation, he agreed to have his mechanics look at the car and repair the brakes. I had the car towed over. Jose, who works at Trinity told me that the mechanic did not find anything wrong. I explained the entire situation again and sent the information from BMW over AGAIN with a video. At this point they had another mechanic address the issue and complete the front brake job. It took over 2 weeks, however, at completion I was told that the traction light was now on and they could not fix it. I. Addition the German repair shop next door could not find the issue. It was recommended that I tow the car somewhere where it could be fixed. At this point I had the car towed BACK to BMW...and now 2 MORE LIGHTS ARE ON... the chassis stabilization and something else... Info from BMW... take care of the radiator, DSC control unit and replace the front passenger brake line. The technician found that one bent. Total cost for all 3 repairs is $7411.98. Also, the technician found the oil pan gasket leaking $2973.55 and the front thrust arm bushings cracked $1460.20. A NEW CAR SHOULD NOT BE A NIGHTMARE! At this point I would say if you're looking for a descent car this is not the place to look. I understand that a used car is a used car however, you don't expect that when they say the car has been checked out and in good condition, that it is only in a condition to drive off the lot and last 2 months. This was not expected after paying 14,000 for the car. They appear to be good business people but they are inefficient when checking their cars. I am completely disappointed, and intend to further this with a lawyer. This car has been nothing but trouble and stress!!! I don't know anyone that's ever purchased a car and had this kind of problem or so many... Very Disappointed!!!!! Message from owner after they told me I had to tow the car off their lot because their mechanic could not fix it.... Hi Angele, That's exactly how they get you! They make it sound like the car is about to explode when you don't even have an engine or transmission issues so you can trade it in and buy from them. I'm not here to convince you with any of that.
