Easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Alissa took care of everything and made the purchase a breeze. The excursion was as promised and nothing was held back. Alissa was straight forward and present the good and the bad. I would definitely buy another vehicle here.

Easy purchase for both a car and extended warranty…read more First as a disabled veteran I don't have time to sit in 10 dealerships while they play games with me. Just like my local dealer did. Lake Elsinore conduced a fair costco buying program price over email and phone. Please understand how important this is. First find the car you want, the exact car. You don't want to get emotional over the car in person or have your time wasted with dealer games. Then shop price. Lake Elsinore twice has hit the make on this. While at home, they gave the discount which in my opinion was a fair deal. We personally went through Costco. My local dealer did not even have the same Costco price as Lake Elsinore did. Lake Elsinore was a 700$ better discount even though I used a buying program. Second if you don't know there was a law passed that states you can not buy an extended warranty out of state. So you must shop dealerships. Again my local dealer... well they didn't even call me back when I showed up in person asking for a price. After shopping around, Lake Elsinore again gave the best fair deal. You can easily see what the price is by looking for Honda care out of state and hone in to a fair price for the dealer and yourself. Even though they are not my direct PMA I will be getting my maintenance done here.

There was no sales pressure whatsoever and the process was quick and easy. We've had the car for 2 months now and it's running like a champ. I would love to give 0 stars and make a direct complaint, but Manny the owner has either ignored my…read moremessages or blocked my number. In April, he sold me a truck that he knew I was extremely elated about. I love old Toyotas, and it was perfect. He said it was from Nevada and the only issue was the filler neck. Great! I said okay let me go see it, I'll get it. I took my dad, but only to test drive it since I wasn't great at manual transmission at the time but wanted to get the truck anyway. Manny and I came to an agreement that he would sell it to me as is and I will pay the tags and taxes myself. I did, and came to find out that the entire frame is rotten. I haven't driven it often because I'm deathly afraid to drive it. It has harden spray foam in the frame, riveted metal planks onto the frame, and some parts aren't even connected anymore due to corrosion. I am lucky enough to have such a great professor in automotive class and we evaluate the truck and fix what we can because I really don't have extra money to do an entire frame change or buy a new one. On top of that, the entire thing was coated so there was no way for me to tell at the moment. I purchased the BADVIN report, and that's how I found out that Manny actually WAS aware of the rust, because he had made over 20 sales ads stating that there is a rust issue, but the last ad he had posted on his website, he took off that clause. I was able to find the archived sales records because of the Badvin report. I also found out that the truck is from New Hampshire, not Nevada, he never gave me a carfax for it. What would happen if the frame broke when I was driving my kids around? What about if that had happened to manny or a loved one? It's a shame that although manny is hiding behind an "as-is" sale, I can't imagine what the ethical standards of this company are? Take money from a 25 year old girl who is a full time student and employee, and give her a truck that is very very unsafe to drive and risk her life? I feel taken advantage of quite frankly. He was more than happy to give me the unsafe truck. I use my car every single day because I am either at work or school at any given time of the day pretty much, and I've had to use Ubers and borrow cars and ask for rides. I tried to drive the truck for some time but I drive too much to keep risking it, I can't afford a new one. I kept telling myself for so long that I just shouldn't say anything but I decided that this will be my attempt to keep other people safe who might end up buying an unsafe car from Manny.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Diamond Star auto glass and Tent. I brought my car…read morein to have the windows tinted, including the front windshield. After the installation, the lower part of my front windshield tint was scratched and damaged. Instead of immediately taking responsibility and redoing the windshield tint properly, they tried to get me to settle for visors for three vehicles because redoing the windshield would cost them more in labor and materials. I told them absolutely not -- I paid to have the windshield tinted correctly, and I wanted it replaced , which they eventually did. Then, shortly after the tint job, my passenger side door panel started lifting. This panel was perfectly fine before my appointment. I called the shop and was specifically told to bring the car back because they could fix it. I took time out of my day to drive back down there, only to be met with excuses. Eddie proceeded to tell me that this "just happens" with Dodges, blamed the heat, and even claimed there was some kind of recall involving the panels. That is simply not true for my vehicle, and my issue started immediately after their work was done. My dashboard lifting slightly from heat over time has absolutely nothing to do with a door panel suddenly lifting after a tint installation. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. I was told they could fix it, but once I arrived, the conversation turned into blaming my car instead of addressing the damage. Then I was told they "could try" to fix it but might make it worse. At that point, why was I told to bring the vehicle in at all? Now I'm left having to pay out of pocket to find someone else to repair damage that was not there before they worked on my car. Very disappointed in the professionalism, communication, and customer service. I expected honesty and accountability, not excuses and blame-shifting
