Their customer service is…read moreexcellent, and they truly go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The trucks are in great condition, and it's clear that they take pride in providing quality vehicles to their customers. I highly recommend Dynamic Rides to anyone looking for a great vehicle and an honest, helpful team. Thank you, Alyssa and your team for such a great experience!

ONE STAR. I have dated photos, repair records, the dealership's own social media post, and our…read morewritten conversation with the seller to document this experience. My boyfriend purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 from Dynamic Rides on August 19, 2026. The paperwork from the sale shows 162,075 miles, and Dynamic Rides even posted him with the truck on Instagram that day saying, "Thanks Manuel and enjoy your truck!" By August 22...only three days later, I have a timestamped dashboard photo showing the check-engine light illuminated at 162,438.9 miles. So this isn't a complaint about something that happened six months or 20,000 miles after buying a used truck. The warning light appeared within days and only a few hundred miles after the sale. On August 23, we were already at Pep Boys paying approximately $876 for an engine diagnostic and ignition-related repairs. Manuel told the seller, Alissa, what was happening and explained that Pep Boys had identified problems involving the cylinders and that another mechanic was also concerned about the engine. Her response is in writing. She told him: "there's no chance it has that issue! It was at ford and yes it was inspected AND serviced." She later said: "maybe first mistake was pep boys" and told us she had personally put several hundred miles on the truck and that her Ford technician had it for a week. She then gave us the information for that technician and specifically wrote: "He's the one who worked on it before you bought it." When Manuel explained that mechanics were concerned about the engine, her response was: "Whoever is telling you it needs an engine is a goofball. Don't worry too much. Also a misfire code isn't that big of a deal..." Unfortunately, going somewhere other than Pep Boys did not make the problems disappear. We have since had the truck evaluated by multiple mechanics, have dealt with misfire problems involving multiple cylinders, and have now been quoted approximately $11,000 for an engine replacement. One mechanic literally asked us, "How much do you love this truck?" before discussing what it would cost to continue putting money into it. What makes this experience especially upsetting is what happened before the sale. We were completely open about the fact that we are young buyers who had already been financially burned by another vehicle situation. We specifically explained that we did not want to end up in that position again. We were reassured while being told how unfortunate it is when young people get taken advantage of and how wrong that is. Then, within three days of buying this truck, we were staring at a check-engine light. Today we're sitting with roughly a $15,000 loan on this vehicle, and haven't even had our first payment yet. Carvana has offered $8,100, other dealerships we've contacted have offered dramatically less, and we've been quoted around $11,000 for an engine replacement. I am not going to accuse Dynamic Rides of something I cannot prove. Realistically I do not know whether they knew the full extent of the truck's problems before selling it, but what I do know and can document is this: August 19: truck purchased. August 22: check-engine light documented at 162,438.9 miles. August 23: already paying for engine diagnostics and repairs. August 24: check-engine light documented again. August 25: seller tells us in writing that the truck had been inspected/serviced before sale, that her Ford technician had worked on it before we bought it, dismisses the engine concerns, and tells us a misfire code isn't that big of a deal. Offers us to go to the same mechanic that worked on it before our purchase People can draw their own conclusions from that timeline. What I find particularly insulting is being told our "first mistake" may have been taking it to Pep Boys when the actual mistake, in my opinion, was trusting reassurance instead of having this truck independently inspected before signing anything. If you're considering buying from Dynamic Rides, do not rely solely on what you're told about the condition of the vehicle. Get your own independent pre-purchase inspection before you sign. Scan it for codes, have the engine thoroughly evaluated, and get representations about its condition in writing. We learned that lesson in an incredibly expensive way. I would never recommend Dynamic Rides based on our experience. (Text message thread photos are numbered in the order they were sent, unsure if they'll upload in numerical order). They posted my boyfriend with this truck on August 19 telling him to "enjoy your truck." Three days later, we had a timestamped photo of the check-engine light. Not much enjoyment going on there.

We bought a used 2014 Audi Q7 from Manny and couldn't be happier with the deal we got. Very…read morereasonably priced and Manny was very upfront about the car. There was no sales pressure whatsoever and the process was quick and easy. We've had the car for 2 months now and it's running like a champ. We got the license plates, registration, and title in a very timely manner. Highly recommend buying a car from Manny!

I would love to give 0 stars and make a direct complaint, but Manny the owner has either ignored my…read moremessages or blocked my number. In April, he sold me a truck that he knew I was extremely elated about. I love old Toyotas, and it was perfect. He said it was from Nevada and the only issue was the filler neck. Great! I said okay let me go see it, I'll get it. I took my dad, but only to test drive it since I wasn't great at manual transmission at the time but wanted to get the truck anyway. Manny and I came to an agreement that he would sell it to me as is and I will pay the tags and taxes myself. I did, and came to find out that the entire frame is rotten. I haven't driven it often because I'm deathly afraid to drive it. It has harden spray foam in the frame, riveted metal planks onto the frame, and some parts aren't even connected anymore due to corrosion. I am lucky enough to have such a great professor in automotive class and we evaluate the truck and fix what we can because I really don't have extra money to do an entire frame change or buy a new one. On top of that, the entire thing was coated so there was no way for me to tell at the moment. I purchased the BADVIN report, and that's how I found out that Manny actually WAS aware of the rust, because he had made over 20 sales ads stating that there is a rust issue, but the last ad he had posted on his website, he took off that clause. I was able to find the archived sales records because of the Badvin report. I also found out that the truck is from New Hampshire, not Nevada, he never gave me a carfax for it. What would happen if the frame broke when I was driving my kids around? What about if that had happened to manny or a loved one? It's a shame that although manny is hiding behind an "as-is" sale, I can't imagine what the ethical standards of this company are? Take money from a 25 year old girl who is a full time student and employee, and give her a truck that is very very unsafe to drive and risk her life? I feel taken advantage of quite frankly. He was more than happy to give me the unsafe truck. I use my car every single day because I am either at work or school at any given time of the day pretty much, and I've had to use Ubers and borrow cars and ask for rides. I tried to drive the truck for some time but I drive too much to keep risking it, I can't afford a new one. I kept telling myself for so long that I just shouldn't say anything but I decided that this will be my attempt to keep other people safe who might end up buying an unsafe car from Manny.

Initially the buying process at Aaron Chevrolet went well. I met with saleswoman, Nury Juarez,…read moretook a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado LTD for a test drive, liked it, and agreed to buy it for the list price of $32, 795.00. It was while they were running my credit that I was told by Sales Manager Guillermo Flores, that the vehicle was a Lemon Law Buyback. Concerned, I asked a few questions as to what the issue was that led to it being bought back. Sales Manager Flores said the original owner had complained had complained that the engine "stuttered" and the engine was eventually replaced. I felt no stutter during the test drive and a new engine sounded good to me. Luckily, my credit is pretty good so I got a fair rate and we moved forward. Against my better judgement I was talked into adding the Compass Platinum warranty. However, I just sent in a letter to Aaron Chevrolet requesting the warranty be cancelled. Per the contract, and California law, the warranty can be cancelled at any time during its term. Also, if the warranty is cancelled within 60-days of the vehicle purchase a full refund must occur. I directed that the refund be applied to the outstanding financed balance. Unfortunately, I was informed during the contract signing that two "optional" items were already on the vehicle and that I would need to pay for them: a Xzilon Ceramic Paint Coating and a KARR Theft Deterrent Device. $1,295.00 each for a total of $2,590.00. This made me pretty angry, but I'd already been there for several hours by now and just wanted to get the deal done. HOWEVER, IF TWO OPTIONAL ITEMS ARE NOT OPTIONAL AND THE BUYER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEM, THAN THE COST SHOULD BE REFLECTED IN THE SALES PRICE. The truck should have been listed as $35, 385.00 not $32,795.00. A couple of days later I am washing the truck when I found large globs of a glue like substance all over the roof, sun roof, and bed rails. They were rock hard and had apparently been there for months, if not years. Having detailed cars I know that when applying a ceramic coat you need to thoroughly wash the vehicle and make sure even the smallest particulates and contamination are removed. Otherwise the ceramic coat will not adhere to the surface. I then began to apply a sealant and could feel that there was absolutely no ceramic, wax, or any other surface protectant on the paint. I took out the sale paperwork and saw that no Xzilon ceramic coating had been applied tor the vehicle. A Xzilon TouchScreen+ Glass Modifier had apparently been installed. Come on. I sent Aaron Chevrolet a letter demanding that the $2,590.00 for the "ceramic coat" and the KARR theft deterrent device be refunded and applied to the truck's financed balance. So, this review can certainly improve. If Aaron Chevrolet acts quickly to cancel the Compass warranty and refund the money I paid for the mythical ceramic coating and the KARR device, and apply those funds to the financed balance, I will HAPPILY add a positive addendum for their prompt and conscientious corrective actions. If not, I plan to invoke my right to seek relief through arbitration.
