They have all the equipment to take care of Mercedes BMW Lexus the fancier cars and the workhorse cars. As matter fact some of the shops come in borrow their equipment. It's a great place try them out. I think you'll like them. They don't use bottom of the line parts for the most expensive. So that's where the differences. They know what they're doing. Had a great experience with Integrity. They literally refused to listen to me when I was willing to drop $1200-$1300+ on what I thought was a torque converter issue. They took the time to put it on the rack and show me an axle that clearly needed replacing and said let's start there and see if that solves the problem. @ $300 later the issue seems to be resolved. My 2014 BMW X3 needed a valve cover seal and thrust bearing replacement per the BMW dealer. They wanted nearly $3,000, I like the car but not that much, so I started looking around for other options, I saw the reviews for Integrity Automotive and checked out a quote from them as well as a few other repair shops. Their quote came in for about a third what the dealer quoted. I went ahead and ordered a new Valve cover online and had them replace that while they had it torn apart. I recently gave my son a 2008 Toyota Camry to use with his wife and a new born baby daughter while he is stationed at Camp Pendleton. Unfortunately there was an issue with this car where the piston and rings needed to be replaced due to a faulty design that Toyota was aware of and they extended the warranty on these vehicles for 10 years from date of purchase and they would replace the piston and rings for free. Our bad luck, the piston and rings did not go out until we had gone past the 10 year mark. Several auto repair shops that I contacted in Temecula stated that they did not do piston and ring repairs but referred me to Integrity Automotive. After reading their reviews and noticing that Art (Original owner) had started his mechanic business with repairing CHP vehicles over 20 years ago and CHP still recommends potential customers to them, that says a lot. When I visited their shop (Large 8 bay garage facility), I noticed almost all of the customers were repeat customers (another good sign). I told Tony (Art's partner/co-owner) that I was only in town visiting with my son for a few more days and asked if he could repair the vehicle. He stated that he could probably do it by the end of the week and gave me an estimate which is not surprisingly much cheaper than the quote from the Toyota Dealer. I told him that I would have to handle the payment by phone or fax since I live outside of CA and he said that would not be a problem. He called me a few days later and asked if I would like to replace the timing belt, water pump, and thermostat since they are 10 years old and there would not be any additional labor cost since the engine was already taken apart. I agreed and then he called me on Fri, and said the vehicle was ready for pick up. My son picked up the car and said it runs better than it ever did before. Tony took my long distance payment and gave me a 1 year warranty on the repair. I was impressed with Tony's honesty and straight forward manner. He just gave me the facts and options on prices and repairs. I highly recommend him and his shop for anyone that may live near the Temecula area, I only wish he had a shop in my home State! read more

I have been going to these guys probably for at least 16 or 17 years. Tow truck driver took me there after my car blew a head gasket. They had to replace a lot of stuff because of the damage and I was amazed at the price. I ended up driving that car for another 7 years. I trust these guys. Art or Tony are going to get on the phone and tell you exactly what they think is wrong and how much its going to cost to fix the problem. I have yet to have any surprises from them. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I can't even believe they have a single good review. Extremely unprofessional. They have no idea what they are doing. I had to take my car back to them three times not including the time they had to come to my house because my car wouldn't change gears/ make it out the driveway after they worked on it. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. They did more damage to my car than good. And I spent about $2,200 dollars on top of it all. Thank you for nothing ! Below is my not so short short story. I went in to get the motor mounts replaced and they said they did I drove it away and it was driving the same as when I brought it in. I got a second opinion and found out that they had lied about getting brand new parts they were used and not lining up right. So I took it back. They then confessed that they ordered and installed the wrong parts. ( how can you not tell if that is your livelihood) They also told me they found more things wrong with it the second time around and replaced spark plugs, coils, A filter (never told me which one). Gave me an oil change and offered to repair my interior lining because it was pealing off the sealing. I then leave again because I had to get to work and back in the mean time. take the car back in because it was extremely hard to shift from park to drive and vice versa with all gears. Then they tell me the cable needed to be replaced for the shifting to be normal because it's corroded. They replace the cable and then do my interior. Get the car home from the shop the next day my dad tries to leave the drive way and the cable snapped so he can't change any gears they had to come to our house and they claimed it was just loose and slipped. He clamps it back and leaves. A couple of days later I go to use my rear windshield fluid to clean off my back window and it doesn't come out but I can hear it flowing above my head. So I take the car back again and they take two days of doing nothing. When all they were supposed to do was fix the line of my windshield fluid which they pinched when redoing my interior. so I just go back to pick it up anyways without any work being done on it and the battery was dead when I tried to leave so they test it and tell me I need a new one. My car had been jump started so I just left and go to auto zone and get a new one since they had then made me late for work. I get to auto zone only to realize they broke the Radio antenna on my roof so my radio sounded like shit. Got that and a new battery. The employee that replaced my battery at auto zone showed me that the pole that goes into the batter was so loose and broken that I would have gotten stuck wherever I would have turned my car off if I didn't have someone to jump me. And when they did the interior they broke the plastic pop off panel parts all around my car so they were all hanging off and could not be snapped back into place and looked like awful. The handles on the roof in the back seat got pulled out if someone used it to get out of the car. ( had a friend smack himself in the head with it) All in all they didn't do good work on a single thing they did and jimmy rigged and half assed everything. read more

The customer service at integrity auto is outstanding all the way from setting the appointment with the front office staff to having the mechanic go over in detail what was completed and prioritizing what would be need to fixed in the future. They are fairly priced and did an outstanding job. The mechanic knew we were going out of town and placed a follow up phone calls to ensure we had no problems or issues on our trip with the work performed. Art is the owner of this bogus establishment and he is ripping people off!!! Their website claims that they are "fair, and honest" but this couldn't be further from the truth!!! Stay away from this place but if you feel you must go, then get a price quote for labor and parts from Art. Then go to pep boys, AutoZone, and Napa which are the places where Art goes for his parts and see what the difference in price is. YOU WILL BE SHOCKED!!! In our case Napa was the most expensive out of the three locations I just mentioned. The part from Napa was $55.00, why did Art charge us $83.00 for the same part? FAIR AND HONEST, huh? Yea right! If you make that claim you should stick by it Art, not make excuses as to why you are over charging the customer! After finding out the true prices my step dad confronted Art and his response was that "all shops do this" and that he "has to pay each of his employees $900 .00 a week, not to mention workers compensation" Passing on your bills to the customer hardly sounds fair and honest at all. NEXT TIME JUST MAN UP INSTEAD OF MAKING EXCUSES ART. We will never go there again. read more

I own an import. A friend turned me on to Art at Integrity (Owner & head mechanic) when I was looking for a local mechanic to maintain my car without breaking the bank. I called on a Friday afternoon asking if I could drop my car off on Saturday morning. I dropped it off at 8:00 a.m. the next day. At that time, he had no fewer than 8 imported cars waiting for service -- Art specializes in working on imports. Awesome! I had my car back later that day and it has not had any problems. PLUS, I lost no work time and the cost was half of what I have heard I would be charged by other mechanics. I have had no problems. I was so pleased, I turned around and took my other car to Art two days later for a simple oil change. I will continue to take my vehicles to Art for everything he does.
