Got a call from the body shop and learned there were a lot more problems than we thought. The seller did not disclose anything and the air bag sensor turned out to not be connected. We also had to buy 2 new tires because they were horrible. Make sure to read and inspect EVERYTHING before you make a final decision. Dishonest people! They sold me a horrible car with an inaccurate carfax! I purchased a warranty that was even worse than the car. 3 days after getting the car the engine light came on. I took it to a reputable mechanic. The warranty that I had purchased from them, covered less than 1/2 of the price of repairs. I had to pay $3k out of pocket after spending $3100 on a warranty that was useless. Elite Warranty is a terrible company and should be ashamed of themselves. They gave the repair shop a hard time and blocked my number for using the word "damn". I tried calling Ariana Motors to cancel my warranty and they wouldn't return my calls. After spending over $18k CASH, Sheila from Ariana Motors had the audacity to call me and tell me that she needs my credit card information because she "undercharged" me for the registration. I said that they will not get another dime out of me and I want to cancel the warranty. She blocked me. I texted and left voicemails with no avail. We just want to pay the price advertised by the dealer. At Ariana's you will be up charged for service that was never done. They had a good priced ford Fusion, priced competitively and we called ahead of time to sure the price advertised was the actual price we would pay. Got there and saw the car and decided to buy it. Start getting into the numbers and find out there's 900$ charge for stain guard and paint protection. Nope don't want it, "too bad it's been applied"... Don't mind the 4 large marks on the roof, "it's used" they said. Sure is but if I paid 900$ to have a car detailed my detailer gets those out. The dealer agrees that they can get them out "no problem just give us 600$ and we can get them out" and the cars yours. Well, that's $600 over the price advertised and they "paid" $900 to have it made ready to sell and the work (sadly) was never done. So, they say they do things to cars but they don't, the price is negotiable but they say online in their ads they don't negotiate, they got frustrated and had ridiculous responses to questions, like "you don't want to pay taxes!" No, I'm cool w taxes (not really but it is what it is), they said " we paid the registration" no they didn't, the previous owner did. Cmon Ariana be better and do what you say... LEMON 3 series Buyer beware!!!!! Ultimately I was sold lemon May of 2020. I purchased the vehicle May 26, 2020, by June 15th it was in the shop @ my local BMW dealership. The issue I experienced with my vehicle was (drivetrain malfunction) .The vehicle goes into limp mode. This happened to me multiple times at a high rate of speed on the highway. I was stranded on the side of the highway multiple times due to this issue . Not to mention with my toddler in the vehicle, with temperatures reaching 117 degree weather in Palms Springs. By the grace of God, I was able to get out of the fast lane and maneuver to the side of the road without being hit from behind. What an awful experience, not to mention the customer service was highly lacking. I initially called about the vehicle and completed the application online, I was told things were good to go. Later I called to confirm an appointment to come in, I was told someone was at the dealership looking at the vehicle. I was told the person was paying for the vehicle fully in cash , and they would take the other individuals offer over mine because of this. Then shortly there after, that individual wanting to pay fully in cash changed their mind. I still give these guys a chance , because I was in love with this vehicle and end up getting screwed over. Ahmad said that he had had no issues with the car. week 1 took it to a mechanic and added coolant and water - week 2 added radiator leak product. it still tried to overheat. week 3 would not start, so had it towed into the mechanic and had starter replaced. by week 7 mechanic said the engine head gasket is cracked and engine needs to be replaced. called ahmad, the salesman, and he said he would see what he could do. then, crickets. allegedly this car had been checked out thoroughly by a mechanic before we purchased it, and we trusted that ahmad, the salesman, was not scamming us. lesson learned. read more

BUYERS BE WARNED. I saw their listing online on Facebook and messaged them about the car. I specifically asked if there was any accident on the car. The person replied back said it was clean title and to call the dealer. I called the next day and asked about the car. The person did disclosed about the car being in an accident. I asked if the damage was noticeable. The person told me when they first bought it, he noticed the was in small rear accident then changed his words and said that he couldn't even tell. I told the person I was driving from San Diego and don't want to waste my time. The person then reassured it was not noticeable and he couldn't even tell it had been in any accidents. When I came up, I definitely noticed the car was been hit. The trunk was misaligned and slanted to one side. Further inspection, I opened the passenger door and it was also misaligned. My friend who came with also said you could hear the door sounding weird when I closed it. The door felt it was going to fall off closing and opening it. While examining the door, I also noticed the passenger front fender wasn't bolted in correctly. I saw a screw that had no holes to go in and was not securing the fender. This car was probably been in a big accident and wasn't disclosed to the dmv. I am pretty sure they bought a major damage car and fixed it to the bare minimum to maximize profit. I am very good at noticing these small details. I check every body panels. Buyers be warned!!! Not many ppl will pay attention to these details. These guys live up to shady used car salesman stereotype. These cars have not been fixed properly. Buy at your own risk and have it inspected by your own mechanic. Please also run your own car fax. Unscrupulous and dishonest. Avoid! Found a truck on Autotrader that looked like a great deal. Called up Ariana motors and asked about title/accidents since they do not provide a vehicle history other than "Clean title". Was told the vehicle had not been in any accidents. My husband calls later that day to ask more questions and for more pictures (since there was only one in the listing). Asks specifically about accidents/damage, told there were none. My husband then explains we live about 95 miles away and are thinking of driving to see it in the morning... Husband gets off the phone, looks at the emailed pictures (which look great), and we decide to check the vin (pay for a report ourselves). Surprise surprise! There is "significant frame damage" reported on the title. Call the dealer back and was told "the damage is from salt, it hasn't been in an accident". So... they technically did not blatantly LIE to us, but that's definitely some shady crap especially since we both (independently of each other with no way of the salesperson knowing we were connected) asked about damage and was told the vehicle was good. They were willing to be completely shady and dishonest and let us spend 180 miles roundtrip/several hours to come see a vehicle that was being misrepresented. Moral of the story: Stay away. If you can't help yourself, at LEAST buy your own report on their vehicles (THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING YOU THAT INFORMATION THEMSELVES). read more

She was beat up, rough around the edges, but mine. 2nd day i own it's, i come out to a flat tire. Okay, it happens. I put air in, go to America's tires. It happens. They come back, shock on their face. They tell me 3 of the rims are so bent that they don't know how i was driving and having traction. They suggest a tow home. I contact the seller, best they can do is to pay half for price of new rims, and tires. Half. Mind you, they say they do a thorough mechanical check out before selling. Obviously, a lie. My car was also missing many interior pieces, that the seller somehow never got the "right" part in to give me. I was promised multiple pieces had been ordered, and got multiple attempts, but were the wrong piece. This was an awful experience overall. Being only my second newer car i purchased, i will no longer be even considering buying a vehicle from small shady private places such as this. Bottom line, i was sold a vehicle with blatant safety issues and was told by America tires that i was lucky to not have a blow out on the freeway. As we were looking at the vehicle, his assistant was nice enough to pull it out so we could look inside. Another customer pulled up to look at the vehicle as we were looking at the interior and said they would come back to look at it if it wasn't being sold and he offered for them to take a look now as we were in the vehicle. He was judgmental and that was terribly rude, and not helpful at all. He never asked if we had questions, as if we were a waste of time. We just bought a 2016 Lexus ES350 from Arianas and honestly its was probably the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. My husband called ahead to inquire on the car and Elena went over the car details and she told us they welcome taking any vehicles to get an inspection before purchase. When we went in there was some minor scratches that AJ went over everything with us. Even some minor scratch on the very bottom, that really isn't visible unless you get on the floor, and he printed a fresh carfax for us in the office, and told us he buys from Lexus direct, which was a previous lease. We didn't feel pressured, well really a Lexus can sell itself, especially with low miles, and the price we wanted almost to the penny. There was only a quart of gas, so he was nice enough to give us a gas card. We appreciate the service, and when I'm ready for another car, I will go here first. Like how do I buy a car solely from turning it on are you insane? You imbecile. After that I said well can I test drive it? And he I kid you not looks me up and down and says well I mean "we want to make sure you're a serious buyer" well, I was and I was eager and in love with that car.
