    My Wife and I procured a Lexus 450H and had a very pleasant experience from vehicle test derive to procurement which took a week as i wanted to shop for the best rates. AJ and the team were kind and patient and helped procure the vehicle. I appreciate their kindness and patience. For us it was big a purchase and they understood and were empathetic. I have had the vehicle for 1 year and has been splendid. I apologize to the Ariana team for a late review.

    Purchased a Prius and the whole experience was so easy. Sheila was a dream to work with. She answered all of my questions and was so patient. Prices were fair and selection was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!

    We just want to pay the price advertised by the dealer. At Ariana's you will be up charged for service that was never done. They had a good priced ford Fusion, priced competitively and we called ahead of time to sure the price advertised was the actual price we would pay. Got there and saw the car and decided to buy it. Start getting into the numbers and find out there's 900$ charge for stain guard and paint protection. Nope don't want it, "too bad it's been applied"... Don't mind the 4 large marks on the roof, "it's used" they said. Sure is but if I paid 900$ to have a car detailed my detailer gets those out. The dealer agrees that they can get them out "no problem just give us 600$ and we can get them out" and the cars yours. Well, that's $600 over the price advertised and they "paid" $900 to have it made ready to sell and the work (sadly) was never done. So, they say they do things to cars but they don't, the price is negotiable but they say online in their ads they don't negotiate, they got frustrated and had ridiculous responses to questions, like "you don't want to pay taxes!" No, I'm cool w taxes (not really but it is what it is), they said " we paid the registration" no they didn't, the previous owner did. Cmon Ariana be better and do what you say... I included a pic of the run marks on the roof, this is after a 900 detail job.

    LEMON 3 series Buyer beware!!!!! Ultimately I was sold lemon May of 2020. I purchased the vehicle May 26, 2020, by June 15th it was in the shop @ my local BMW dealership. The issue I experienced with my vehicle was (drivetrain malfunction) .The vehicle goes into limp mode. This happened to me multiple times at a high rate of speed on the highway. I was stranded on the side of the highway multiple times due to this issue . Not to mention with my toddler in the vehicle, with temperatures reaching 117 degree weather in Palms Springs. By the grace of God, I was able to get out of the fast lane and maneuver to the side of the road without being hit from behind. What an awful experience, not to mention the customer service was highly lacking. I initially called about the vehicle and completed the application online, I was told things were good to go. Later I called to confirm an appointment to come in, I was told someone was at the dealership looking at the vehicle. I was told the person was paying for the vehicle fully in cash , and they would take the other individuals offer over mine because of this. Then shortly there after, that individual wanting to pay fully in cash changed their mind. I still give these guys a chance , because I was in love with this vehicle and end up getting screwed over. Not only did Ariana Motors put myself at risk and my toddler, but others on the road. Again, buyer beware!!! I got rid of this car, and purchased a certified used BMW.

    Had a wonderful experience here. We had the pleasure of working with AJ who was very professional and thorough. What I enjoyed the most about this establishment was that he was genuine, friendly, and not pushy at all. He let you see all the cars they had available and were very communicative and honest about each car. He was also very knowledgeable about everything he had in stock. Having come from previous bigger dealerships and feeling very much pushed by the salesmen, coming here was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to purchase a car. A friendly and genuine place that will leave you with a smile on your face. Thanks for everything!!

The LA regional manager SUKJIWAN is a liar. He keeps denying that they owe me $1000.

    Beware. Here are things you need to ask them for proof of before you buy anything from these guys…read more Cause the warranty like all used vehicle warranty covers nothing. Remember these are used vehicle sellers. All they want is your money and they do not worry about repeat business. Get your mileage in writing. They will not put it on your documents. Ask for a BIT inspection before purchase or the last BIT report the vehicle had. Ask for the life on the brakes and if you are purchasing a manual transmission the clutch like. If they say they cannot know they are not telling the truth. It can be measured and seen on the semi truck. If the truck is from the east coast or anywhere with lots of snow look for rust. New tires mean nothing. If the tires are worn deduct money cause you can buy them elsewhere for cheaper. Does the truck or equipment have a service history? If they said no then don't buy it. Cause BIT inspections and service records are important for DOT and MCP. Later model? Does not matter. Anything the sales person says is covered get it in writing spelled out. These guys are just looking to move it out. Just remember freightliner trucks are cheapest trucks. Low quality and cheap low grade parts. Gives the USA a bad name. If you have an experience driver test the truck make sure he runs it through it pace cause 100 miles or 1000 miles it will breakdown or need service. Also do not let the dealership work on it. Rip off city. All they need to do is just mention one thing and boom thousands in repairs. It use to be 300k in miles was nothing but the way they service or build it you need to check it out every 10k. Anything with wear and tear check it out. Look at the belt, bolts anything that looks too clear is a red flag. Don't ask the sales person for advice. All they will do is agree or tell you want you want to hear.
