We ended up hiring an independent inspector for peace of mind to have a look at the vehicle and go through a checklist of concerns. What was great too was being able to work together and share information regarding the outside inspector, whom in the end they also knew... Sold me a truck I bought in California only to find out it was registered in Arizona and it had major front end issues that I had to fix out of pocket. It may take months or even a year for the DMV investigations office to get back to you, but the more people that put in complaints, the faster they can take these scumbags out of business, along with their Arizona dealership that they use to fraud people.
