I had been shopping for a small SUV for several weeks. I hesitated in buying from Destination Motors because I live about 70 miles from their location. When I saw they had a great price that could not be beat by an dealers in San Diego, OC or LA on a 2017 VW Tiguan I emailed them and asked for more info. The Tiguan was 3K cheaper than any other dealer I could find online. I set an appointment and met at the dealership and took the car for a test drive. The car was in great condition and ran great. Because they work on an appointment only basis the process very quick. I financed the car and was out of the dealership in about an hour. Wow!! Hands down, Destination Motors is the BEST dealership I have ever had the privilege of working with!! The family owned dealership is beautiful, welcoming and peaceful. The staff are honest, kind, informative, supportive and very helpful. I had all my questions answered, and I never felt like I was being pressurized (which is common in dealerships!). I wanted to wait until I had my car for about a month before I reviewed Destiination motors. Everything you read on this site is absolutely 1000% true. They are wonderful, honest and offer very fair pricing pricing. In fact, they try to sell all their cars under blue book value. There is no gimmicky run around, they don't waste your time. Everything is quick and efficient. Their office is clean and nicely decorated. This is a small little dealership that You can trust. All of the paperwork was completed in about 45 minutes. Presented the car to me and allowed a full test drive. Used car dealers? Scary thought, right? But not at Destination Motors. Here you are welcomed by the most honest and trustworthy owners, Dmitriy and Oksana. I was looking for a car for my daughter with much disappointment for several weeks. I was beginning to give up when I happened to do an online search filtering a farther distance and came across Destination Motors. I was so impressed with their website and the beautiful pictures of their vehicles! To my luck and surprise, they had just the vehicle I was looking for, a Black 2015 Jetta! This car was fully loaded with a beautiful sunroof/moonroof, rearview parking monitor, leather seats, scratch free bodywork, low miles and the best part...a clean carfax! The price was far below all other dealers and with so many more added features! The only downside was the 70 mile distance from my home. I decided to give them a call on a Sunday and within minutes, I received a text from Dmitriy. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I knew I had to have this car! I called him the next day and explained my dilemma...I wasn't going to be able to drive to Temecula until the coming weekend. Dmitriy was so understanding and worked with us by allowing us to put down a deposit to hold the car. Mind you, I never do anything this impulsive and sight unseen, but I knew from the start that Dmitriy was very honest and his pictures captured every angle of the vehicle, both inside and out...I already felt like I had seen the car in person. We only needed to do a test drive. The weekend we arrived at their dealership, we were greeted by two very friendly ladies. My daughter immediately fell in love with the car. It was exactly as pictured and drove beautifully! We were sold! Oksana processed the paperwork and thoroughly explained each step! They detailed the car and made sure it was perfect. There was a problem with the rear passenger panel and they made sure it was repaired before we finalized the sale. Destination Motors is a small dealer, but all of their vehicles are top quality. I purchased my car from here about 4 months ago. The process was very easy and fast and their customer service was good. I've rated it 2 stars because after 4 months of having the car I had battery problems. The coverage I paid for when signing the contract did not cover battery issues so I had to pay out of pocket. This really got me upset because even after changing the battery the car was still giving me problems. I took it to get checked up and the alternator was messed up and a band. I had to pay out of pocket once again for the band and I'm really upset this car has already given me this much trouble after only having it for less than 4 months. Guess I got unlucky. I bought a 2017 Volkswagen Passat R- Line two months ago and I have no complaints. all the cars they sell here are with very good mileage and are kept inside a galleria, and they're all detailed and cleaned to the point of looking brand new, engine bay and everything. the staff here is amazing. so far I've worked with Lana and she's a great person who always greets you with a smile on her face, she's very friendly and knows what she's talking about when it comes to the vehicle she's selling you. she was understanding in my situation and budget and worked everything out with me without applying any pressure whatsoever so we could seal the deal. I loved this place so much that I recommended it to my friend and she came here and ended up buying a 2016 Mercedes-Benz that she absolutely adores.
