Sorry Fletcher Jones, you've been dethroned as king!…read more So what do we look for in a car buying experience? Most of us dread going to the wolves' den. We know what we want, and roughly what we're gonna pay, and all we can hope for is we don't get a piranha when we get to the dealership. We don't want to go back and forth, we don't want to be there for hours while you "try to fight for me with your managers", and yes, we know you're making money if you make a deal. If you tell me you're taking a loss on my deal, I leave. I've bought maybe 25-30 cars in my life. Had a relatively good experience buying a Mercedes, thought that was the pinnacle of car sales. Enter Temecula Valley Toyota. There aren't enough stars on yelp. Sometimes, that euphoric feeling when you buy a new car is usually blunted by the fact that you could have gotten a better deal, and the bad taste of the back and forth. I've NEVER actually felt good and 100 percent confident about my purchase until my visit here. My first Toyota. I actually had FUN and was RELAXED buying this car! The first price I was offered after they "ran the numbers" was actually lower than I was expecting for the first time ever. Even the finance phase, where dealerships try to squeeze in all the extras on your payment, was on point. No surprises! Everything is basically included, and stress free! If you're looking at a Toyota, I promise you that you're not going to have a better experience than TVT. Make SURE you ask for Nicholas "Nick" R. (even better, do a lot of the groundwork on the internet first) for a completely no hassle experience. 10 stars!

It's been a long time comin' and it was time to let my beloved V8 Big Bertha move on to her next life. My life has changed in the last 13 years, and so the need to downsize became a priority. I worked with Moises Nunez. I wish I could give him 5 stars, but I had to take one off only because I didn't get the truck I originally wanted. He sent me a picture of the Wind Chill Pearl TRD Sport and I said I would return in a few weeks for it. We'll, but the time I came back it was sold! =( I was really bummed, and I also had a list of things I wanted. He did make up for it, though, so it's going to be a solid 4 stars from me. I ended up with my second choice, which is the Heritage Blue. It I had the money, I would not have thought twice about the beautiful Wave Maker Blue TRD Pro!! I just drool over it, lol. So I ended up leasing the vehicle since I wanted options, and I may want to get a different vehicle altogether by the time this lease is up. Moises did tell me I could come back sooner if I wanted to and he would have my white truck!! Lol I said I'd hold him to that, haha! The process went smoothly and even though it was a rough start at the financing office, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I had an appointment in San Diego and they worked quickly to get the paperwork done so that I could leave. They were even gracious enough to give me a loaner to go to my appointment ao that I wouldn't add more miles to my SUV. Overall, I am happy with my new truck. They gave me a sweet deal I couldn't pass up. It came with running boards, but I didn't like them so I found a pair online and brought it back ti the dealership where Moises himself put them on for me. Now THAT is great customer service!! One last thing I requested was a blue bow (because everyone always has a red bow) to be on my truck when they delivered it to me. They came through!!! Haha! I will definitely do business here again when the time comes! Thank you to Moises and the team here at Temecula Valley Toyota!

Needless to say, having a major transmission failure that early--especially while hundreds of miles from home--was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, I was able to get the truck to Paradise Chevrolet, and I cannot say enough good things about how they treated me. From the beginning, Paradise Chevrolet stepped up to help. They helped get me into a rental vehicle while I was in town and continued working with me after I had to return home to Washington. When Chevrolet's warranty process would not cover my rental expenses the way I expected, Paradise Chevrolet went above and beyond and actually reimbursed me themselves. They did not have to take responsibility for Chevrolet's shortcomings, but they chose to take care of their customer anyway. That says a lot about a dealership and the people running it. I would 100% recommend Paradise Chevrolet based on the customer service I received. They took a very frustrating situation and did everything within their control to make it better. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with Chevrolet itself. This was my first Chevy, and having a Silverado 2500HD Duramax suffer a major transmission failure at only 25,000 miles has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand. I had owned the truck for over two years, but it was basically a "princess truck" that spent much of its life sitting in my driveway and certainly was not abused. Between such an early major mechanical failure and my disappointment with Chevrolet's warranty support, I would have a very difficult time recommending a Chevy or purchasing another one. But Paradise Chevrolet? Absolutely. They earned my respect and my recommendation. Great customer service, great communication, and most importantly, they stepped up when I needed them.

The email included a phone video made by the tech showing what looked like black oil behind the engine. My car was recently inspected by a good independent shop (Auto Club Approved!!) in Temecula and they found nothing leaking. So, was I supposed to just pay the four grand for nothing or were they going to try and get me to trade in on a new vehicle? We will never know because my independent garage said "no leaks" and my garage floor hasn't got a single drop of oil, and I will never go back to this dealership for anything, not even parts.

Car shopping can be such a harrowing experience, so I was genuinely surprised with how smooth the…read morewhole process was for us to purchase a new car. My husband wanted a specific model in a specific color ("Ether," I think?), so it had to be custom ordered from Japan and shipped to California. He had been working with John Cunningham, who gave him frequent updates about the status of the car from its time in the factory all the way to its delivery to the dealership. Already, it felt like John was putting in a lot of work for us. When it came time to the actual purchase, John was extremely professional and kind, but was also upfront with everything. Then, the transition from sales to finance was extremely smooth with very little wait time. Despite having a lot on his plate, Christiano Valencia from finance was extremely accommodating and also very upfront - he did not try to saddle us with unnecessary add-ons or anything like that. He was authentic and honest, AND he gave us very helpful advice on things to get and what to avoid should we ever have to buy another new car in the future. All in all, we left the dealership with our brand new car and my husband is such a happy camper. Despite us having to drive 100+ miles to this particular dealership, I really felt it was worth it based on our experience. Both John and Christiano are professionals of the highest caliber and I am so grateful to have been able to work with them. 10/10 would recommend.

We asked to test drive it, and while our salesperson was nice, he seemed distracted and preoccupied with his phone throughout most of the test drive. Afterward, we discussed the vehicle, provided our information, and were told he would follow up with us on Sunday. We never heard from him. We noticed the price had been reduced online and, still interested, reached out ourselves the following Wednesday. Unfortunately, the communication from there was disappointing. Responses were slow, my husband's name was spelled incorrectly, and our questions about pricing were not fully answered. At one point, we were told that "educated buyers" come in before Labor Day to avoid losing the vehicle they want. I'm not sure what was meant by "educated buyers," but the comment came across as unnecessarily condescending when we were simply trying to discuss pricing on a vehicle we were seriously considering purchasing. We eventually discussed a quoted selling price and specifically asked for an itemized out-the-door quote. The quote we received reflected a higher selling price instead. We asked for it to be corrected and, as of writing this review, still have not received a response or updated quote. This isn't about the dealership not agreeing to the price we wanted. If the quote given was their lowest price, that was perfectly fine. The issue was the lack of follow-up, attention to detail, and overall communication. We were prepared to purchase and genuinely liked the TX, but at this point we've decided to take our business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because ultimately it wasn't the price that lost the sale, it was the experience. Happy to say we were able to get a TX 350 Luxury from another dealership within 48 hours of initiating the inquiry.

We recently had an issue that could have easily turned into a very frustrating situation, but Chad Sobek completely changed the experience with the way he handled it. He listened to our concerns, took the situation seriously, communicated with us professionally, and went genuinely above and beyond to make things right. There was no runaround, no trying to minimize the situation, and no feeling like we were being brushed off. He simply stepped up, took responsibility for getting everything resolved, and made sure we left feeling taken care of. What impressed me most was that Chad didn't just do the bare minimum. He made a real effort to restore our confidence in the dealership, and that kind of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. The way a business responds when something doesn't go perfectly says a lot more about them than when everything goes smoothly, and Chad absolutely delivered. I also want to recognize Patty at the front desk/reception. Every time we've dealt with her she has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and pleasant to talk to. She's one of those people who immediately makes the dealership feel more personable and less transactional. I really appreciate both Chad and Patty for the way they treat customers. DCH Honda of Temecula is fortunate to have people like them representing the dealership. Because of how Chad handled our situation and the consistently great treatment we've received from Patty, I'm leaving this review with a very positive impression of the team. Unfortunately, I was left feeling misled by the sales team. The Kia Temecula website lists the price of an EV9 Wind at $55,250 (which included a $10k rebate) and on the same page, lists a Combo APR Offer of 0% for 60 months (see attached image). I did not see this offer listed anywhere on other local KIA dealerships, which I why I scheduled an appointment with Kia Temecula. Even though I made an appointment and communicated which vehicle I wanted to see, my car was not ready upon arrival. Noel, a salesperson, had to go pick up the car from another lot and it arrived dirty. When it came to talk finance, the sales manager claimed (I never met this person - only communicated through Noel) that I could not receive both the $10k rebate and the APR 0% offer. They could not be combined. I showed Noel what was posted on Kia Temecula's website, and he reiterated that the offers could not be combined and claimed this was direct from KIA corporate. I was provided with a chart of different APRs and rebates, none of which were the offer posted on the website. I see now why KIA Temecula was the only KIA dealer in Southern California to post the rebate in conjunction with the 0% APR for 60 months - it wasn't something KIA Corporate would back. Thankfully the SB 766 CARS Act goes into effect on Oct. 1, 2026 which requires total price transparency in advertisements and conversations with the customer. It will be illegal for KIA Temecula to post misleading advertisements such as this going forward.

10 STARS FOR CHRIS BENNETT!!!…read more Alrighty, yall ready for a story?! So a couple months ago, I originally had my Jeep towed to the Elsinore dealership. After dealing with the horrible customer service there (I USED TO WORK THERE IN SERVICE) I asked them not to touch my car and not to go further and I would be towing it out. I show up Friday to tow it out. They have it in a bay and I asked them to release it to a tow truck. It was all in text and writing so not my problem that they don't listen to direction. To top it off, the following Monday the advisor they called me and said he needed more time with my vehicle... My vehicle was towed out the previous Friday... Way to keep track of what you're doing. I towed it to Temecula to Chris Bennett!! I had my water pump repaired for over $800 at Elsinore about six months prior. She has overheated quite a bit... (4 times now in her 6 years) Backstory, I have a 2020 2.0 wrangler with 140,000 miles now, no extended warranty. Lifted on 35s but no recalibration. No engine modifications. When I say Chris went to battle for me, I cannot stress enough on how amazing his customer service skills were and are. I will forever recommend him and I am back now to do my first oil change on my brand new engine that he was able to cover under consequential damage warranty from my water pump going out. Yes, she was in the shop for just over a month. But it's all worth it. I did have to prove my maintenance records, and again like I said earlier, I did used to work for a Jeep dealer so I do know how to take care of my vehicle. But patience is definitely a key and taking care of your cars in the right way can definitely help. And Chris is the best service advisor on the planet!!!! Thank you Chris for taking care of Sally girl. We are forever in your debt!

Formal Complaint -- Jeep Service Department (DCH TEMECULA)…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I received from the Jeep service department at DCH TEMECULA. I wish there were a zero-star option. I believed returning to the dealership--especially since I purchased my vehicle there--would be the best choice. Instead, I was treated as though my business did not matter. Details of the Issue 1) Lack of communication after drop-off After I dropped my vehicle off, there was absolutely no communication. I had to call multiple times, and I repeatedly reached voicemail. No one returned my calls, so I was forced to keep calling until I finally reached someone. 2) Unhelpful and unprofessional customer service My service representative (I will not name names) seemed uneducated and blamed me for the issue. The service manager demonstrated zero customer service skills, and because my vehicle is not under warranty, he made it clear he could not care less about helping me. 3) $245 charge with no timely resolution I was charged $245 to be told what I already brought my vehicle in for--only to then be told the issue could not be fixed for at least 45-60 days because parts were unavailable. This was presented as "blamed the world," which I found highly unprofessional. 4) Ongoing concern about vehicle safety I was left without meaningful help or guidance and was essentially left to figure out what to do next. I am still unsure whether my Jeep is safe to drive. I also do not know whether this is a broader or national issue, as no one provided clear answers or support. Requested Action & Next Steps Given the lack of communication, the unhelpful service response, and the 45-60 day delay due to unavailable parts--after charging me $245--I am escalating this matter. My next letter will be to Jeep corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and my legal counsel. I will never return to, or recommend, DCH TEMECULA again.
