My 2012 Nissan was out of alignment and pulling hard to the right. I took the car to FireS**** for an alignment, but they said my car was unalienable and suggested I take it to a body shop. I took it to Advanced Auto Care instead. They took the time to test drive the car with me so they could see how bad the alignment was for themselves. They were able to adjust the alignment and now my car drives straight down the road without me fighting the steering wheel. I have been to this shop a few times. They always take good care of my cars. read more

Very trustworthy, affordable and honest mechanics! They helped me sort out my complex car issues! Highly recommend this place!

I am so grateful that my family and I have found such a wonderful mechanic in our neighborhood. We had ongoing issues with the dealership and other mechanics, but Advanced Auto was able to fix a problem no one else could. Our original issue was with the air conditioning. We took it to the dealership multiple times and spent thousands of dollars, yet they were never able to fix it. After doing some research on Advanced Auto, I suggested to my husband that we take the car there. Sure enough, they quickly found the issue and fixed it for us. More recently, I took my vehicle in to have the shocks replaced. I expected it to be very expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the quote was. They are honest and trustworthy. They don't recommend repairs that aren't needed, which is something I've felt other mechanics have done in the past. With Advanced Auto, that has never been the case. I take my car there regularly, and it's always ready the same day. I truly have nothing bad to say about them. They are kind, caring, and dependable. read more

I had the best experience with Ryan and Steve. They both were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The best service I have gotten in years. I found them through my AAA membership discount service. My daughter's A/C went out and we tried the routine quick fix (buy a can of coolant) that didn't work long so I knew it was something that needed to be checked out. I had called a round and the price just to check it out was ridiculous. But when I called Advanced Ryan was more than happy to check out the problem and get back to me. When he called me back he told me exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. Even after it was repaired Ryan and Steve took the time to go over everything that was done. I felt like I was at my doctor's office getting the rundown of my physical. It was just that detailed. I can't remember the last time I received such professional and kind service. They will certainly be my go-to shop whenever I need assistance with any of my cars. You guys rock! I pray that your business will be blessed because of your niceness and willingness to help. There are a lot of good shops, but I am just amazed at how my daughter and I were treated from the moment she dropped off her truck to the moment we came back to pick it up. Great service! Very professional! Extremely friendly! I will be back to have my SD card checked and probably replaced in my GMC truck. And Steve told me not to worry because they work Carmax and that's where I got my truck and it's still under warranty. They will take care of everything for me. Boom, again great attention to detail. I think Advanced Auto and their staff are awesome!!! My car is purring like a kitten. I took my Cadillac to a place where they maintained my vehicle for years. I complained twice there was a sound in my engine. They said "everything was fine." I have been driving my car for years and I know my engine didn't sound right. So, I took it to Advanced Auto Care, what a difference. It took them a very short period of time to identify the issue. Their pricing was fair and I got my car back the same day. Now, I drive my car and it's perfect. Advanced Auto Care will be maintaining my 2010 Cadillac SRX from now on. Thank you again for fixing the noise in my engine. read more

I have been bringing all my cars to Steve and Ryan for a couple of years now. Last week my daughter's battery died and right after that the car was making weird noises and several of the engine lights came on. I called Advanced Auto Care who said to bring it down and that they would check it out as soon as possible. I got a phone call the next day where they did a thorough check of the belts, the air conditioner as well as went through all the error codes and engine light messages. They didn't find anything wrong with it. When I went to pick it up, Steve explained to me what had happened and how the AAA guy was supposed to provide power to the car when he exchanged the battery and that what my daughter experienced happens sometimes when the proper process is not followed. Then he said that this was free of charge. I would give them a higher rating if I could for their impeccable work, their honesty and their business ethics. It is very rare to get a mechanic like that. read more

Went to Advanced Auto care as a girl expecting fair treatment. When I got the bill it was astronomical. I left and went to anothe place I was only charged a small fraction of what they were gonna charge me. And the problem they said existed did not exist. Will never go back. read more

I had an oil leak coming from the side of my engine, and white smoke coming from under the hood. I took it in to Steve and Ryan and they diagnosed there were more leaks than I knew. Mind you, this is a 2004 Avalanche with plenty of miles. They had my vehicle fixed in a couple of days for a very reasonable price considering all the problems it had. Ryan was great about giving me a detailed and understandable explanation of what was going on with my vehicle. The shuttle to and from was extremely helpful as I needed to continue working from home while they did their magic on my "girl". Was able to pick it up today and she was a way different (read, BETTER) beast. Thanks, guys! read more

I took my car in to have tires rotated and brakes checked. I told them I thought maybe I needed new brakes. Would have been easy for them to check and say "yes you need new brakes " . After a thorough check of my car they said no your brakes are fine. They did a thorough check of my car and found there were a few things I might want to think about. No pressure to get them done. I did choose to get them taken care of. I had a mechanic I used for 40 years who I always trusted what he said. He retired and sold his business. I was so leary of taking my car to anyone else. I am so glad I found these guys they are definitely my new go to shop. Thank you guys for everything. P.S. They even gave me a ride to my house after dropping off my car! read more

Advanced Auto Care (AAC) provides one of the best auto services I have ever experienced. I was impressed with the detailed maintenance and price of the service provided for my BMW X5. This NEVER happens. Had a horrible pinging noise as I drove my car. Had it looked at and the estimate was much higher than what the bill came out to be. The problem wasn't as severe as originally expected. Most shops would just do the original work instead of what you actually need. Wonderful customer service. read more

Finally found a place I trust to take my vehicles . Steve and Ryan I feel in my opinion are trust Worthy mechanics and I advise all my family and friends to get there cars worked on here . Every time I've had a problem that I couldn't take care of myself these guys knew exactly how to figure it out and not just throw parts at the problem . They really get down and figure it out. And the 1 time they couldn't figure out the problem they didn't just charge me some bullshit charge. they told me the truth and said they couldn't find a problem . So I came back when the problem arose again and they found the issue and Its been two years since then. The Truck is running solid as can be. read more

Left my car overnight to be diagnosed after a clear understanding of what needed to be done on a misfire for a Jeep. Never received a call back. After ME calling, I was told the technician that is qualified to diagnose my vehicle was going to be out sick until next week (Monday) I assume they will be open on Labor Day? BE CAREFUL, THEY OBVIOUSLY DON't HAVE QUALIFIED MECHANICS while the only one they have is out sick!!!!! In addition, they cleared the code for my check engine light which should only be done once a job is complete. Now I can't take it to another mechanic until the check engine light comes on which I was told by three different shops. read more

These guys are total professionals. I got a great first impression when I walked into their shop. It is as clean as the cleanest home. Bringing my Cadillac here was a last ditch effort before going to the dealership. I had my car at another smog shop in Corona four separate times. I spent over $1200 replacing parts because they couldn't figure out the problem. When I brought it here, within an hour they called me and told me what the problem was. I was hopeful it would take care of it. They got the latest software for my car's computer and that took care of all the issue and my car finally passed smog. It even solved problems that I didn't even take the car there for. The price was fair and they kept me informed every step of the way. This was my first time at advanced auto care and they definitely earned my business as a new customer. read more

This place exemplify customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan. He was attentive and honest. I brought my BMW X5 in to have the front brakes replaced. After removing the wheels he brought me into the shop and showed me the need to also replace both rotors. Not only did they do an exceptional job. I was also charged a reasonable price. I recommend everyone to bring their vehicle here. Far better than my experiences at BMW Second visit to have my vehicle service and I received supreme customer service from Ryan and Steve. read more

I was going to to my local firestone autocare but I decided to do a quick search if there were any reputable shops in my area before I headed to a franchised location. Advanced Auto Care was on every search and regarded highly by consistent reviews on multiple platforms, not just Yelp. A good sign so far. The car was diagnosed on Monday and repaired and finished the same day. Ryan explained my car problems and remedies to fix them. Broke down parts and labor cost. Explained what would happen if I did or didn't proceed. Gave me no hassle for choosing or denying other recommended services. Also i did not get price shock, if you use the repairpal website which they are affiliated with; It will give u a range of the repair cost estimate that other shops charge. They were in range of the estimate. Their customer service is what got me to bring my car in. They are very polite ,Steve and ryan, and make you feel like a valued customer. Something you don't get at franchised locations like pepboys etc. Their work is warrantied and they are ASE certified. read more

Excellent service, very professional and spotless business. Went in with squeaky brakes and a check engine light on. Less than 24 hours and I was back on the road with a very quiet vehicle. If you are looking for Honesty and Integrity in a mechanic this is the place you want to come. In this day and age to find both of those qualities in a mechanics work environment is extremely rare. I have come here a few times now and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They will diagnose your issues and you can be certain that the outcome will be accurate and honest. Sometimes it might be expensive sometimes not but they will not lie to you to make extra money. They will do what they can for you. I can honestly say that after years of trying different Auto Repair shops this is the place I will be staying at. Fantastic people and fantastic work. Definitely a 5 Star rating read more
