They dragged out the answer -- I had to demand the they tell me. Thank the Lord cause this is a bait and switch place and we would've driven all that ways just to have this BS pulled on me. They approved my auto loan with a bank that raises your principal amount even after perfect payments and even after paying extra on my monthly payments !!! There's been a couple months where they almost keep my full payment for interest. If I could give no stars I would, went in for two different vehicles. I committed as far as linking their financing with my bank and following their instructions. They put 9 hard inquiries on me and I had a hefty down payment for the TRX & or RAPTOR. I was supposed to go in and finish paperwork and I had to call to find out they sold the car. They left me high and dry. No communication from the Sales manager to the sales rep. They Sold both Cars with out letting me know after I committed and was ready to go. Amazing service and staff!! I had an appointment at 4 pm to get my car serviced because my breaks were grinding really bad. I was unable reschedule over the phone and I ended up making it to the dealership at 5 pm when they closed. However, the team took my car in anyways and went to work on it right away. Louis and Adrian were so kind! Lots of places try to take advantage and overcharge but they were sincere and even had my car washed my car complimentarily afterwards. If you are in the market for a Mitsubishi save yourself some time and go straight Aaron Mitsubishi in Corona. I decided I wanted to try a few plug-in hybrid vehicles and after testing some used car models I almost purchased a 2018 Outlander at a Carmax. There was a long wait there, my salesman was nice enough, they do take your license and I run some type of background check and definitely hard sell you the extras and warranty but that is to be expected. I'm older and have bought and leased a few cars from dealerships and usually really despise the whole process. I decided to try my luck on the manufacturers special deals advertised on new models for labor day weekend or at least compare what the new models offer over the 2018. After really dismal "bait and switch" type ordeals where other dealerships don't have any of the versions of the vehicle in stock etc. typical BS I was ready to table the whole car shopping altogether. Aaron Mitsubishi seemed to have a lot more in stock shown on their website, so I decided to give them a shot. They not only gave me an incredibly deal on an Outlander, they got me into the upgraded model that I really wanted with more bells and whistles that I can probably learn how to use. It was a huge team effort, Jay and Steve were awesome, but everyone there went above and beyond to help get me qualified and gave me the rebates and discounts that model wasn't even advertised for. They have a happy, pleasant atmosphere, I didn't get the desperate salesman feeling at all from anyone and I think several staff stayed late to help get me take that car home. I had very bad experience with this dealer when try to sell my car. I first had my car fully inspected and obtained appraisal from carmax on Friday 5/31/24 around 2pm. Then I uploaded my car info on cargurus, and this dealer had the highest offer. So i communicated with them and they wanted me to go over and have my car inspected. Due to the driving distance and traffic hours, I did not want to drive to their place. They requested some pictures of the interior and exterior of the car, and decided they could come over to pick the car up. But because they did not do the inspection, they asked me if I could lower the selling price by around $750, which I agreed. So an associate came quickly around 5:30pm and asked me to sign several agreement forms which included the agreed selling price. I told the associate that he could go ahead perform the inspection, he refused my offer and told me that he actually was not going to do the inspection, but he "accidently forgot" to tell me on the phone, the department handles payment had closed already, so he did not bring the pay check for the price we agreed. Still he wanted to pick up my car and promised to deliver the check to me on Monday. Little did I know that the "used vehicle purchase order" form with the selling price I assigned had small print saying that the dealer had 72 hours to cancel this transaction if there were problems with the vehicle, and of course the associate picked up the car "accidently forgot" to mention that this sale was not final. I felt uncomfortable for letting him take my car without giving me payment, but I chose to believe the cargurus "painless selling process" and agreed to let him pick up my car and deliver the pay check 3 days later. And today 6/3/24, I received a call from the manager and he told me they were not going to purchase my car because they did the inspection and found out the car had heavy leaking oil problem. I was shocked to hear that because I just had my car fully inspected by carmax a few hours before they picked up my car, and carmax discovered no leakage issue with the car. and after this dealer had my car for 2 days, all the sudden a huge leakage problem appeared! If the inspection was required, they should have told me in the first place, but instead, they made it sound like If I lowered the offer price, they could skip the inspection after they viewed the pictures. They were so pushy to pick up my car and did not want to give me payment, because they "forgot"! I suspected that they did some damages to my car and did not want to continue the transaction. I felt so stupid to trust them. The whole transaction was not transparent and filled with lies. This is such dishonest business practice they conduct. For those customers who are seeking to sell their cars, there are may good dealers out there, but stay away from this one! read more
