I had an issue with completing my rear brakes on my 09 Toyota Tacoma... I usually do most maintenance my self but I was crunched on time.. I had all the parts and machined the rear drums, however didn't have the right tool to remove the rear springs.. Busy with work I called several shops around town that could complete the job, none would touch it because I had purchased my own parts. Esther is super kind and hospitable and was the one who set up the appointment. She is also the lady at the desk helping take invoices and payments. Luis handled my oil change and did an excellent job of explaining my car's maintenance along with Esther. $60 for full synthetic oil, great pricing in the area. Oil change took about 35-45 mins. I read some reviews about her, and it was all true, she's a gem! They have a small seating area outside and a very small lobby waiting area inside with water and a TV. Finding a trust worthy garage is like finding a needle in a haystack. I was recently put in a position this year where my former shop I took my Scion tC to was starting to scam me on things I didn't need. I had to do some research on finding a new mechanic shop. This lead me to Bee Z Auto Care recommended to me by my colleague. I should've been using them the whole time. The people here truly care about the people, prices are very reasonable and they don't upsell you on unnecessary products. My first contact I spoke with Luis, he truly listened to the concerns I had and the problems I was having with my car such as almost stalling on me a couple times in a busy road. He listened and told me what he thinks it could possibly be, even though it was the last week of the holidays and they had many cars to take care of Luis still told me to bring my car in and they would get to it after the Christmas. I was going to be out of town that day anyway and had rented a car so they could have time to really work on my car. Esther and Sean were also amazing too. Esther constantly texted me and kept me in the loop on my cars progress. I recently had to go back today because my car was making a rattling noise in the front. Esther said bring it in and we will look at it. I did just that and then next thing you know Sean handed me my keys and said your car is all fixed and that the only thing causing the rattling was a couple loose clips under the car. My plan was to make sure it was drivable, then head back to my home town to find a repair shop. They checked it out, told me the problem and gave me a quote which included how long it would take to repair. I called a couple of mechanics in my area and found Bee Z's price was the best I found! I left the car with them, it was finished as promised and for the quoted price. They were so helpful, efficient and friendly that, even though it's a little ways away for me, I will be taking my car to them for any other repairs. Turns out it wasn't my breaks but my bearings(I think, I'm no good with car stuff). However, I Esther called me every step of the process to let me know what was actually wrong and what they recommended to do to fix it. Called in requesting a quote to diagnose my car. I bought it dirt cheap and was wondering weather to just scrap the car or if it was something minor. Owner quoted me 90$ for a compression test at 8 am on a Saturday. I happily brought my car in, waited for maybe 15 minutes until the owner walked me over to my car, showed me how the spark plug wires had shredded, had put in two good wires he had around the shop, and just told me to drive the car and feel the difference. I came here on a Friday around 3pm for an oil change and was scared that I wouldn't be able to drop my little sister at her appointment. I asked by phone how long it would take and the front desk lady assured me it should take 30 minutes and no more than 45 minutes. When I arrived in person I asked the lady again if time was still good because I didn't want my sister to be late and she confirmed timing was still good.
