I had an issue with completing my rear brakes on my 09 Toyota Tacoma... I usually do most maintenance my self but I was crunched on time.. I had all the parts and machined the rear drums, however didn't have the right tool to remove the rear springs.. Busy with work I called several shops around town that could complete the job, none would touch it because I had purchased my own parts. (OEM Toyota Parts) Sean and Esther at Bee Z told me to bring it down to their shop. As promised it was completed in a few hours and all their technicians were so friendly. Price was very reasonable for labor only, I can't recommend more extensive repairs but for completing my brake job, two thumbs up! read more

If you are looking for quality service, affordability, and great customer care, I'd highly recommend this place! Located right off the 10 on Euclid and Arrow, convenient spot to get auto care. Esther is super kind and hospitable and was the one who set up the appointment. She is also the lady at the desk helping take invoices and payments. Luis handled my oil change and did an excellent job of explaining my car's maintenance along with Esther. $60 for full synthetic oil, great pricing in the area. Oil change took about 35-45 mins. I read some reviews about her, and it was all true, she's a gem! They have a small seating area outside and a very small lobby waiting area inside with water and a TV. Customer bathroom on the side as well. Only thing is parking may be hard to find on a busy day, but I didn't have any issue finding any. I will be coming back soon! read more

I've been using BEE Z for over 10 years now, ever since my mechanic retired. He recommended BEE Z, and the previous owner James. Sean and Esther took over some years ago, and the quality and integrity has remained constant. My niece needed front brakes and rotors replaced. The job was performed promptly, and the price was very reasonable! read more

I suddenly had the check engine light come on in my car, and I had to visit the shop in a hurry. I was prepared to wait a long time since I didn't have an appointment, but it was Halloween, and they were able to look at my car right away. The staff was friendly, they thoroughly checked my car, and explained in detail what might be the issue. They mentioned it could be a sensor problem causing the light. They were so kind that during our discussion about various car issues, they replaced the wiring for the front light, which had been a long-standing problem. I'm delighted to have found a trustworthy car repair center. read more

I have had auto air problems for awhile. My air conditioner works intermittently. I took it to experts "with pride" air in Ontario who stole $800. 00 from me and left me in the same condition. It seems my problem is a blow motor. I went to Bee z for help. I found Shawn to be the typical auto repair guy. No straight answers. Kind of dishonest sounding in a shifty way. It felt bad dealing with him. I left this place. I could not trust them with my car read more

Bee Z Auto Care - One happy customer - Auto Repair Near Me - Upland, California

Finding a trust worthy garage is like finding a needle in a haystack. I was recently put in a position this year where my former shop I took my Scion tC to was starting to scam me on things I didn't need. I had to do some research on finding a new mechanic shop. This lead me to Bee Z Auto Care recommended to me by my colleague. I should've been using them the whole time. The people here truly care about the people, prices are very reasonable and they don't upsell you on unnecessary products. My first contact I spoke with Luis, he truly listened to the concerns I had and the problems I was having with my car such as almost stalling on me a couple times in a busy road. He listened and told me what he thinks it could possibly be, even though it was the last week of the holidays and they had many cars to take care of Luis still told me to bring my car in and they would get to it after the Christmas. I was going to be out of town that day anyway and had rented a car so they could have time to really work on my car. Esther and Sean were also amazing too. Esther constantly texted me and kept me in the loop on my cars progress. I recently had to go back today because my car was making a rattling noise in the front. Esther said bring it in and we will look at it. I did just that and then next thing you know Sean handed me my keys and said your car is all fixed and that the only thing causing the rattling was a couple loose clips under the car. My car runs great now and they really took care of me. I will be using them from now on. Going to a mechanic shop gives me so much anxiety and these people really help ease that. Thanks Luis, Esther, and Sean :) read more

I had such a great experience with them. They changed my brakes pretty fast and afterwards gave me a sheet with the information about a recalled part in my car. I appreciate their honesty and kindness! read more

Customer service over the phone was very kind, but appointments are pointless as when I arrived, I wasn't able to speak to anyone, wait time was hours long, and the front desk was inside the vehicle bay which was a bit strange. Ended up going somewhere that took me in right away with no appointment. Sorry Bee Z, but you failed me miserably. read more

I noticed my car making an add sound when I was in Upland for business the other day. Bee Z was just around the corner so I hurried over to see if they could diagnose it for me. My plan was to make sure it was drivable, then head back to my home town to find a repair shop. They checked it out, told me the problem and gave me a quote which included how long it would take to repair. I called a couple of mechanics in my area and found Bee Z's price was the best I found! I left the car with them, it was finished as promised and for the quoted price. They were so helpful, efficient and friendly that, even though it's a little ways away for me, I will be taking my car to them for any other repairs. Special thanks to mechanic Crystal who kindly and patiently test drove my car a couple of times to assure me it was still drivable. So grateful for her help! read more

My car recently was making this awful grinding sound and I swore it was my breaks. Being new to the area I came across Bee Z Auto Care and I was very satisfied with my decision to go there. Turns out it wasn't my breaks but my bearings(I think, I'm no good with car stuff). However, I Esther called me every step of the process to let me know what was actually wrong and what they recommended to do to fix it. I appreciated that because most places just fix things without your knowledge and you're stuck with a big bill. In the end my car felt brand new after driving it off the lot and everything came out to way less than I was expecting. Super friendly service and all around great people. This how how become my go to for all my car problems. read more

Called in requesting a quote to diagnose my car. I bought it dirt cheap and was wondering weather to just scrap the car or if it was something minor. Owner quoted me 90$ for a compression test at 8 am on a Saturday. I happily brought my car in, waited for maybe 15 minutes until the owner walked me over to my car, showed me how the spark plug wires had shredded, had put in two good wires he had around the shop, and just told me to drive the car and feel the difference. I drove it around the block having my issues been solved and returned to pay the agreed upon earlier 90$ price. Cannot recommend this place more read more

I came here on a Friday around 3pm for an oil change and was scared that I wouldn't be able to drop my little sister at her appointment. I asked by phone how long it would take and the front desk lady assured me it should take 30 minutes and no more than 45 minutes. When I arrived in person I asked the lady again if time was still good because I didn't want my sister to be late and she confirmed timing was still good. Ultimately, since when I got there the duration was more or less 30 minutes. I really appreciate the kind and honest service. I feel like with auto care companies it's difficult to trust some of them. I would come back here. read more
