The service was performed exactly as specified. Sure: They want to add recommended services / upsell but it's not high pressure and it's always explained. I had an issue with the A/C in my 2018 Honda Civic where the passenger side was blowing cold air…read morebut the driver side was blowing warm. After getting nowhere elsewhere, I brought it here and spoke directly with Mike. Mike actually took the time to listen to the symptoms and diagnose the problem instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive services I didn't need. They scanned the vehicle, found a B1235 code related to the driver side blend door actuator, and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was the honesty. They diagnosed the actual issue and gave me a very fair price to fix it. No pressure, no upselling, and no guessing. Just straightforward, professional service. It's hard to find shops that value diagnosing the root cause instead of throwing parts or expensive services at a problem. Because of this experience, I am 100% going to recommend Mike and his shop to all of my friends and family. Thank you for being honest, knowledgeable, and treating customers the right way. Highly recommended.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND YOUR TIME DO NOT GO HERE !! I took my car in for a simple oil pan…read morereplacement and engine mounts. They failed to properly seal the oil pan twice and I had to take my car back 3 times! the second time they had used glue to seal the oil pan making a huge mess and voiding my warranty. Not only did it take them 3 attempts to finally reaper the oil pan they also over filled my engine oil by 2 and half quarts and the e fine mounts had to be replaced "again" cause it was quite obvious they never changed in the first place but charged me for it. Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!

I am just a girl and idk things about cars lol but they still respect me so that's cool I have since brought in my new car and they are fast. It didn't take long for an oil change and overall check. This is my new spot indefinitely.

I came to this shop months back for calibration, the device drained my battery while I was on the property and the man refused to help me. I was here stuck with my baby struggling and he he was being rude telling me to move my vehicle, as if I could it died. He didn't want to help me jump it so I had to call someone to come help me. Fast forward I scheduled another appointment because there's no other local provider unfortunately he stated there was no tech available the first time I got my vehicle towed to him then the second attempt he said there was also no tech available but he'd still assist me once we walked outside he completely decided to just refuse my service. When I've already been in contact with him twice, he agreed as we were walking outside then completely changed his mind!!! After the vehicle had been towed to him twice. Absolutely outrageous. Not to mention I had an infant child with me this man did not care just wanted to be rude straight up!

I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them. I know this man he's honest a great family man a good religious man and is very meticulous of his work and ethics and is always appreciative of you bringing your car or truck to him. Thank you Felipe for always being there for me and helping the general public in driving away in their vehicles feeling safe and secure and always lives up to his warranties and promises. My Tacoma which I've had since it was new 18 years ago started making some weird noise that I…read morecouldn't figure out what it was from. I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.
