I was referred to Certified Auto Care by another business some months ago. Needing a freon charge for my 2009 Jag XF, I called and spoke with Sal. He asked when I could bring the car in and I told him within an hour. I was impressed because most auto repair shops require an appointment, which generally puts the customer on the business' schedule, instead of vice versa. very bad services! Their warranty is a lie I changed the battery here, and he said the warranty was four years, but it broke after two years. I asked him about it and showed him the invoice from that year! He scolded me after seeing it! And I was jumping my car He yelling at me get out of his property I have been repairing my BMW; 4 Mercedes Ferrari here for more than ten years, and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars but he treats old customers like this! STAY AWAY!!!! this place has lemon law written all over it. I am so disappointed that these people are running a business and take peoples hard earned money as a game. To make a long story short: My mom was so excited to buy a used Mini Cooper That they were sold her. I get it used cars are not in perfect condition. However my poor mom was driving her car out the lot and the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KICKED ON. I tried to advise my mom to please return the car. However she wanted to believe that they would do the right thing and she took the car in the next day. Fast forward it's been past six months my moms car has only worked 3 weeks straight and they made her pay $3500 just so the car can break down again. No parts were fixed clearly and this place treats my mom horrible every time she calls. Im so upset and will seek answers. Why sale cars and not make sure they are running properly. I will be contacting the BBB. This way this dealership doesn't continue to take peoples hard earned money for cars that they temporarily fix and Flip. Here's a question for the business. If You were looking for a car you definitely need to go to certified auto sales. It's not your typical used car lot with pushy salesmen/women. John was amazing! The prices of the cars are very reasonable and reliable. He did everything he could to get our price range and monthly payments. Came with a 30 day or 1,000 mile warranty. It has been a minute since my car was taken to an autoshop for service due past experiences. My husband said to try them because he had a great experience when he brought his SUV in for a smog. So we did. We dropped the car off and then less than 30 minutes we received a call from the shop. They informed us what the problems are and anything that needed closer attention. They did not try to push any sales. They were so informative, helpful, friendly and overall honest. When we came to pick up the car, they showed us the worn out parts, and yes, they were originals on the car. The honesty and integrity in their work. WOW!!! That's rare nowadays. I took my van in and they went right to Work on it! They run a diagnostic And came back and told me exactly what was wrong with my car and then went over what my options were. I told him to fix it all and you know what at the end of my service there was a big bucket of parts that I came off of my car and they went over and show me what was wrong with each part that they had replaced. They even pointed out that a service that I had had done almost a year ago by another mechanic was the wrong part put on. My alternator went out this week so I Google how much it would cost which showed $500 range between low to high. Recently I was referred to this automotive business for a wheel alignment. Although we did not have the wheel alignment. Sal or service men found some other issues which I was aware of. He pointed them out to me and gave me a repair price. We did one step at a time. First was the replacement of the left front wheel bearing, next was turning of the front brake rotors, and this past week, 8/10/20 , was to replace a water pump, belt tensioner, coolant, front axle shaft, and radiator cap. In each of these cases there was no pressure to do more then I wanted to do. He took care of the work I wanted at what I thought was a fair price and common sense approach. I will use him again.
