His shop is not facing the street so might be hard to find the place if you're not familiar with the area, so make sure to get clear directions. Plus they left my car abandoned in the parking lot where they shop is located and my battery went dead. They used the warranty I had the battery to get it replaced. Also, they were going to try and charge me a $195 dollars a day for storage for a public parking. In addition, when I went to pick up my car the bumper was zip tied on and parts were missing off the car that took them another 3 weeks to replace. Furthermore, my a/c wasn't working either. Another repair shop in the same location had to fix my a/c because of the incompetence of there mechanic failed to fix it properly. After I picked up the car my knock sensor came on showing that the engine was in critical failure, and it had to be taken back to the repair shop to be checked again. The repair shopw told me that they couldn't do anything for my car and it needed to be sent to the dealership for further assistance. What happened was there incompetent mechanic didn't put enough oil back in the engine and that's what caused the sensor to shut down the engine keeping it from be damaged. I had to pay for the diagnostic and the tow charge to get to the dealership. Now they do not want to reimburse for the cost the I incurred. I would suggest you not to go to the shop to get anything done. They are a ripe off.
