After a month now I can safely leave a legitimate review regarding my opinion on this business. I am grateful for Marco & Joe as well as the rest of the crew for helping me out through my stressful situation. I own a Mercedes Benz 2016 E350 & absolutely adore it. Sadly someone happened to back into my vehicle while it was parked causing me to deal with the damages a week before leaving to Colorado. Thankfully Marcos was able to give me a great deal on repairs & even help me find a OEM headlight within minutes! I was heavily concerned as to if I would be able to get a OEM headlight & if so, if it would look right alongside my original headlight. They de painted my bumper, fixed the hood & re painted everything perfectly. My emotions were very flustered & because of this professionally managed business I was able to have my car back in my possession within 3 days. Dude, that's super rare & I am beyond happy with the results. Marcos also let me know that if there were any sensor issues or anything I may notice that seems off, to not worry & let him know for he will be sure to help me out along the way. I called and he said he would give me an estimate on on my rear end collision and I arrived 10 minutes later and he sat down and gave me a full price breakdown and estimate price. I returned once the person who hit me paid me the money and he stuck to the price he estimated. While my car was in the shop I asked if he could fix a separate dent and he said 400 and that's exactly what he tacked onto the original price, not a penny more. The WORST experience I've had with a body shop.  I had a minor accident that involved the passenger fender, front door, bumber, and axle.  Marco confidently said he can fix it, but I soon realized he was not qualified.  Marco is dishonest, and failed to complete the job, and the work that he did was not correct.  He never returned my calls, so I had to physically go to the shop multiple times a week only to see my car sitting there with nobody working on it.  After 5 months, I pulled my vehicle and brought it to another shop.  The assessment showed subpar repairs by Empire, and the new appraiser TOTALED my car.  After 6 months of hell, my car was totaled.  Marco did not bid the job correctly, in fact, he was so incompetent, he never should've taken the job in the first place.  In the end, he told my insurance that the job was complete, but the new assessment showed something completely different.  AVOID this establishment!!!!! read more

Do NOT bring your car to this place. Marco will make false promises to you, he does not care about the cars he works on nor the customers they belong to. My 1990 Mercedes was brought in the beginning of 2024 for graze damage that was done to the left side of the car, the mirror needing replacing. It was there for a solid 10 MONTHS. Although the main damage was taken care of, they gave us back a car with electrical issues, blinkers not working, and a crappy door strip that is coming off, making the door hard to close - and the interior was INCREDIBLY dirty and dusty, they truly didn't care about it when they returned this vehicle. In the middle of those grueling 10 months they broke the rear windshield and needed to find a replacement - Marco stated it was left on the floor before it shattered. What kind of mechanics are you guys? When I tried to get the car back after all this time, Marco told me that he always takes this long on cars, and pointed out a vehicle there that they've had for 4 years as if that helped his case. NO CAR should be stuck at a collision center for 4 years. When I would ask him why they're taking so long with the car, he would come up with excuses such as he doesn't want to work on those cars anymore. He basically admitted that he's purposely doing a poor job because of his own fatigue. But he got a lot of money out of us that's for sure. My dad got sick during the year which the car was there and he requested many times for Marco to finish the car and Marco kept promising to finish the car by next week, and that extended one week after another. Also after I got the car back, the seat buttons that go on the door were missing. I called him about it and he said they lost them and need to order replacement parts. Never called me back on it. After a month he said the order should be coming in, and he hasn't called me back since. Matter of fact, Marco never called me first about anything - if I didn't keep repeatedly calling him to check on my car it would STILL be there and he'd keep adding to our bill because of little things that he broke and needed replacing. He is the WORST and most DISHONEST mechanic I have ever known and I implore whoever reads this to not put any trust in him. It's been months and he still hasn't called me about the button replacement which he lost in the first place. read more

My experience with Empire Collision Center has been unfortunate. Last week I got into a minor accident where someone rear ended me in a car wash. The man who hit me wanted to pay out of pocket and I agreed. I was recommended to Empire by a mechanic shop that I had used in the past that I had a very honest experience with. I went to Empire and got a quote which I passed along to the person who hit me. He immediately wrote me a check and I told Empire to order the part. A couple days pass and Empire called me to tell me that they ordered the wrong part and it would now cost me an additional 50%. I agreed since I was originally given an estimate. However, I decided to pay the remaining balance out of my own pocket. I dropped off my car this morning expecting it to take the 4 hours I was quoted for labor. To my surprise, I got a call from empire after exactly 2 hours notifying me that my car was ready to be picked up. I told them I would be there in a couple of hours because I was working. A couple hours later, I arrive at empire to pick up my car. I anticipated my cost to be reduced from the original labor cost of $220 for 4 hours to $110 for the 2 hours it actually took. When I got the new invoice, I noticed I was still be charged for 4 hours of work. I mention this discrepancy and was told "we gave you a call when it was almost ready, it still took 4 hours". In what world do you call someone to tell them their car is ready if it's going to be 2 more hours. It's unfortunate that as a woman, mechanics take advantage of the fact that I don't know about cars. I do however know how to read line items on a quote. I know for a fact that if I would've waited in the shop for my can't to be ready, I would have only been charged the actual labor amount. After I was given that excuse, I decided to just pay and get out of there. I was happy I at least pointed out the shadiness. Oh and when he ran my card, it was an additional $20 for a transaction fee. Mind you this was never mentioned or posted anywhere, had it been I would've just brought cash. In the end, I will never go back here and I am glad my interaction is done. They are dishonest and took advantage of me. read more

The job was done in a week. It came back looking brand new!! Marco and his crew even cleaned inside my car!! I was bummed that I got in an accident, but I got to know them. These people are honest, trustworthy, loyal and super nice. They care about building relationships with people and business. Marco has been working on cars for more than 30 years. My 1955 chevy was here over a year, I had little damage on one side. The job should of only taken 3 months like Marco said in the beginning but unfortunately he lied to me so much it started to get old. I live 50 miles away and was going back and forth at least twice a month, Marco was screening my calls and just stopped answering my calls which was completely uncalled for like he's trying to avoid me. So I had to show up in person just to see that no progress has been made, honestly Marco told me so many lies I can't even think of which stupid lie he would bring up next!? And sadly out of all of this, the job didn't even come out good?! I had to take it to another body shop just to fix the jobs they didn't do right. My front right fender on CLS 550 was dented and was brought back to its original shape and look like nothing happened. So I have them worked on my 07 Escalade to repair some dents and scratches and even fixed the lift gate that hasn't been working for a while, and a loose door handle that is almost ready to fall. Empire Collision is amazing! They helped me with a big problem for a unbelievable super good price! The door of the outside storage compartment of my RV was damaged, the door frame was broken but the door was good. I asked the dealer and also a body shop that specializes in repairing RVs, they both told me that I needed to replace the whole door&frame , and it took more than 5 weeks to order new parts, but my RV has been booked to rent to someone else and must be delivered within a week, or I had to pay the penalty. Thank god I found Empire Collision, they repaired the whole compartment to a perfect condition without replacing any parts, and it only took several hours, the cost was less than 1/5 of what the dealer quoted, that was a price that I could afford easily! This review is long over due! I just want to thank Marco and his son for helping me fixing my 16 year Acura! It looks brand spanking new.
