I highly recommend this tire shop. Being in a money bind…read moreand needing a used tire for my long commute before my tire blew out. I called and spoke with Ricky who was very professional and answered my questions without hesitation. Its hidden in the back and not really noticeable if you're just driving by. I pulled into the back and pulled right in. They brought me a couple tires to choose from. For the price with installation I must day is a great deal. Im very happy I found this place. They are clean and organized and was on the road in 15 min or less. Tell everyone you know and stop by yourself next time you need New or used tires. You will not be disappointed.

He and the owner were always friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. That's why what happened during my most recent visit was so disappointing. I stopped by to have air put in my tires--nothing more. While checking them, the employee noticed a nail and told me he could patch it for $45 plus a tip. That immediately seemed excessive, as tire repairs are typically much less expensive. I politely declined and said I'd discuss it with my husband before making a decision. As I was leaving, he stopped me and told me I needed to give him a tip because he had put air in my tires. I was completely caught off guard. In all the years I've been coming here, I've never been charged for air, let alone asked for a tip afterward. I could understand paying for an actual repair or service, but putting air in tires is something many shops do as a courtesy. To avoid an argument, I gave him $5, but then he told me it wasn't enough and that he deserved more because of the labor involved. At that point, I told him to call his boss because the entire situation felt inappropriate and unprofessional. It's a shame because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. If this is now how customers are treated, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I only hope that $5 was worth losing a loyal customer.

I noticed the front guy, Chris, he kept a calm demeanor and got the line moving quickly while also manning incoming calls very professionally, and coordinating with this guys. The smoothest, calmest, multi-tasking I've ever seen! I work in customer service, I recognize amazing service when I see it. This guy is efficient, professional and knowledgeable. While in the lobby, 3 people said they moved over an hour away but they make the trip here because they only trust Chris with their car diagnosis and repairs, (services beyond tire service). I had to come back next day Sunday and saw Chris perform solo efficiently, but with the same calm, collected demeanor despite less staff. A customer in a Porsche came in and she said she has been coming here for over 10 years, because after trying other mechanics, only Chris gives her a sense of confidence her cars will be taken care of. Give this man a raise! And a bonus. His presence is singlehandedly retaining customers.

Avoid Mountain View Tire in Upland especially if you're a young woman…read more I'm leaving this review because my sister in law had one of the most frustrating experiences here, and I don't want other women to go through the same thing. She had a flat tire during the heavy rain we had this week and went to Mountain View for help. She only had $20 on her card, and instead of showing any empathy or offering real assistance, they told her it would be $20 cash (or $40 with card) just to put her spare tire on. Then they quoted her $160 all together for a new tire. She was stressed, embarrassed, and didn't have the money they were demanding. They didn't care. They didn't try to help. They didn't even treat her kindly. Thankfully, we came to help her and used AAA to put the spare on right in front of the shop, because Mountain View refused unless she paid their weird cash / no cash fee. She then went to America's Tire, where they installed a brand‑new tire for $59 .... no pressure, no attitude, no nonsense. Mountain View made her feel taken advantage of and talked down to. Women deserve better than this. Please be careful if you go here.

I visited today for a new set of tires for my truck, and I was especially grateful and impressed with the guidance and exceptional service I received from Brendan. Brendan demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that made me feel as if I were his only customer. He took the time to understand my needs, explained the best options for my vehicle, and helped me choose tires that offered both solid performance and excellent value. His expertise and customer‑first approach turned what could have been a routine purchase into a standout experience, the kind you can only get at America's Tires.. Please thank Brendan for his outstanding efforts... I left confident in my purchase and will gladly be sharing my positive experience with others.... Best regards, Joe Piscioneri

And honestly after this experience my business with Americas tire is now over. They have nothing but incompetent, careless, young kids working that have no clue what they are doing. Listing all the screw up that have occurred. 1. Mainly they scratched all my very experience rare discontinued Volk Racing RE30. $4k right there 2. Destroyed my Rays Lug nuts $400 right there 3. Bent my hub centric rings 4. The biggest joke of all I went in there for a tire rotation and balancing and came out with my car being more out of balance, steering wheel shaking. Yeah so to everyone out there take this as your warning if you care about your car and expensive parts.

Consumer Beware long over due!…read more I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. About 20 minutes after leaving following a routine oil change (first one outsidethe dealership) , my vehicle overheated and I was told it needed a new water pump. Three weeks later, the radiator failed. When I picked up the vehicle, the technician told me someone had put stop-leak in the radiator. That immediately raised questions because this shop had been the last to work on the vehicle when the water pump was replaced. When I questioned it, the explanation changed. Nine months later, the water pump they had installed failed again. At that point, I had the repair done at the dealership instead. Fast forward to our second vehicle. We took it to a different repair shop for a water pump replacement due to age, and they also found stop-leak in the cooling system. The last place that had serviced this vehicle was Sunland for a routine oil change. We never had a radiator leak, yet we're now being told the buildup from the stop- leak in the cooling system is bad enough that the radiator should be replaced before it causes bigger problems. I've since spoken with multiple mechanics, and they explained that stop-leak products are typically used to help seal cooling system leaks. Since neither of our vehicles had a known radiator leak, I have serious concerns about why it was present in both cooling systems. I can't say with certainty how it got there, but based on my experience, the sequence of events has left me with little confidence in this shop. I encourage others to ask questions, keep detailed service records, and get a second opinion if something doesn't seem right.
