My dash had a low tire pressure icon on my way to the airport with little time to deal with a fill up for air. Therefore on my way back from the Bay Area to Lake Arrowhead, that gauge had me worried. I googled tire shops and only 5 miles away was the greatest, most accommodating place that gave fabulous, surprising service I ever could have expected!!! Com tires had signs that I would be able to get my tires filled, perhaps with only air to remove that warning and get me home. Service was better than a fill! "Roll your car slowly forward" is all the help needed to advise, and BINGO, he found a screw in the tire that wasn't as full. All of the employees were so welcoming, and accurate in the expected time and cost. They far exceeded my expectations, and had me back on the road home in about 1/2 hour. I came in recently to get my lower ball joints done on my 2008 Acura TL Type-S. Now they aren't regular ball joints they are extended ball joints to help the car handle better since it's lowered. So I thought I'd ask and see if they knew how to do them since I had others tell me they couldn't. Terrible alignment experience, did a tire change here before, decent job. But I still think that they charge me extra, $95 tire change plus $40 TPMS swapped. Anyway, alignment charge $120 but bad alignment skills, although they did not charge me on alignment because the job is not done and they offer me to go back there next day because is was pretty late on the day I was actually there. But I decided to not go back because I don't want them to mess up with my car AGAIN. Steering wheel was centered before alignment, but was side way after alignment, then they test drive my car multiple time, for what? If the alignment is bad, driving won't fix it. If you want to lose your money but most importantly your time then here's the place to go I brought in my 2017 Ford F-350 Dually and left it for about two hours. It was a waste of my time it's worst now. It pulls to one side more than before I brought it to this place. Called back and told them about it they blamed it on my tires and told me to get new tires from them and insisted on ordering them before 11am so I could get them in two days but my tires are practically new with lots of thread on them. First i went there to get a sensor replacement and i had an APPOINTMENT at 8:30am and they spent 5 hours replacing it and tried to raise the cost. Then after 5 hours of getting the knock sensor replaced my car starts to overheat and my mishimoto fans don't stay on... now I'm spending more money to find what they screwed up. I called back requesting nicely that they take a look at it and they say i have to wait a week for them to look at something they messed up. Don't go to this place. They are a scam and aren't true loyal and honest mechanics. Go at your own risk. read more
