Good evening, My reasoning behind a one star review is due to a few problems actually,.. So I called the shop about an IHC 3/5 lowering kit installation for 2022 Ford F150 Crew cap and they said they could install it. The estimate was $975 for installation and $110 for alignment so a total of $1,085.00. Which was fine. They asked for $400 deposit and scheduled to drop off the truck Saturday morning. By the end of the day Saturday, they called that the truck was ready. So I headed to pick it up. When I arrived, the truck was NOT ready and the alignment had NOT been done yet. And Andrew kept the money for the alignment because HE went over on the hourly (.5hr) of the estimate. Hm weird... But ok. So we took the truck as is without an alignment. I took the truck to get aligned elsewhere and was charged $75 and $90 at 2 different shops trying to get the truck aligned. But both places said they couldn't do the alignment due to the wheels being too inward at top. So I called Andrew and told him the problem, he said to bring the truck in again with no warning that he was going to charge me for something that should have been done in the first place. He charged me $200 to extend the arms so the tires can be fixed. After this I took it to another alignment shop and payed another $110. Now, the truck started showing "park brake fault service "sign on the dashboard. I had to take it to the dealer to see what was wrong with it. The dealer said it was because who ever lowered it didn't secure the break wires and they became bare and was touching the rear differential. The dealer charged me $199 just to see what was wrong with it. I called Andrew and he said to bring the truck in. He put the wires back together and put tape around it. And charged me $150 to fix that, with no warning again about charge. He blamed Ford motors company because apparently they left a little sharp metal on the rear differential and that is why the cables became bare... Ya ok. So after he charged me the last $150, I asked Andrew why he charged me for something that should have been done right the first time and I had to go to the dealership to get a diagnostics for. He began arguing with me. All In all just wanted to give you all a heads up about this place and the owner. Please make sure you do your research on where to go. IF you have the money and time to pay every time you need to go back due to their own fault. Then here's your place. Thank you for your time. read more

Don't do it .cost a lot .low on staff .they will put u off for months .they put bigger higher paying jobs before you even when I gave the 2000$ up front .my car still rattles and makes noise .lazy little guy .I've never been this nice and it still didn't help me .even brought them beer .they may have moved because someone destroyed a lot of cars sitting out side .I laughed because karma will get you sooner or later .they suck all the way around .don't do it I promise you. read more

found Syndicate @ Accuair's list of dealers. walked in and spoke with Andrew about options as far as what is available for a 2019 Subaru, and he offered 3 reasonable ways to go about the job i was inquiring about. Upon return spoke to Patty as well and came in a few hours later to put $$$ down on a system to be installed. upon delivery of the parts, work commenced on the car, and as expected for a shop that is quite busy, scheduling the job was tight, but was completed in a reasonable amount of time. i am so glad i went with Andrew & Patty @ Syndicate. the outcome is amazing, and quality of work is top notch! there's definitely a reason this shop is entrusted to for air-suspension work. i would recommend this shop without reservation, and will definitely be back for more work if need be. read more

I think great businesses deserve to be reviewed as there are many businesses in the auto industry that are not professional and honest. My husband Matthew decided to build a classic car and although it is a huge project syndicate motorsports made it's so much easier! A little pricy for some parts they say they make "in house "not the most honest people ..I take my truck I just bought a few days prior to these guys for leveling..turns out my truck already has leveling spacers..Andrew did tell me I had some already but he says we're gonna put taller ones in to give you the look your after....he put the exact same size with a quarter inch plate underneath!!..didn't change a thing.Then didn't bother to tell me all my lugs were spline locks...uses his own and sends my off with some hand tight lugs ..a day or so later I found it so I call him and said hey that's kind of dangerous to be sending customers out with loose lugs and by the way I don't have a key to tighten it..he says I'll sell you one ..whatever so I buy it..I received in the mail a couple of days later..go to tighten..the "one" loose lug..ALL OF THEM WERE HAND TIGHT...what the heck Andrew..I had my kids all weekend in my truck driving around..not cool man...also was a little shocked to see a so called a high end Motorsports shop has to outsource some simple tasks like mount and balancing tires ,alignment and who knows what else..I guess that explains the prices right read more
