I have been bringing my vehicles to America's Tires for decades because of your commitment to quality service and true value. I visited today for a new set of tires for my truck, and I was especially grateful and impressed with the guidance and exceptional service I received from Brendan. Brendan demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that made me feel as if I were his only customer. He took the time to understand my needs, explained the best options for my vehicle, and helped me choose tires that offered both solid performance and excellent value. His expertise and customer‑first approach turned what could have been a routine purchase into a standout experience, the kind you can only get at America's Tires.. Please thank Brendan for his outstanding efforts... I left confident in my purchase and will gladly be sharing my positive experience with others.... Best regards, Joe Piscioneri read more

I had just arrived in town from a long, 2 Day drive from out of state in a rental car. My tire popped two blocks from my brothers home. With it being a hybrid rental, no spare was on board. We had it towed here and of course it was just after closing. I intended on following the tow truck and leaving the vehicle for them to take care of in the AM. When I arrived behind the tow truck, there were still some workers finishing up other vehicles. I was inside where they were getting my info with the purpose of finishing in the morning. Again, it was already after hours. I turned around to the manager saying they'd have it done in 10 minutes. I was floored. I was in town for a few days and with family things happening, I did not have the chance to make it back to thank them with treats as I intended. I cannot recommend this place enough. I was incredibly grateful to be back on the road in my rental, so I could continue with my family plans. I made it back to my home state without any further issues. Thank you so much guys!! Truly appreciated!! read more

I had a valve stem that blew out on my tire, now this is a big F350 Ford truck with very heavy tires. I took my truck in requesting a valve stem replacement, not only did they do the valve system for the one tire, but they did it on all four tires. Here's the kicker, it was free! It wouldn't take a dime for the work, they said they repair flat tires for free. Well, I had to buy some wiper blades because I couldn't go out there asking for them to do all that work and not spend any money. Anyways, good old-fashioned service with a smile, and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, they got me in and out quickly, and you couldn't beat the price. read more

Called and Joseph gave me a quote over the phone, advised me to come in sooner since it's a holiday weekend. They found an issue with my lug nuts and, after replacing the first 3, referred me to safely remove the problem tire. When I returned, they put the 4th tire on in under half an hour. With no appt, I felt they really worked with me, and while it was an unfortunate turn of events which broke up the visit into two visits, they made it as painless as they could! Spent 1100 and they told me they price match. I usually go to Costco, but we've had good experiences with them in the past and chat GPT quoted almost exactly the same price they did for the tires Michelin style tires we got read more

I've been here several times in the past decade or so. Whether it's been a patch job due to a nail or screw getting jammed in a tire or getting new tires, the crew here has always treated me like gold. Their online appointment system is easy to use & the crew does a great job in getting me in & out in under their estimated time. Can't recommend this location enough. Friendly capable technicians who know what tires are needed for my car. Did not try to over sell me.

Once again, 5-star service on my front tire that was strangely losing air. They diagnosed the issue and checked it / fixed it for free (one of the benefits of purchasing tires at America's Tire). Now that's value and all the service was friendly and professional. Clean waiting area...and if you get bored, you can walk across the street to go shopping at Target. read more

Thank you Gustavo for helping me out with my tires! Excellent customer service and very attentive.

This location is my go to! Recently came in due to a screw in my tire. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I've been a loyal customer at the Montclair America's Tire for nearly 20 years, and my recent visit reminded me why. I came in Tuesday at 9:45 AM for an assessment and rotation because of uneven tread wear. Brendon greeted me immediately and handled everything with total professionalism. After a quick inspection, he showed me that my alignment was off, causing all four tires to wear unevenly. Since I'd only bought the current set two years ago, Brendon initially offered a credit toward a the same set for replacements. However, when I mentioned I only plan to keep the car for another six months, he didn't pressure me. Instead, he pivoted and found a good-quality, 60,000-mile rated tire that fit my budget and timeline perfectly. Even though my tire size wasn't in stock, Brendon ordered them and predicted a next day arrival. To my surprise, he called by 4:15 PM that same day. The tires had been expedited and were ready for a Wednesday installation! This location is a superstar. Highly recommended! Brendon went above and beyond my expectations. He was amazing, friendly, courteous and listened without feeling the pressure. read more

Just to preface: I like America's Tire, just not this location. I came into this America's tire to get tire rotation, tire balance, and tire pressure check. Guy in the front says no problem and checked me in. In 11 minutes, they called my name saying it was done. I was very shocked because I've never heard of a tire rotation being done this fast and when I asked if it looks ok, they said yes. I went home but didn't feel good about how fast it took so I took my car to another location 2 days later. That location checked the state of my tires in front of me, and said they found a small nail in the driver side (which they took out). They also rotated the tires as I asked and told me my tires are nearing borderline so I may have to replace them soon. TL;DR went in and asked for services, pretty sure they didn't do said services. read more

I was very satisfied with my service here b/c I've been to other ones and this one seems like the management is better. I came first thing in the morning with a nail in my tire and there were already 3 people ahead of me. The staff dealt well balancing people with appointments and walk-ins. Someone just came by for a tire rotation and got out in a timely manner as did I. I'm grateful b/c I got a new tire on my protection program (so worth it!) and I also got to work on time. read more

I have always come to America's Tire for several years. I trust them completely with my tires and vehicles, after all they are the first thing to stop your car and make it a comfortable ride. Never neglect your tires, they will keep your car running safe, improve gas mileage and make your car look good! Every time I come, I always observe that the fellas take pride in what they do, they are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and work fast. At times this place is so packed, that the wait could be hours, which is a testament to the value, the quality and their service. From getting new tires, wheels or fixing a flat, this location is worth my time and value. They also service and install new wiper blades and have a complimentary air check line any time. Pro Tip: I always recommend getting a certificate for repair, which is like a warranty for the tire which covers refund, replacement or non-repairable damage (the dreaded puncture, tear, or Chunk off the side wall or shoulder) Trust me! It is worth the $30 bucks. read more

Caught a flat last night and had to take my dog to the vet today, this place was right around the corner so I threw on the spare and came here after the vet. They were fairly busy at the time (11am on a Friday) but took care of my 2018 Subaru Outback in less than 45 minutes. Thankfully the bolt that had found its way into my tire was in the repairable zone, so they plugged it and sent me on my way. Even though I bought my tires somewhere else (and only 4 months ago), they did the service for free. They've definitely earned another customer! read more

Came in as new customer trying to repair a flat and front desk employee was very unwelcoming and treated me like a subhuman never saying thank you or welcome and being very unhelpful with my questions that seemed like a burden to him. waited over 4 hours to have tires installed. I had an appointment as well. When I complained to the asst mgr, he has an attitude

I have been taking my car here for years and typically they have been decent but they are over priced. Except today I was trying to get a tire replaced under warranty and he could only find 1 purchase ever from my account, I know for a fact I have been here MULTIPLE times over the years and I had to literally go behind the counter and look at the screen and told them multiple times I've been here before and my tires are under warranty, then finally the "manager" goes "oh we have a new system now, let me check the old one" and finally he finds my warranty. This guy literally tried to heckle me into buying a brand new tire and not using my warranty. This is the last time I'll be coming here. read more

I would give 1 star BUT Gary was extremely professional . My tires needed to be special ordered and he got them in next day. Everything was going great until the guys who work the back flooded my classic. Instead of asking me how to start the car , or let me know they had already tired to start it with no luck they just handed me the keys and asked me to move the car. They didn't give me a heads up or anything!!! This was extremely upsetting especially since I already had briefed them on how to start the car. Then not one single person in the back took accountability. It was insane! I 2 stars for quick service in getting my tires, and due to Gary's professionalism. BUT I think I'm owed more than an appology. They could have caused some SERIOUS damage to my car! If you have a classic car I WOULD NOT come here for tires. read more

I've been to this location a few times to have my tires' air pressure checked and filled. Every visit has been a great experience. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Once again this location managed to strip one of the lugs on my Subaru. This is beyond frustrating. When I spoke to their salesperson Rigo O., all he could say was "this always happens with Subaru's." I told him this was the second time in three visits that his shop has done this. His response with a smile on his face was "don't worry we're going to send you to another shop where they'll take care of it." So now I get the inconvenience of having to go to another location and take additional time out of my day to get their mistake corrected. While at the other location I was told they may land up scratching my wheel in order to deal with the damaged lug. Fortunately that did not happen. Rigo the salesperson from America's Tire Montclair never apologized for their mistake or for the inconvenience. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. Also if you own a Subaru DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION since Rigo stated that this always happens to Subaru's. Interesting enough I've owned my Subaru for several years now and never had this problem before I started coming to this location. read more

I bought 4 Kumho tires at America Tires in Montclair advertising $ 80.00 rebate on March 3rd, 2026. At the store, I asked about the rebate and was told by one of the sales man there that I do not have to do anything. I will received the rebate automatically . 5 weeks later, I called America Tires in Montclair to check my rebate, one person told me that I need to submit a rebate form which nobody told me before.
