*** when diagnosing a car you leave it the way you found it ***I wouldn't trust this they drained my oil and didn't put it back in they could not get it to start and all it was was a battery supposedly the owner used to be a Mercedesspecialist long story short they left my car with no oil and told me that they couldn't even spin the crank which was all a lie I replaced my battery started right up 3 to 5 minutes later my car started knocking because they didn't put my oil back in mind you I just barely changed the oil the day I went to pick up my car they had another Mercedes just like mine saying he just fixed it and it's for sale crazyyyy read more

They do do great work at reasonable cost, I have a 2024 Jeep TJ 4WD had them do 4" lift, re-geared differentials new clutch, a couple of years ago still running strong. Also my 88 k5 Blazer 4WD replaced drive shaft and suspension work, brakes. I highly recommend ask for Jasper. read more

I have a long travel Toyota Tundra. Brothers was recommended to purchase the RCV Ultinate CV Axles and install them. I spent over $3K with these guys. After the job was complete and I picked up my truck, my steering rack is making a weird humming noise and they gave me my truck back with a sheered off wheel stud, missing lug nut and another lug not broken and barely finger tight. I suspect everything has been over tightened among other issues. This is very poor workmanship on my truck that I've invested over $100K on. And this was the more expensive shop I chose to use as I value quality work over using someone cheaper. I went to three places for the same service. New shocks and new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Brothers came it at the lowest price by a few hundred dollars and I contacted them via yelp, let them know what I wanted. With in about 30 minutes I had a response, with a break down on cost of the tires and shocks and instillation. I called Gaspar to set up an appointment. He advised he would order the parts which would take a day or so. I happened to be leaving for 3 days, so dropped off my jeep, when I came back my jeep was done. My experience was great, no added fees, no upselling. Job was done for the agreed price with no issues. And the tires and shocks were a much better price then the other two places I went to. Jeep was wandering on the road when decelerating. Talked to Haik and he told me the problem was in the rear of the Jeep, probably a worn control arm busing or something was loose. Told me to bring it in the following morning and they would look at it. Turns out I had torn the drivers side upper control arm bracket completely off the frame. They welded everything back up and rebuilt one of the control arm bushings. Jeep runs great and no more wandering. Highly recommend this shop for all your 4x4 repairs or upgrades. Mike read more

Had some work done on my truck, which was correct the 1st time and not the second. I requested a custom set-up and they did not do that. On the second time around my vehicle had a noise that was not there before. Being in the auto repair industry myself I was able to pin point the noise, and even suggested the repair it needed. The owner claimed there wasn't a noise and that was it. As a professional he should have had a technician with a good set of ears go for a ride so he could potentially hear it. Fast forward, no longer going to do business with this shop. I was so frustrated that I diagnosed the issue myself and replaced the part myself. What the technician did was lazily install the front drive shaft back into the actuator, tearing the boot, this causing a vacuum leak, and not allowing the driveshaft to disengage in two wheel drive. It was just an unaccountable decision on behalf of the owner. Maybe they do a lot of great things and don't have this issue as much, but it was a poor business decision to just say F you, (figuratively), to the customer. **Always make sure you get a repair order with the work being done and signed. Otherwise the Bureau of Automotive repair will have a case. That goes for any auto repair/dealership/custom facility.** read more

Just asked brother asking to do a complete transmission service and front and rear differential oil change. Took them a while to give me a quote which is pretty expensive then I asked them if I could use my own oil which I like. They refused and said I must use their oil or they won't do oil change. That's ridiculous! I felt they were very rude on the phone, the owner doesn't seem to care about small service customers. Update: owner calls me unstop with different phone numbers after I told him to STOP calling me. I finally took his call and talked to him for 3 minutes. He was full of rage and asked me if I have a good night of sleep and if I was unemployed and needing a job and he would let me work for him. I refused the offer. He felt superior like a boss over the phone, I felt sorry for him. I really don't get emotional when people harass me over the phone it's really immature for a grown man to make fun of people this way. The owner ended the call threatening me "it's a small world off-roading" and "maybe we will see each other on the trails". Great job on the work done to my Jeep but Gaspar (the main guy) can be pretty rude and seems annoyed when you ask questions. I loved the work itself would definitely take it back for work but what holds me back is the distance about 20 miles from home and to face his attitude.. They didn't lie they told me it would take a couple of months to get the right motor and transmission that had under 100000 miles! I found Gaspar and this great place on a Facebook marketplace ad. I called about the ad for wheels and tires. I was calling on a 19 week old ad. My bad. I talked with Gaspar. He told me he would give me a price that was really close to the old ad. I was thrilled. I gave him a hold on my credit card and he told me the tires and wheels would be in next week. The next morning he called and said he had the wheels and tires. I was thrilled. I immediately went to his shop for the work. I showed up and was greeted and they told me it would be awhile. I had no problem waiting. I have wanted a Jeep with 37" tires for years. Now I could have it. He had a staff member bring me a chair. I sat there and visited with another customer.
