Aaron is honest and professional. I have a Thinkware U3000 Pro installed by another shop on my newer Kia Sportage which has the side curtain airbag. The previous shop took the easy way to run the rear camera cable via the roof. I have asked about the side curtain airbag but they assured me it is OK. Subsequently I found out that this is an unsafe way to install it. It can prevent the airbag from deploying or the cable may break and cause bodily injury. I called a few other shops and they all suggested running the cable on the roof. I am lucky to eventually find Aaron. He definitely knows what he is doing. He was able to accommodate me on a Sunday afternoon to redo all the wiring. He ran the cable under the door sill and avoided the airbags. He added ties and clips for the cables that the previous shop missed. He even caught a missing heat shield that the previous shop failed to install. He installed the heat shield and remounted the front cam in a better position. Everything was put back the way it was. It was a very neat and clean job. The shop is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I highly recommend Aaron and will definitely go to him again if I need another installation! If your car has a side air curtain airbag, do not let the shop install the cable via the roof. Go to Aaron for a proper and safe installation. It's worth it. read more

Just had some work done with Aaron here. Really impressed. Went with the ThinkWare option with 2k on the front, 1080p on the back. He gave me the breakdown of why I should choose a certain model and together we made a decision on this specific dash cam based on my driving experience. He took about 2 hours to finish and after sat me down in my car to set up the entire dash cam. Super informative session. Very good service and got exactly what I needed. I needed a dashcam that had parking mode and Aaron helped me decide between blackvue and thinkware. Ultimately settled with thinkware and bought it through him for convenience. He installed it in about 3 hours, and it seems like it was meticulously done.
