I brought my 86 Monte Carlo its a show car I only drive about 200 miles A month I just recently purchased four brand-new tires and had to replace the two back tires. I had them for about six months but driven the car less than 1000 miles. I was told that the warranty would not be honored because of the low-profile tires that it was my car that caused the damage to the Rims. I didn't mind them telling me that but when I brought you my car you should have told me right then and there you being the professional that my car could possibly damage my tires. Or at least figure out a way to fix it all you had to do was do some type of construction underneath the bottom to not cause the damage I cannot be the only one driving 22 inch rims. as a tire shop that's why I brought my car to you I have the money I'm willing to pay any price for my cars but not one of you offered me any suggestions or give me any recommendations all you did was sold me new tires that I paid full price for I've been a long-time customer and for me to be treated this way was totally unprofessional not one of you guys walked over to me to try to explain. Or to show me my car to see what can be done to fix this problem so it will not happen again. once you took my money you just ignored me until it was time for me to drive my car off not once did you show me underneath the car where the damage was or give me any recommendations on how to fix it You just wanted me to know that you will not honor the warranty for these tires so I guess that means you want me to keep coming back to you after I drive another thousand miles to buy new ones from you I will never be back You lost a really good customer read more

Came here for the first time. Took my hatchback to get the fenders rolled. And they did a great job. When the job was done, I took it home.. And it started to rub just a little, so I took it back and they fixed the problem with out 100 questions. When he was rolling the front fenders I wanted it pulled more.. But he told me of he pull any more he will damage my paint and the paint can start to crack. And honestly that is the best service u can get. Instead go just pulling it to get extra money and not telling me my paint is cracking.They do a lot of rim, tires, alignments and much more. Just went for an oil change and tire rotation.. when service was done and after I paid the receipt included tire rotation.I noticed that the tires was not rotated...I complained and said that I shouldn't be paying for that service..they rotated the tires and gave $ 10refund..point is if I have not checked my tires...they would've charge me for the service they not provided... Went there before they tried to charge me for a 6 cylender car instead of 4 cylinder.. I spent about $250 on brand new camber plates and I paid comtires to install them for $100 with alignment it was a very good price overall. But i guess u get what u pay for bcuz when I picked up my car it looked like my brand new part got beat with a wrench or ran over a couple times. I called them the next day and they told me there tech struggled and if I buy them again they will install them for free with no prob or they will paint them for me. I purchased tires and rims at this place. I scheduled to have them mounted on a separate date. It took them 3 HOURS to get it done. Pretty annoying. With purchase of tires they give free tire rotation so I scheduled my tire rotation when they were due. I showed up today on time and I was told it would be 1 HOUR for tire rotation!! I asked the counter person why schedule appointments if they can't keep to them. He stated "sometimes they fall behind". I told him to cancel..he then asked if I want to reschedule and I said no thanks. He then said "perfect". Absolutely unbelievable. They are happy to sell you wheels and tires up front but good luck after that..I believe they most Always run late..with terrible service. I took a chance on this place and now regret it. Came in early and gave them custom alignment specs that they have done before, and left so they could do it. Came back to a completely different alignment and they told me they won't fix it, and to leave. Also broke my seat rails on my car and wouldn't replace them. Had to get one of the employees to give me his because they refused to fix. Will not be visiting again since they basically told me to leave with an alignment that I did not want. They are crooked and will take your money. They didn't want to help me fix my car, they wanted to take my money. My steering was being erratic on my 2002 Camry, so I took it in so they could look at it and assess the problem for me. They said sure, $25 and they'll let me know what's wrong. After about 30 minutes I asked them if they could tell me why my radiator keeps leaking from the radiator cap when I have a brand new radiator and cap. So the verdict comes in. They tell me they can't even look at it until they fix all of my motor mounts. They said my engine was leaking from the valve cover, my axles boots were ripped, and I need new tires because all of them were different (which is half true because I bought 2 brand new tires and was saving to replace the other 2). And they said since I didn't buy my radiator from Autozone, they couldn't tell me why it's leaking. They basically were talking my car down like it was a piece of junk that needed to be saved. The oil leak is coming from the oil pump gasket by the way, but safely driving was my top priority versus adding oil once every 2 months. Also, my CV boots aren't ripped, that was a lie. Now I'm giving this place the benefit of the doubt this entire time. Sure my car needs a little tlc, but I went in to find out why my steering was so squirrely. Anyway, so I bought the tires, one because I need them, and two because they suggested it would help. After they were installed, I asked if it helped. She said hopefully. I asked if the mechanic test drove it, and she said yeah, but she didn't say whether the tires helped. They treated me like they got my money now go away. I'm still trying to be positive towards them. Needless to say I drive off and the problem is still there. I go home, jack up the car, and look at it myself. I find a loose bolt that holds an angle bracket that keeps the lower control arm from shifting. I tighten this bolt. Problem solved. ONE LOOSE BOLT. They would've let me unsafely drive around and take my money the entire time. I will never go back to this place. Or recommend them to anyone. CROOKS! read more

I don't know much about the mechanics of cars, so people like me have to be careful not to be charged outrages prices. I wish I could give -20 stars. I came here because my cousin referred me to them to purchase tires and have them mounted on my very expensive wheels. I dropped my 2 wheels that I needed mounted and even told them please do not scratch or mess these up. These wheels are $1200 each and custom made. I pick them up the next day and BOTH lips are scratched because someone was careless when mounting the tires. Various long scratches along the lips of the wheels on both of them. I was just asked what I would like to do about it. Obviously have them fixed. That would require me to leave them in the hands of them once again. Not a chance. Mind you I've had tires mounted before where I used to live and not once were my wheels ever damaged. I come here once and now I have to have my wheels fixed. If you value your wheels. Talked to uri and ordered uca for my truck. They installed them had a hard time getting it aligned. I finally left after about 6 hours. On the drive home noticed their was no travel and something was hitting. The arms we're hitting the upper bucket. Called to advise them and told me to send pics and bring it down. I did. They tried to figure out the issue called the manufacture. All in all the arms don't work with all vehicles and we're not tested form the manufacture. I asked what we could do for a refund of the arms or pay the difference for other arms. They weren't willing to do that. I had come back 2 times for them to try and rectify the situation. Nothing. Horrible customer service, uriel is not very knowledgeable, doesn't listen to your concerns and is off in space. I would not deal with him and hope no ones else does. The manufacture of the upper control arms has bad customer service and doesn't stand behind the product! That would be READY LIFT! They're we're notified about the issue and stated the arms are not tested on every application. That being said, as a company you should not post they will work with 0-8 inches of lift! read more

I selected this place due to their yelp review. I just put 4 new tires on my wife's car and came here for a 4 wheel alignment. I specifically told the service writer that the old rear tires wore out on the inside and didn't want that repeated on my new tires. They put it on the alignment rack made some adjustments to the front and told me that there are no adjustments that can be made to the rear. Now along with having $700 dollars worth of new tires I feel I paid 65.00 to get a printout saying my rear tires are going to wear prematurely. This once agains teaches me that there are numerous unscrupulous repair shops out there. read more

Nothing came out as expected. Had bumpers trimmed to give tire clearance and one side was done nicely while the other was rushed and trimmed horribly. Luckily Louis/Luis offered to somewhat remedy the situation, which I appreciated. I should have just done it myself and not trusted this place. I had two other services done, one was reprogramming the tpms readings. If I'm paying to have this done why aren't all readings same? Two tires read 41psi another 43 and the other 49... I just don't get it, there just seems to be a lack of pride in the work being performed. Lastly and worse, I had alignment done and immediately after I drove off my truck started veering left. Now I have to make time to go back and get this right. Just a horrible experience overall and not to mention my spending of close to one thousand dollars in this shop! I came here to put bigger tires on my newly lifted Tacoma and was ready in a couple of hours. I got estimate prices from many shops and Comitires had the best rate by a decent margin of $. Got some 30x10.5R15 Kumhos A/T 51 tires with balancing and alignment for under $600. They also offered me to do the lift for just $150 (labor) but I decided to do it myself to save that money plus i knew how to do the job. But I think their prices are reasonable and they'll do a good job. Oh try to talk to Lizeth or Elizabeth (i forgot her name) but she is one of the owners, it's a girl with long curly hair. This place gets one star for the price and that's it! I took my 300 with my brand new rims, not even a week old and replaced two used front tires that I had put on to get my car rolling. This place seemed like they could handle 22 inch rims since they had so many on display. Little did I realize that I was completely wrong. When they were done installing the rims I headed home and was satisfied with the great ride. Later that night I took a closer look at my two rims that had the new tires and damn did these guys F'd up my rims. They are all gloss black wheels and now have horrible gashes with bare metal showing through from their tire machine and carelessness! My two front rims are ruined by these a-holes who could care less. The sad part is they didn't even inform me of the damage. Now I have two repaint the two wheels or just replace them. Do not go to this place if you have aftermarket wheels they will ruin them!! read more
