I couldn't find it on the shelf, and while I was sitting there thinking my night was about to turn into a hunt for this bolt, and this 20 min brake job was going to turn into an all night battle, Blake came by and asked if I needed help. I told him what size bolt I was looking for, he checked the back, and came back with... nothing. Most sales floor associates would have said good luck, hope it works out for you. But not Blake. Blake is a hero. Blake checked around in the computer, and came back with a small brake kit that contained a pair of the exact bolts I needed. $5 and I was on my way. Got home, the bolts fit, and 10 min later I had the calipers back on, and my car was back in business. So good on Blake, keep saving the day.

I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end. We were looking for the Master Pro brand, but they didn't carry it. The nice lady staff helped us with finding another brand called Shop Pro. It is Honda compatible so we bought it. Its price for a 12 oz bottle is the same as the Master Pro brand. It worked for us. They weren't super busy at the time. We paid for the bottle swiftly. I visited Upland Auto Trim on the recommendation of a close friend who lives on 9th Street in Upland. When I met Larry, I immediately got a good vibe. He was courteous, professional, polite, and seemed like an extremely honest business owner. He agreed to match the quote I had received from another auto upholstery shop in Ontario and so I went ahead and scheduled the installation with him. He originally told me it would be about 2 days worth of labor, but to my surprise I ended up getting a call from him in 1.5 days. The interior looks absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier. With the work that was done. I had a great time chatting with Larry and learning about his business. If I ever need additional work done, I will definitely come back!
