Ryan is an honest mechanic I have been to for the last 7 years for my 2013 bmw! If there was the light on, he checked and if not needed much he tuned it and didn't charge. My very first time there, my car was leaking smoke from the hook as I was driving and the dealership quoted me $5000! So I was looking for a little cheaper price. He drove around to find the problem and he fixed the leak and he didn't charge me. He said it might need a change the new part in the future and until then he will charge me. My car was lasting for another 2 years without fixing it. Every time I came, I saw people just dropped their car and leave without asking. Please don't go to this place took my money didn't fix my problem and created more problems for my car. I have a rav4 2012 4wd with 140k miles mostly freeway miles, with dealer serviced. Did an two inches lifts from northwoodperformace.com (best one in market). I had vibration at speed 20-25 mph and it stopped after that. I took to Ryan, he did a little test drive and said it needed to replace both axels and charged $400 with $100 discount since he didn't fix the problem. I decide to give him one more chance and he continue to replace lower arm control and charged $360 for both, then the vibration still there then I asked him to change lower ball joint passenger side he didnt charge me for this. I went to the trip to Vegas and half way there it kinda make noise on the driver when i go 80mph then i stopped and check it looked fine then i went to vegas and broke, the black liquid came out splash all over the wheels. Then had to rent a trailer ($200) to for my friend to tow it to the shop to fix. he fixed it for free however it came out alot more problem now, noise came from the back when i rolling to the red light speed 20-25, and the front driver tire hit the fender when i did a full turn. (It didn't happened before) and the vibration problem is still there. This place was close to my and good review but nooo this place should have change to Ryan's auto replace. the dude don't even take time to diagnose the problem and gave judgment right away. And he dare to took my money. please dont go to this place it busy and no spaces. read more

Ryan gives me reasonable prices and has always been forthcoming with what I do and don't need on my car. For example, I recently took my Lexus here for a checkup before taking it on a long road trip and after checking it, he simply told me there's no work needed to be done. He could have easily made up an issue with the car and hustled me but he didn't. Yes, they can take a while with your car, but that's because they're so busy. The fact that so many cars get dropped off here is how you know they are reliable. On that note: weekends can be a 3-4 hour wait. SLOWWWWWWEST SERVICE EVER!!!! I called in the morning to see if they have time for my oil change. Ryan said they are busy but of I come after 1pm I will be good. Ok, so I got lunch and come in at 1:30pm. There were cars lined up around the shop. I asked Ryan how long it would take, he said the wait is 15 mins and it would take 30mins to change the oil, in total a 45 mins deal. Ok, thats fine. So I waited and waited. People coming in, asking the workers to take a look at their cars, people chatting and my car still there...
