I was recommended this place from one of my friends. He mentioned that Tony does great work. I brought my car in after someone backed into me and damaged the rear right bumper. Tony handled everything and was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, genuinely nice, and took the time to walk me through the damage and the repair process and even how to go through insurance. No fluff, no runaround -- just clear, straightforward communication. The work on the bumper came out great and the whole experience was smooth. I went through insurance but even if I had to pay out of pocket the estimate was a good value and the price would have been fair. If you're in the Garden Grove area and need body work done right, go see Tony at Hai Tech Collision. read more

I've been taking cars here for many years and have dealt with Kevin, Vincent, and Tony. Most recently I took in my Model Y for repairs after being rear ended. Tony was courteous and extremely responsive, keeping me updated through the entire process. When the body work was done, there was an issue with the rear window where it kept rolling down on its own. I was able to take the car into Tesla to fix that problem and Tony was able to get it covered by filing a supplemental claim with my insurance. Hai Tech does great work. I wouldn't be coming back over the years if they didn't. read more

Hai Tech Collision is always my go to place! I always recommend family and friends here. I've been coming here for about 11 years now and they have not disappointed. I recently got into a car accident in January. AAA towed my car here and right away I got great communication with Tony and Duy. They updated me on the estimated date and time my Highlander would be done. Great detail work! I definitely missed my car and she looks beautiful like nothing ever happened. Thank you Hai Tech Team you are all very much appreciated (: read more

I got into a rear end and had it quoted by a couple places. There was a 2 thousand dollar difference in the quotes between this place and another. I was going to get it repaired in at a shop in Mission Viejo area but due to a family member recommendation checked out Hai Tech. Tony who took care of my case was incredibly communicative, prompt, and most importantly - has his client's best interest in mind. I even referred my family to him and turned down a couple job offers because he said it wouldn't be worth fixing. This is a really great shop and the repair on my BMW is spotless, the paint matching was custom and was exact! The value and hue was unbelievably good. Very impressed! Thank you Tony! read more

A real dishonest auto body shop. All they want is your money and make promises that are unrealistic. Delivery of your vehicle is not honored. Bullying customers to sign bogus authorization. I can not recommend this place at all. Very big disappointment. Money not worth the fix. Unhappy customer read more

Just to clarify i'm not a hater of this place at all. I brought my car here because I had another accident 4 years ago and when I got it done it was perfect, like you can't even tell that it's been repaired This time, i'm so disappointed, I got into a minor accident. I love my car that's why I want to get it fixed and now it's such an eyesore. I left the car there on a Monday. 2 weeks, and the guy called me said the car not done because it's still waiting for insurance approval for some parts. If you take somebody's car in, aren't you supposed to already ask the insurance about parts that they missed on the estimate and not wait until last minute to ask for more parts. And then I have wait for whole other week, he called saying that the car is done, I go there, he was about to tell me to sign the paper and get it done with but I went out to check the car first. I found out that the paint has some defects and that was on Friday so they not doing anything else until Monday. I got the car back on Wednesday so almost 4 weeks When I talked to him before he did the job, he told me the insurance only approved for aftermarket parts, BUT he will pay the difference and give me OEM part. And none of that happened. My bumper came out not aligned, paint did not match. I'm so mad writing this review. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. The quality went down bad!! read more

Love this place. Had a minor ding on my rear bumper and a friend recommended this place. Tony assessed the damage, provided me a reasonable estimate and returned my car like brand new and one day earlier than estimated. Through the process, I was able to communicate with Tony efficiently via text. I just barely picked up my car and I was hit again from behind (this time with significantly more damages), so I just dropped the car off with Tony again. As frustrated and upset as I was, at least I know my car is in good hands and I hope to receive the same great service from Hai Tech Collision and Tony. read more

Vincent, Hai, Alex are very nice, professional and care. They gave my very good price, honor their warranty. God bless them all.

I found Hai Tech Collision on Yelp. I've been wanting to get my older, sun and wind damaged car repainted and refinished. Tony looked it over, caught all the items I wanted to do, gave me a detailed, extensive, affordable quote, and answered all my questions and concerns. Dropped it off last week after he sourced a replacement bumper, and can't wait to see what she looks like when finished!! BRILLIANT WORK, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, AFFORDABLE, HONEST Tony and the Hai Tech Auto Staff did amazing work on my Lexus after I spun out on a rain saturated freeway entrance ramp into the guard rail. Tony was honest, thorough, provided excellent communication all the way through the process, and the work done was absolutely excellent. The car looks better than before I crashed it. Tony sourced OEM and great condition used parts to make sure my baby looked great. I live in Los Angeles but will continue to drive to OC for Hai Tech if need be for any repairs . This is a great shop. I recommend this shop to friends and family. I have never experienced a body work shop like this--excellent service from start to finish across the board. This is how all body work shops should be run. Thank you! read more

After the past 10 years. I've taken my car at least 4 times and this being my 5th time. I can't say enough positive things about Vincent. 1. After dropping my car off he actually recognized me after 2 years+ of not bringing my car by to the shop. 2. Vincent was concerned that Hertz wasn't picking me up after almost 2 hours. So he actually paid for a ride for me which was extremely thoughtful. He values customers time!!! Never seen anyone else do that and I've owned so many cars. 3. His follow up and how he makes customers feel appreciated and comfortable and how considerate is just beyond exceptional. 4. There aren't any other reasons you need to know to take your vehicle here. So why are you still reading??? Just Do It!!! For 100% transparency and honesty. Yes there can be the usual dirty spot or broken dash edge/corner or a chipped cigarette lighter, mainly because they take everything apart and put it back together so its understandable they cant always be perfect etc... I notice the small things BUT in the end he makes up for it. read more

Recently someone backed up into my Toyota Rav 4 while it was parked leaving a huge dent. My dad referred me to Hai Tech Collision which has been his go-to auto body shop for many years. I can see why once I went there. Being a female driver with minimum mechanic knowledge, they were very thorough in explaining everything. Kevin, Hai, and Alex were all very helpful and provided excellent customer service. They are honest, genuine, and truly care about their customers. It is refreshing to find a body shop that doesn't try to rip you off for once. They are also well versed in how to deal with insurance in case you have any questions on how to file a claim. I had already filed one but the other party's adjustor was giving me the runaround so Kevin helped me on what to do. Definitely ask for Kevin if you can! The repairs took about a week and my car looked good as new! I would recommend them to anyone needing their cars fixed. read more

I recently had a collision incident at a parking lot, which caused right rear fender damage to my 2013 Lexus 350. This incident caused minor paint damage, so I sought repair services. I received several quotes but Tony's was the most affordable and reasonable, and it was significantly lower than the estimate from the body repair shop approved by my insurance company. There's always a risk of sun exposure causing the color of the repair to fade or not match perfectly. However, Tony let me know of that risk in advance, so there were no surprises there. The repair was finished during the Chinese New Year holiday, and the service was completed much quicker than I expected. I am very happy with the work Tony did; it was flawless and exactly what I had hoped for. I would definitely return and am recommending them to anyone else who needs repairs. read more

Tony and the crew at Hai Tech are excellent in terms of service and communication, their work here is excellent quality as well. Most other shops will charge much more take longer as well as not do a very great job at installation and matching the paint. For the great price you get here at Hai Tech their quality still beats any other shop I have ever been to. I will definitely be recommending all my future friends and family to come here and coming here for any future repairs and paint work. read more

A good value place with excellent service! I needed to fix the hood of my car and replace a few missing parts for my Toyota Corolla. They quoted me a price that was actually lower than the previous few centers I visited. Upon confirmation, they ordered the parts from Toyota right away. Upon dropping off my car, they were great on communication, whether it was to check if I wanted additional parts/repairs or status of the car. Just be sure to budget a bit more time than the estimate, since parts and labor may take longer than expected. The car came back in almost-new condition, and they even washed it pretty well! read more
