Just to clarify i'm not a hater of this place at all. I brought my car here because I had another accident 4 years ago and when I got it done it was perfect, like you can't even tell that it's been repaired This time, i'm so disappointed, I got into a minor accident. I love my car that's why I want to get it fixed and now it's such an eyesore. I left the car there on a Monday. 2 weeks, and the guy called me said the car not done because it's still waiting for insurance approval for some parts. If you take somebody's car in, aren't you supposed to already ask the insurance about parts that they missed on the estimate and not wait until last minute to ask for more parts. And then I have wait for whole other week, he called saying that the car is done, I go there, he was about to tell me to sign the paper and get it done with but I went out to check the car first. I found out that the paint has some defects and that was on Friday so they not doing anything else until Monday. I got the car back on Wednesday so almost 4 weeks When I talked to him before he did the job, he told me the insurance only approved for aftermarket parts, BUT he will pay the difference and give me OEM part. And none of that happened. My bumper came out not aligned, paint did not match. I'm so mad writing this review. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. The quality went down bad!! read more

After the past 10 years. I've taken my car at least 4 times and this being my 5th time. I can't say enough positive things about Vincent. 1. After dropping my car off he actually recognized me after 2 years+ of not bringing my car by to the shop. 2. Vincent was concerned that Hertz wasn't picking me up after almost 2 hours. I recently had a collision incident at a parking lot, which caused right rear fender damage to my 2013 Lexus 350. This incident caused minor paint damage, so I sought repair services. I received several quotes but Tony's was the most affordable and reasonable, and it was significantly lower than the estimate from the body repair shop approved by my insurance company. There's always a risk of sun exposure causing the color of the repair to fade or not match perfectly. However, Tony let me know of that risk in advance, so there were no surprises there.
