I brought my 2001 BMW 330ci into Hai's shop due to a recommendation from my mechanic. Now since I purchased this car dirt cheap off Craigslist, the car therefore, came with some cosmetic blemishes. From start to finish, DUY was absolutely amazing! I had a pretty ugly dent on my BMW, and it was time to finally fix it. I was extremely picky about where to get it done; I called around for estimates - but no one could beat Hai Tech's price. But don't get me wrong, it was worth every penny!! My situation in particular was a little tricky. I had a dent on my OEM bumper and utilized the opportunity to upgrade my bumper to a different style. So, I bought the bumper on my own and brought it to HaiTech to paint and install. I was definitely anxious at first, because aftermarket bumpers require more attention and skill regarding the install- but DUY assured me that he would do his absolute best. And it turned out PERFECT! He promised me he would have everything painted and installed in 3 days. And 3 days later... I got a call to pick up the car! From start to finish, DUY was amazing, knowledgeable and professional. All the staff at HaiTech were friendly and skilled. The paint job is on point AND they tried to touch up other little spots on my car. If anything were to every happen again (hopefully not), I wouldn't think to entrust my car anywhere but here. The price is unbeatable and it's a steal considering the workmanship. He promised 3days and they delivered! I never write reviews but I just absolutely adore this place. I got rear ended really badly on the freeway (pictures attached) and I towed it to this shop due to a friends recommendation. I meet with the owner and she is simply the kindest women on Earth. Very accommodating and helpful, she guided me through the entire process and helped me figure out the insurance situation as well - since it was my first accident. The workers were equally as helpful too, I would visit the shop a few times to see how it was going and they always informed me of what they were doing and explained everything. My car has 6 more miles on it than when I dropped it off(I took pictures of the odometer before I dropped it off)...did they go get lunch with it or something? Words cannot begin to describe the gut wrenching feeling of having your dream car brutally punched in the face, all while you sit in her absolutely helpless. When I arrived at Hai Tech, I was immediately greeted by a pretty face with a beautiful smile. The women (Amanda) helping me made me feel comfortable, as she took to my needs in a timely manner and had gotten me a quote in no time. She introduced me to Vincent, the man that would take care of my car while she stayed there for the repairs. Vincent is very knowledgeable and understanding. I told him the color was very rare and that it'll be extremely hard to get the color to match, but he assured me that his facility was up to par and that he'd have no trouble taking care of me. After a couple of weeks, I received a phone call from Amanda stating that the car was finished. I drove to Hai Tech (nervous at first) to arrive absolutely shocked!! The car was completely detailed from head to toe but most importantly, she looked as if the accident had never happened! The color matching from the hood to the original body panels is unparalleled, you cannot tell at all that the panel had been repainted. The car was in show room condition and had left me speechless. I called my adjuster from State Farm and she recommended this place and I am so glad I came here. Customer service: Right when I pulled in Hai approached me and helped me assessed the damage. He promptly answered questions and kept me up to speed on repairs. He also reassured me that he would work with my insurance company to make sure all the damages were correctly repaired and paid for. My driver door was clipped by another car and I was very worried about getting the color to match since it's a 2009 model. It gets really upsetting and tiring when your car has been in the shop for a month, while receiving the same excuse every week, "oh the parts are back ordered, we'll call you next week." I am not kidding, every week. They are still waiting for parts for a month now. When I called, a guy named Alex said I should understand, it's not their fault and that I should be patient about it. I got minor body work done on my black Lexus back in 8/12/15. I paid cash so I didn't go through insurance. The bodyshop provided a loaner vehicle at no cost. I requested the following services; -Repair and paint small door ding on the front & rear passenger doors. -Repair and paint small dent on rear bumper. -Adjust front & rear bumper (replace clips so that bumpers line up with the body of the car). -Paint front grill. -Estimated 1 week to finish. The final product; -Great job that exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service. They not only fixed the rear bumper, they went above and beyond and repainted the entire rear bumper instead of just the spot that I asked for. -Completion time was 4 days, earlier then estimated. -They also replaced all the clips to the bumper and side panel so that everything aligned with the body of the car at no additional cost. -My trunk was fixed for free. The tech told me that they has a used part and not to buy from Lexus dealership. Cost for used latched was $300.00. Lexus dealership cost plus installation is $1000. -Total cost $2000.00. read more

They work on American, Japanese, and German cars. ALEX is the main service rep we've dealt with and he's always been great at communication and goes above and beyond to help. For example, my wife got into an accident after the shop was closed, but Alex still arranged for my wife to drop off her car the same night. MISC: If you've recently gotten in an accident and are not sure how to file insurance claims, ask KIM. She is very helpful in leading you in the right direction.
