So we immediately stopped driving it. So we decided to call up a mobile mechanic service & found Johnny. He was able to come check the car the same day I called and diagnosed the car. He figured out it was misfiring of the spark plugs & the plug was loose. He also explained the mount on the engine was loose but suggested if my husband was handy, he could tighten it himself. After diagnosing, he drove the car to check if anything else felt off and he didn't notice anything else that was off. He told me that he could get the parts that needed to be replaced by tomorrow & he could fix everything by then. The following day he came back and successfully finished. We were satisfied with his service and he was very quick to work. We will definitely be requesting his services for future work if we need anything. I was unfortunately late by 30 minutes, so I waited for two people (I think they both had alignments too?). However I was out by 90 minutes from start to finish. I think they spent about 30 minutes or less on my car which is pretty fast from my experience. They didn't scratch the rims (19 inch staggered wheels like rear 255/35R19) They used torque wrenches. Tires are well balanced using hunter road force balancer and I didn't notice any wobbling or roaring. I'll be back and on time for my other cars :)
