Ok you guys, I wish I can give this place more than 5 Stars if possible. The guys here at Auto Ink exceeded my expectations and actually changed the way I thought about Auto shops. I have had my fun share of bad auto shops in the past to a point where I ended up buying a care service plan directly at the auto dealers so that I don't have to worry about any car maintenance and finding an auto shop but this place changed everything for me. So my husband recently got into an minor fender bender and we had to look for an auto shop to do the repairs on the car. We were referred to Auto Ink out in Westminister. I called right away and spoke to the Owner directly named Ben. My husband and I got there, it's on this street that has a bunch of other auto shops as well. The Owner Ben met with us directly and ran us through the process. My husband and I had our newborn child with us, so Ben kindly let us stay in their meeting room to keep comfortable, especially with the baby. To make the story short, Ben and the rest of guys always kept me and my husband in the loop when it came to repairing the damages on my car. (They had my car for a good two weeks) They were very thorough and did such an amazing job. They super nice, honest, and kind. The dealer and a tire place told us that the lower arms on our car needed replacing as well as 2 other major parts dealing with the steering. Just had Auto Body done on my car (total loss) My damages were the from the front frame, front headlights, hood, radiator and cooling reservoir tank. I T- boned the other party. I got my car back and I checked everything from under the hood to the exterior frame... Car looks like new and drives like it did before my accident, u would never notice it was in an accident.. and there were no dings, scratches on my car which usually happens in a crowded auto shop... TL;DR: This shop is as great as it gets. I am essentially an auto shop's dream: young, clueless, and all alone. A few months ago, I was having some issues with my brakes and every shop that I went to wanted to replace almost everything to do with the break system, and all for an old(er) commuter car! I knew that that couldn't be right and thats when a friend recommended this place. Not only did these guys understand my concerns (especially being your typical broke college student), they took the time to break down the pricing (part vs labor costs) and explain what they did/used and why it mattered! Now, months later, my battery/alternator/starter was acting up (I thought I knew that much), so I called ahead and asked for them to look at it. Turns out it was just that the terminal clamps were too loose! Despite looking super busy, the guys here tightened them for me, bolted the battery in (which I didn't even know was needed, again, clueless!), and sent me on my way. I am so happy to have found an auto shop with people I can trust! Will be heading back soon to get a much needed tune up. read more
