Here I am again. I'm almost hesitant to leave this review because I want to keep this place a hidden gem, but Edgar is just so awesome!! He replaced my bad headlight connector for $30 and did an oil change for my boyfriend's car for $60. Yes, the price is unbeatable, but he does not cut corners! He is communicative and does a comprehensive exam. Edgar Montiel has worked on our vehicles for a short time.. but now that we had a major issue with our truck... should have been done in two days. Now we are on day three because of the wrong part sent (ordered) from Edgar we now have no clue as to when our truck will be completed. !!! Our BILL is almost 2300.00 and he won't take anything off our bill as this was his mistake or his mechanics !... Either way when we get our truck back... we will find another mechanic for our vehicle repairs. And by the way I had to take 2 ubers when he told me it would be done the first day by 5:30 pm. I always here people talking about getting scammed by car mechanics or how they always charge an arm and a leg. This is the only auto repair place I've ever been to where I've never felt that way. The customer service you get here is amazing! In fact I've never had better. All the workers I've dealt with here have always fixed whatever I needed within a timely manner. My car has been here for oil changes, engine problems, fixing random lights that would go off (like the tire pressure light, airbag light when these lights didn't need to be on type of thing) and basically any auto repair that needed to be done on my car. This place has been my go to mechanic fo about 7 years now and I will never change to where I go.
