I hired this business to repair my home lock. He was responsive initially and showed up the next day and repaired my home lock. However, my lock broke again a few weeks later. I reached out to him and he diagnosed the problem as a broken cylinder. When I asked him if and when he would be able to replace the cylinder, he stopped responding. The first repair was under "warranty" and he should have covered the subsequent cylinder replace. Perhaps that's why he didn't respond. Anyways, I would not use this business again. read more

We walked around the doors and I explained what I needed done and why. Service rep was able to give me an updated quote based on what he saw. He also helpfully suggested that I should reprogram my garage door opener as well, which was not part of the keys project but I appreciated the thoughtful advice! Work was completed in the estimated amount of time. Payment was easy via credit card after job completion. I was amazed even my glass door could be rekeyed to the same key.
