I texted asking for an ETA, no response. I called again, no response. Left us hanging for an hour and no one showed up. Could've just let me know from the beginning if he wasn't able to do it. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but leaving people hanging without any communication is absolutely the worst thing a business can do to someone who needs assistance. Wasted everyone's time when I could've called other people. Don't call them if you need assistance unless you like being ghosted.

At 9:30 am my vehicle still has not been picked up and there was no answer on their phone. In fact, it went straight to voicemail. My car was left in a private parking lot and could have been towed by private persons impound. How careless and irresponsible can your business be? They told roadside assistance they were with my vehicle at 12:30pm and at 3pm they still weren't done towing it. The lovely gentlemen said it was my fault because I left the vehicle unattended without the key. When I told him it could be put on Dolly's. He said he couldn't do it because there's cars everywhere in the parking lot. Funny because at 2am when I spoke to him it was EMPTY. then he tells me to come out and put the Dolly's on myself. GLADLY! I explained! It shouldn't be that freaking difficult! I was so irritated waiting for a damn tow for 16 your! THANK GOD I didn't stay and wait. I raised my voice and told him it needs to be taken care of and he said "fuck You!" and hung up on me and of course that wasn't before he heard me tell him not to touch my car. Still, I have him the benefit of doubt and thought I should recall to make sure he heard me tell him. Not to touch my car. When I attempted to call him and speak to him and tell him not to touch my car he cowardly ignored my call. Guess it shows his dick is bigger than mine, that's okay doesn't take much considering I'm a woman. If hanging up on a woman makes his peepee feel bigger and helps offset his mommy issues, I'll take one for the team. It's clear his dad either 1. Was NEVER around or 2. Treated his mom like crap in front of him so that's where he got the idea that it's okay to treat women like crap. I sent him a text message so I had a record that I told him not to touch my car and his response was "no shit" (see attached photo). This company is shady and is SERIOUSLY lacking in customer service. They are liars. I specifically asked them to leave my car alone and not to touch my car. They told Mercedes they didn't touch it and left it as they found it. Not only did they lie, but they left it unlocked AND they left it half way in a stall (see attached photo). Looking into possibly filing a vehicle burglary report especially because my car was locked and the hood was not popped when I left it and I did not give him permission to take or touch my car. I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau.

The waiting room and what I saw of the service bay was very clean. I talked to Atrak (who I believe is the Manager based on other reviews and his name sounds like he belongs in a Fast & Furious movie, which rules,) and he showed me what they did to my car and gave me suggestions on what else I could do to improve the AC. I specifically chose the word SUGGEST because nobody tried to pressure me to do anything. I drive an old Honda that runs great despite 170k miles and I have no real interest investing a lot of money aside from basic maintenance and it was refreshing not having to explain that repeatedly just to get out of there. The price I was quoted was the price they charged me, which was also very nice. Obviously a quote can change depending on the circumstance but for this particular case it was the same. Everyone I talked to or even walked past all gave a smile and asked how I was doing. Very friendly atmosphere. Long story short: Nice place that can be easily overlooked given the area. I'll be back to ask them if they can see what other basic low cost maintenance things can be done to keep my Honda running another 50k miles.

I requested a full inspection ($150 quoted over the phone). By 10:30, after about 3 hours, my car had only been moved into the garage with the windows left down. No inspection had been done, no updates were given unless I asked, and the vehicle was never lifted or properly inspected. My car is otherwise very smooth, with only an occasional minor front-end squeak, no steering issues or shaking. Despite that, the staff member with tattoos (possibly the owner) began suggesting major issues and speaking as if he already knew the problem without any inspection or test drive. It felt like he was trying to guide the narrative toward serious repairs before anything had actually been done, which came across as unprofessional and dishonest. At that point I chose to leave. Mark apologized, agreed the situation wasn't handled properly, and confirmed I did not need to pay since no inspection had been completed. While leaving, the staff member with tattoos implied that "work" had already started, but nothing had been done on the vehicle at all, it hadn't been lifted or inspected in any way. Overall, aside from Mark, the experience felt disorganized and not transparent, and I won't be returning.
