I had an incredible experience with Sean from ArmorSafe. He's the owner, and it shows--his professionalism, skill, honesty, and pride in his work are unmatched. I hired him to install a smart keypad lock on my garage entrance. I originally thought I already had a deadbolt there, but when Sean arrived, he immediately saw that no deadbolt existed. That didn't phase him at all. He expertly drilled a brand-new hole, installed the deadbolt, and completed everything on the spot without excuses or delays. The extra cost was totally fair, and honestly, the quality of his work made it worth every penny. I also asked him to replace a double-sided key lock with a single-sided lock and knob. After installing it, Sean took the time to explain why the door originally had a double-sided key lock--because of the glass window. He pointed out that a simple knob would allow someone to break the glass and unlock the door easily. He recommended keeping the original lock for safety. What really amazed me is that he reinstalled the original lock and didn't charge me anything, even though he spent the time doing the full replacement. Let me start off by saying, WOW!!! It's hard to come by exceptional service from younger adults these days. Hands down, Sean deserves 5 's over and over again.
